Very clean and welcoming place. Had everything we needed and host was very communicative and helpful. they accommodated us very well. 100% would recommend this house to anyone visiting Long Beach.

We had a lovely weekend while in town for a wedding. Home is even nicer than the photos imply, and the two decks are very nice (one sunny and one shaded). Beverly is easy to chat with, and protective of the home which I understand. :) Kitchen and dining areas are large. We were building a charcuterie platter for the bride and there was plenty of space for 4 people to work together while making it. One note: cell service at the top of the hill (and much of Malibu, truthfully) is very poor. Once you’re inside on WiFi it’s fine, but take a screen shot of the host’s instructions (gate codes and such) so you’ll have them available when you park. Overall an enjoyable home with a lovely view.

Highly recommended place! We stayed for 3 nights with my wife and 3 teenage kids. For all of us is was the first time in LA, so this place was the perfect location: close to LAX, close to the beach, close to a number of cosy and tasty restaurants. We appreciated the cleanliness, clear communication and the amenities provided. The garage was a plus! The beds are comfy, but if you are a light sleeper make sure to bring earplugs as you do the planes from LAX. Thank you for letting us stay in your place!

Our stay in Blake and Brenda lovely home was great. The apartment is very quiet and nice. It is very well equipped with all the staff you need to cook, and being Italians that means a lot! We even had a barbecue ready to be used Many thanks again to Blake and Brenda

We loved the Florida Casita and can’t wait for our next stay. Our family lives in the same neighborhood so it was super convenient and we were close to all the 4th Street Shops and walking distance to just about everything you need—including the beach. It’s a perfect house for folks who are planning to enjoy Long Beach or neighboring cities. Thank you for the hospitality!

We had a great stay! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The host was responsive and made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Would definitely stay here again!

The house was perfect for us as a family with three children (ages 3, 7, and 9). Everything was spotlessly clean, beautifully furnished, spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. The outdoor area with a grill and more was fantastic. The kitchen was perfectly equipped, and the heating worked great. The location felt very safe, with a playground within walking distance. In summary: Roger is super friendly and helpful, and the accommodation offers excellent value for money. It couldn’t have been better. We would love to come back!

Our week stay was wonderful and everyone had a good time and hope to be repeat guests. The home is about a block to the sand which was perfect for daily beach time and going back for breaks or a quick bite. The home had everything we needed for our stay and the kitchen was easy to navigate. The home is in a very walkable location. However, there are a number of adult bikes for use which will make the experience and exploration easier. Lisa is a very responsive host. We had some issues with finding some of the beach gear (umbrellas and chairs) and some of the gear were broken from normal wear. Lisa was very quick to help us locate the second storage area and we were very grateful that she was very quick to replace some of the broken umbrellas. It made the beach experience that much better with working umbrellas. It's also worth noting that all gear is shared with the unit upstairs.
