The place was super clean and actually more spacious than I expected. The outdoor area was really nice as well and the whole place had a peaceful, relaxing vibe. Communication with the host was efficient and easy. I also really liked that there was everything within a 10-15 min walk - small food shops, supermarkets, and even an outdoor market! If I could suggest anything, maybe add a few wine/beer glasses, and a small desk/chair in one of the bedrooms? It was a great stay, overall!

A great place to stay for us, everything we needed, very good kitchen, comfortable beds, spacious, clean and well equipped. Swimming pool and shopping centre with a wide variety of shops and places to eat all within walking distance. Quiet and friendly neighbourhood. Wandee is a great host, very quick to respond, arranging transport to and from the airport for us, cleaning the house regularly and even providing a motorbike for us to use locally. We thoroughly enjoyed our time here.

I really enjoyed Pimrats place. Definitely worth the price. I will stay again if I’m in the area. It’s far from the city offers lots of peace and quiet.

wonderful stay with a warming host, always been checking us out & introducing us to places, the location is just very convenient as it was just beside big C, the house is perfect for family with kids. thank u merry for being a excellent host, we will be back again. love

Great place to relax in peace and greenery. Away from city life and traffic . Clean cozy and beautiful family house. Very friendly , helpful and kind host .

The apartment is super value for money. It is in a quiet and safe gated neighborhood but also close to the city center. It has everything a family with children needs: air-conditioned rooms, 2 showers and toilets, hot water, a washing machine and a fully equipped kitchen. Bing was a wonderful host, very nice and helpful. The only thing I didn't know in advance is that the kitchen is outside on a kind of balcony. Which means there is no air conditioning in the kitchen (but there are fans). Overall we had a great time and we recommend Bing and her apartment!

Wir hatten eine echt tollte Zeit in einer Gruppe ! Richtig gute Ausstattung und der Pool war richtig toll! Die Ausstattung in der Küche war überragend. Von Poolabend bis Filmeabend geht alles ! Kann ich jedem nur ans Herz legen hier eine tolle Zeit zu haben !

Excellent experience. House comes with a cleaner and you get beers and water frequently refilled for free. Also if you want a tour they can arrange it for you with good vans and drivers. As mentioned by others it is about 30 minutes away from Chiang Mai Old Town, but you can get there with Grab Taxi’s. Also I was expecting a more jungle like experience but the villa is next to a busy road with a lot of noise in the morning. You can hear planes landing also. Finalky, the house smells damp and can use a little upgrade / attention to detail. However, it was a really big lovely place, we have had great advise and there is a very nice local place called Namthoeng Cafe nearby. In the afternoon we loved to just hang out near the pool, all quiet. So yes it’s a five star experience!

We had an AMAZING stay! Everything was great from the comfortable rooms to the beautiful pool and the incredible host! The villa was so peaceful and relaxing that none of us wanted to leave! The host went out of their way to make sure we were taken care of! The breakfast that was served every morning was delicious! The beds were big and very comfortable with 5-star hotel linen quality! There was a pool table and many other games to play along with as well as smart televisions to stream movies or music! The location was excellent and we were provided with a van driver to take us wherever we wanted to go for reasonable charge! Overall a great experience and will definitely be back again if ever in Chiang Mai!

The landlord was very helpful and provided detailed directions, so we arrived without any issues. The house is in a quiet location, and it’s quite convenient if you have a car. The interior is clean and tidy, with all appliances and furniture fully equipped, making it very convenient. We had a pleasant ten-day stay here without any problems! Thank you Mai Yee!

Exceptional host. The place itself was obviously great. The pool was even better in person than in the pictures. Great place to be in the heat and perfect for pictures. It fit all 14 of us with plenty of space. I would recommend 10/10 but what really made this place amazing was our host. Hands down best host I’ve ever had. She went above and beyond and made our whole trip smooth and enjoyable. I would stay at any of her properties!
