We had a lovely stay! With 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, there was lots of space for 8 adults to be comfortable. The pool was used everyday and the house had everything we needed. There was a bit of an issue with the pool when we arrived but was promptly looked after the following morning. We would definitely stay again and recommend this place to anyone visiting beautiful Charleston!

The house was perfect for my family. It was easy to get to popular places around Charleston from the house, neighborhood was quiet and felt safe, and the pool was nice and clean. When we had trouble (user error not the hosts) with the lock they were super responsive and helped us immediately.

Excellent all around. Perfect house for our needs. Joshua and Joseph were super responsive, which is always appreciated. Really enjoyed our stay.

Gorgeous home! Spacious, nicely appointed, comfortable. The pool was relaxing and a nice bonus for this area. Our family really enjoyed it.

We can't say enough how perfect this place was for our best friend's bachelorette weekend. There was 9 of us, but the house was still comfortable. We juggled two full bathrooms fine. It was so cutely decorated and perfect for pictures. Our three cars easily parked in the driveway. Safe, quiet, and nice neighborhood (minus train but that's obvious. train had zero impact on our stay). We had a hibachi chef come to the house out back and serve a private dinner! The pool was the best I've ever been in. High quality, obviously pretty new. Just the right size and temperature. The outside had plenty of space for everyone to hang out. Used the firepit one night too. The kitchen was great with plenty of seating and had everything we needed. Dishwasher worked great. Washer and dryer worked great. The bonus room with the couch and pool table was a lot of fun for our games. Host was so helpful and responsive. We can't say enough of what a great weekend we had.

Great place to stay in Columbia area. Quiet neighbourhood and close to stores and restaurants. Kitchen well stocked, beds super comfy and lots of comfy seating in the living room. Would stay there again.

Jen and Loren were incredibly gracious. My group of 10 women flew to SC to surprise my daughter who was expecting my first grand baby. We flew through the night so we could be in SC when my daughter got off of work. I asked many weeks in advance if we could check in early so we could rest up and get ready to surprise my daughter. Since no one had rented the house the day prior, they were so so kind to let us come in early. This was extremely kind of them and so appreciated . On the last day, we were flying out late in the evening and once again, with no expectations, I asked for late check our and they again, so graciously, let us stay as long as we needed until we had to leave for the airport. Kindness goes a long way. We traveled from California and this just made the trip so much more enjoyable. The property was nice, beds were comfy and can’t thank them enough for a lovely stay. With my daughter and grand there, I’m sure to be back in a heartbeat The best hosts ever

We stayed at The Gardenia House for a bachelorette trip and we absolutely LOVED it! We had 13 girls and there was plenty of room. Each room was spotless and it was such a beautiful home. We had a small mishap come up late at night and Michael was super quick to respond. We 100% recommend staying here, especially for a girls trip! Thank you, Michael!

OMG!!! BEAUTIFUL!!! Everything and more is provided. This host and property is top notch! The home is very well appointed and very clean! My family and I enjoyed the comfy beds, complimentary snacks, amazing shower, proximity to everything we needed and more. Thank you again Annette!

Rob‘s place was exactly as described. It was comfortable and we felt right at home while we were there for the week. The beds and pillow were comfortable as well in the shower was great. When we go back to the Charleston area, we will be contacting Rob to make sure his place is available when we go again! Thank you so much, Rob!

Kathy’s place was very nice and comfortable. Close to Brecks where we got a 30 oz steak for $32.99 was not a fancy place, but it was worth it and the steak was awesome. Another place we ate on the way out was in Somerville. Shuckin shack oyster bar. They had a great menu low price for the best oysters, clams and mussels. Steamed or raw also a great fried cod sandwich. I am sure everything there was awesome!! Oh good Bloody Mary too! The proximity of Karen’s place to a lot of things to do was nice. She also left us much appreciated wine and a gift. Thank you Kathy for a great stay!

We came to town for a dance competition and wanted something affordable and at the same time something nice, relaxing, private with a sense of home. Kelly's place was just that. We were able to come and go as often as needed.

This place was perfect for a visit to USC. The campus is easily accessible and walkable. A really great location. We plan to stay here in the future when visiting our daughter. Berenice was very responsive and friendly!

Cute little apartment, Cozy and felt at home as soon as we got in. Perfect place to stay while I was in town for work. Ashish was an amazing host, very responsive and accommodating. Look forward to the next time!
