The place was absolutely perfect and the building was very well kept. Easy access and walking distance from the massage school, Kad manee food market and old town. I would stay here again when I’m in Chiang Mai. I love this neighborhood and the host was great!

Hui’s place was amazing, sparkling clean, with great facilities swimming pool and gym were great, right next to central festival shopping mall with a little shortcut. Right in front of the condo there is a 7/11 convenience store and a great coffee shop. People in Chiang Mai are friendly and you feel at home right from the start.

We had a comfortable stay in Hanyu’s place. Hanyu was very responsive whenever we have queries.

Ich kann einen Aufenthalt hier nur empfehlen. Gerade wenn man für eine längere Zeit eine ruhige Wohnung sucht. Der Pool und das Fitnessstudio waren klasse. Die Sicherheitsleute waren äußerst freundlich und die gesamte Außenanlage wurde täglich gereinigt. Mit dem Roller oder mit Grab ist alles einfach zu erreichen. Egal ob Flughafen, Innenstadt oder Einkaufsmöglichkeiten. Wir kommen gerne wieder zurück!

Communication was always responsive and usually within 15 minutes. Check-in and checkout were extremely smooth with clear instructions. The location was good with a nice view of the mountain and airport but was still quiet. Great access to the use of a motorbike while in this unit. Very friendly and courteous hosts.

Nina was a great Airbnb host. She was always responsive to my questions and needs for my month long stay. Great amenities with a pool and full gym, easy location across from the central airport plaza for groceries and the food hall and walkable to the CNX airport but accessible to the city center with grab. The unit itself was pleasant and comfortable. With natural lighting and a very soft bed. She was also very composed and communicated well even during an emergency like the recent earthquake. We stayed 34 nights at Thorfuns condo . We had a great time . Central Plaza mall was right across the street . The mall has a grocery store , Thai food court and western food chains . The prices are cheap . Night Bizarre and Temples are close by . Night Safari was fun . Plenty of walking parks that are beautiful. We enjoyed the pool and gym . The condo was as described clean and nice . The location is great . Thorfun was a great host and highly recommend her .

It’s a great place if you need to be near the airport. You don’t hear the planes from the apartment, it’s quiet and the building has a pool, a gym and close to a 7/11

Very nice experience here, take a wonderful holiday in here, near by the airport but I never heard the airplane noise. The room is really big bigger than the picture. The staff are really nice and kindly, have any questions they will very quickly to answer.

This place was extremely clean and well organized. The host are very nice and responsive. Anytime I had a question they always responded quickly and were very helpful with whatever we needed. The area is very quiet and relaxing, and the price is well worth it. The place has all the supplies you will need. The people are very friendly and I really enjoyed my time here.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. This is by far the best place we've stayed at during our 8 months in Southeast Asia. The place is absolutely beautiful - more beautiful than in the photos. Stunning sunsets every day, bana trees everywhere, so many birds to watch from the terrace. It simply doesn't get better than this. The house is more spacious than we expected and it had everything you might need. The bed is comfy and internet is very fast and stable - over 500mbps in testing. Perfect for remote workers - we could work on the terrace by the entrance, terrace on the sunset side and either of the rooms. The common kitchen is big, spacious and has everything you might need. Hosts are extremely helpful and nice - we had some joint dinners and celebrations for the lantern festival and new years. It takes about 30 min on the bike to get to the city center, but there are local restaurants and you have Grab here too. We're definitely coming back. It's the perfect place if you want some peace and nature.

My family and I enjoyed our stay here immensely. The house has everything you need, and the pool table was well used! Also, the common areas areas were modern and well kept. The communication with the host was excellent, with fast replies leading up to the stay and we luckily didn't need to reach out during our stay.

This was truly one of my favorite stays during my time in Thailand! The space was not only spacious and clean but also incredibly comfortable—it instantly felt like home. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful, especially when it came to finding the location and settling in. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, from laundry detergent to complimentary body wash, which made the stay even more convenient. It’s clear a lot of care went into making the space welcoming and guest-friendly. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, hassle-free place to stay!
