I had a wonderful stay here for my mom's birthday! It has been a goal to go to Navarre Beach for a long time and it was just as beautiful as we imagined. The balcony view is breathtaking and the private beach area along with the pool was very peaceful. The BnB was very spacious and well decorated and clean. There was a thing crack in one of the sliding glass doors which Quinn communicated prior to our stay letting us know it was in the process of being fixed. Quinn was a great host and messaged us back quickly when we had any questions. Overall loved the stay and didn't want to leave!

Really great spot to stay. If you’re looking for comfort and a beautiful condo and lovely surroundings, this is your spot. Within walking distance to the gulf and the drive to check out shopping and restaurants is not far. The beds were very comfortable and the amenities were on point. We will definitely look this spot up for next year!

Brittany’s place was lovely, and the attention to detail as far as decor was superb. Excellent choices of colors and textures from wall coverings to choices of furniture for this one bedroom, one bath property that’s perfect for two. My fiancée and I had a cozy, restful and relaxing long weekend at and thoroughly enjoyed the view of the beach and dock from the small patio each morning and evening. As the saying goes…big things come in small packages and Twin Tides at Sunset was a great representation of this saying and did not disappoint.

Location: the building is on the “sound side”, right next to the water. We didn’t swim there but went across the street to the untamed ocean. There’s one restaurant within walking distance, all others require driving or biking to. Place: very comfortable, clean, and fully equipped. There are some steep stairs to climb. Host: responsive and friendly. Overall: very very nice.

Ocean-front property (OK - gulf-front property!) right next to beach access, which is maybe 100 feet from property! Nice - no lugging all of your beach stuff to your car, then driving to the beach, then lugging everything to the beach, then lugging it all back to your car, etc. Quiet residential boulevard, uncrowded beach, just a very short drive to commercial businesses (restaurants, grocery stores, convenience stores, etc).

Our Condo was wonderful. It was clean, well organized, came with tons of beach accessories and had incredible views. The amenities at Sunmerwind were just as wonderful, everything was just as they advertised and everyone we met was friendly. Eric was a terrific host and responded to all questions in a timely and professional manner. Would definitely recommend this Condo to others.

We has the best stay, the condo was clean and relaxing. The best views of the beach and pool. Felt very relaxing, easy walking to everything. Will come again.

My family of 6 truly enjoyed our stay at a Holly’s place. They’ve already said it’s the only place we can stay at from now on. We’ve always loved Navarre beach. But this time it was magical, we made friends there and met some locals that live in the building. They were very friendly. Condo was clean, we had all we needed. But the best part…. THE VIEW FROM THE CONDO. AMAZING! They responded pretty quickly to my questions.

This was our 2nd time staying here while visiting our college daughter. Beautiful place. Cozy and great for feeding and hanging out with family and friends. The neighborhood is peaceful. We enjoy taking walks. We caught the Blue Angels practicing and some dolphins swimming by!

Great place to host 6 Directors for a strategic planning retreat. Can’t control the weather or we would have met outside the entire time on the amazing patio overlooking the bay. We spent as much time in this great space as we could. Rules were simple and straightforward. Amazing kitchen. Came highly recommended and we feel same way after our stay.

Best rental we’ve ever had. Plenty of room, spotless house and right on the water. Our family loved this rental and can’t wait to return. 5 stars all the way.

Beautiful place, great location. I found iTrip customer service very responsive and helpful. My family had an enjoyable stay, and i would highly recommend it to anyone considering this home. Sunrise and sunsets on the dock can't be beat.

As advertised ! A wee bit expensive, but one gets what they pay for. The private beach was a delight. House accommodated 6 adults without issue. Lots of amenities for the water. Enjoyed the bonfire pit. Open porch was enjoyed by all. Very convenient to the Blue Wahoo Stadium. Thanks Donna's and Beach House for a great stay in Pensacola.....

A family of four seniors wanted a one-story home by the bay for a visit, and Kenny’s home is exceptional! Easy to navigate around, safety bars in bathrooms, and a pool with stairs and a hand bar all made our time together safe and enjoyable. The location is right by the water, with unobstructed views. We enjoyed watching the fish jump, Pelicans and Osprey fly by, and dolphins swimming near the dock. We had the pool heated, and was in it every day. We finished our pool time with a dip in the hot tub. We were blessed to find this house and owner!

Haven was absolutely stunning inside and out!!So many activities for all ages such as kayaking, paddle boarding, pool table, ping pong table etc… Breathtaking views! Everything in the house was very well thought out, we had everything we needed. The elevator was such a plus for elderly parents and guest who couldn’t use stairs. So spacious and spectacular in every way. Would definitely recommend to anyone and would love to stay again someday. Thank you Jennifer for sharing your home with us!

We enjoyed our stayed. The property was perfect for what we were looking for. Having a small private beach with kids was much more enjoyable for the parents!

We had a minor issue with door code but we messaged Apryl & she took care of it within minutes. The beds including the daybed & pull out were very comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised that the kitchen was well stocked & the knives were actually sharp! This was our first time doing a beach vacation & we loved the location. My kids loved that the fishing pier was so close & we loved that the beach was walkable & quiet - never too crowded. Sunrise/Sunset were gorgeous! Everyone we ran into was very friendly & Apryl was a great host, would definitely recommend staying here.

Great place to stay when you are in the Pensacola area. Quiet, good views and central location, close to naval base as well as beaches, restaurants, other activities. Very clean and comfortable. This is our third stay and we may be back yet again.!

Condo looked just like the pictures. Was on the second floor of a high-rise condo. Pool was pristine. Nice little beach area on the bay side. Thick concrete walls made for a quiet stay (even during spring break). The best part of this condo is how close it is to the boardwalk, the public beach and many restaurants. You can walk pretty much everywhere you want want to go in Pensacola beach from the location of the condo.

Great place. Booked based on the pictures of all windows open (no side blinds covering any of the view) and the "Friends" leather recliners facing the view. Exactly as pictured. Much bigger than the pictures show. Would def stay here again. Streamlined with everything you need in bathrooms and kitchen and nothing you don't need so the closets, cabinets, etc. have TONS of storage for your items if needed.

This is the first place I've stayed where I arrived and was amazed by how much nicer it was than I imagined. I was transitioning to the local area for a new job. The booking calendar was open, surprisingly, and Colleen and Paul were gracious enough to allow me to use this space for the first 30 days of my transition. The condo is incredible. You enter and it opens up to this large beautiful kitchen, living room and big glass doors showcasing this million dollar view across the sound to Navarre Beach. Everything was perfectly clean and stocked. There were even some thoughtful starter items, such as a few laundry pods, dish washer pods and other essentials - which were much appreciated as a new arrival into town. Colleen and Paul were very responsive from the start and just plain old nice, friendly people. Check in instructions were very clear. Local recommendations were provided. Just a truly great experience all around. Thank you Colleen and Paul for this experience!

Condo is as described & in a peaceful & well-kept neighborhood. Host is especially helpful & responsive, & offers helpful recommendations for the area. Great location in close proximity to all activities in Pensacola. Beds were comfortable & bathrooms were meticulously clean. Kitchen was well equipped for basic needs. We particularly enjoyed the waterfront view while sitting out on our balcony each morning, watching the birds & water. Also enjoyed the Dolphin-watching boat trip with the company Jolly Dolphin. Overall a great stay and would stay here again!

Perfect for our weekend needs. Just outside the busy district but a short walk to get to the heart of the beach activities. A short walk to beach access. Clean and tidy. Recommend highly.
