與友人出遊，我們單純只是想要找到可以各自有房間有私人空間，還有一個客廳到房間休息聚會，預算沒有很高，要求不高，房東非常友善，房源說明非常清楚，入住也說明非常清楚，提供自助入住，給予非常大的便利，停車耐心找的話也算方便，雖然大房間的窗簾早上會被亮醒，和客廳沙發凹陷要小心，其他都很滿意，CP很高，還會提供附近的小吃美食推薦，非常棒的體驗，要求不高的人，推薦！

Le logement se situe dans une zone assez dynamique, avec de nombreux restaurants et commerces tout autour. Je n’ai pas été dérangée par le bruit, mais il faut dire que je suis plutôt tolérante à ce sujet. Le logement était propre et agréable, très lumineux dans la journée. La chambre était propre et le lit très confortable. Je remercie encore Li Ru de m’avoir accueillie lors de mon séjour à Yilan.

原本對來到羅東住一晚上沒太多期待，沒想到從開門進入玄關開始，就充滿讚嘆。(公共空間有著可烹調的餐廳，也擺放著鋼琴，還有過往房客們的滿滿感謝牆，進入房間以後，整個房間的坪數也很寬敞，更有鞦韆的小陽台可以休息！所有空間都充滿著家的溫暖舒適感！房主也很細心的指引，是個非常值得一再回住的優質房源！！

Very responsive!

We stayed for 3 nights at this wonderful homestay in Taiwan, and it truly felt like staying at a relative’s house. Our host, Gene, was fantastic. For example, one morning, he noticed that we hadn’t bought breakfast for ourselves and kindly brought us some delicious bread and fruits. He was very friendly, always proactive with recommendations, and took the time to ask about our day. He also made sure we were comfortable throughout our stay. The space itself was homely, calm, and clean. The bathroom was spotless as well. Gene provided clear instructions on how to reach the place, which made our arrival smooth. While the surrounding area may not be as bustling or touristy as Taipei’s main area, we personally really enjoyed the peaceful vibe of the neighborhood. Sanxia Market is nearby (within walking distance), and we spent an entire day there on Sunday. It can get quite crowded on weekends, but it's really interesting and definitely worth a visit. Highly recommend!

很難得在Airbnb上面找到這樣讓人滿意的房源，讓人開心，下次還會再訪。 [房東] 友善、回覆總是迅速且讓人感到有溫度，且在入住說明上也可以看到房東的細心。 [入住環境] 實際入住時也可以看到與圖片一模一樣的環境，屋內環境與硬體乾淨、維持的很好，可以看得出來有在用心維護，空間採樓中樓規劃，但四人入住絲毫不覺得擁擠。

Allen is very helpful to make sure guest is well settled. The location is good and walkable to town center. I enjoyed my stay at Allen's place.

If you are looking for a room with a hot spring tub, the room is a great value. However, if you don't care about the hot spring bath, then the room might not be the best choice. The layout of the room and the low bed and table make it inconvient for people with mobility issues. But if your looking for a very affordable room in the middle of the town with a hot tub big enough for two, I highly recommend this.
