Es war großartig, in einem historischen, alten, schön renovierten und mit alten Möbeln eingerichteten typischen sardischen Haus zu wohnen. Carlo ist ein immer freundlicher sehr zuvorkommender Gastgeber. Ein Wermutstropfen für mich als Tierhaarallergiker waren die vielen Katzen, die die schöne Terrasse als ihr zu Hause ansehen. Wir können die Unterkunft guten Gewissens voll und ganz empfehlen.

Perfect for our group of 9 , we could walk to the beach, and there were fabulous restaurants a short drive away. With 2 large terraces plus a rooftop terrace, we spent most of our time outside. The laundry room and 4 th bathroom (3/4) were really handy.

La casa está en un lugar muy tranquilo con varias playas a escasos 5-10 minutos en coche, tranquilas amplias, con agua cristalina y arena fina y blanca hay un supermercado, carnicerías y otros servicios básicos en la zona. El anfitrión será tu vecino pero eso mas que un problema fue algo positivo ya que estaba muy disponible para cualquier cosa y tuvimos mucha intimidad. Si estas buscando tranquilidad y calma es muy buen sitio, desde la casa se ven unos amaneceres espectaculares. La casa esta muy bien equipada si tu intención es cocinar. En general estuvimos bastante a gusto.

Abbiamo soggiornato per 4 giorni in questa casa, dove ci siamo sentiti accolti con tanto affetto e calore. I proprietari Angela e efisio sono due persone gentili e amorevoli, che mettono a disposizione un appartamento con giardino meraviglioso. La casa ha davvero tutto quello che può servire, e’ immersa in una bellissima zona tranquilla ma a due passi dal centro cittadino. Ritorneremo sicuramente perché Orosei e la sue gente ha davvero un grande cuore!

Todo perfecto, María Teresa y Claudio son encantadores y siempre pendientes de cualquier necesidad. La casa es perfecta y tiene todo lo necesario y más. Cercana a playas y servicios como supermercados, farmacia etc. Resumiendo, repetiríamos en este alojamiento sin dudarlo.

Die Unterkunft bei Gisa war sehr schön. Es hat uns sehr gut gefallen und uns hat es an nichts gefehlt. Der kleine Ort Santa Maria Navaresse ist ein guter Ausgangspunkt zum Wandern und Radfahren. Wir würden jederzeit wieder kommen.

We had a wonderful time at Manuela's apartment. The apartment is cozy, clean and well equipped. The pictures and descriptions are perfectly fitting. We felt directly at home and didn't want to leave again. There are orange trees around and a nice smell of flowers and herbs. It is calm during the day and nicely quiet at night. And the view from the terrace is just amazing. My recommendation: enjoy it with a freshly prepared espresso from the provided coffee machine:) The communication was also great. Arrival and departure was flexible and easy. Marco (Manuelas partner) welcomed us, we had a nice chat (he speaks english very well) and he showed us the apartment. We found a nice prepared fruit basket with fresh oranges, pomelos, lemons and carrots from the garden, there was even some fresh eggs :). All in all a very beautiful place to stay! Absolute recommendation!

Die Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattet und ansprechend. Die Terasse ist groß und bietet viel Platz, um auch bei Regen mal draußen zu sein (wir waren im Oktober dort). Drumherum sind viele andere Ferienhäuser, im Oktober war aber fast nichts los. Allerdings wird unweit noch eine weitere Siedlung gebaut, sodass wir an einigen Tagen Baustellenlärm hatten. Das wird sich aber natürlich ändern, wenn die Arbeiten abgeschlossen sind. Da wir viel unterwegs waren, oder am nahen Strand waren, war es nicht so schlimm. Der Strand ist 500m entfernt und echt schön, feiner Sand, geht flach rein: gut mit Kindern. Es gibt außerdem ein Bar-Restaurant am Strand, super! Ein paar Meter vom Haus gibt es einen kleinen Laden mit dem Nötigsten. Sehr hilfreich. Der nächste auch eher kleine Supermarkt ist 5 Autominuten entfernt. Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden wiederkommen. Grazie!

I was a bit unsure what to expect as the pictures just dont do it justice. The apartment looks fantastisc, is spaceous and it has that authentic mediterranean feel to it. 10/10 the apartment and the location within the city. Giovanni was also incredibly kind and understanding, always answering very fast to any question we might have. Great host. And the city is an authentic little sardinian village up at 500 meters on the cliffside of a mountain. It is beautiful to walk through it in the evening and the restaurants are open until 11 or 12. The pizza ia great and affordable. The best views in the world. And only 15 min drive to the beach. The only thing i would say is to rent a small car if you drive here, it will be easier to find parking😅

Sara und ihre Familie waren super Gastgeber:innen. Es gab schnelle Antworten und insgesamt war die Kommunikation freundlich. Die Unterkunft ist hygienisch super und es ist alles da was man braucht. Die Lage ist super, man erreicht alles zu Fuß im schönen Baunei und das Appartment liegt in einer ruhigen Ecke. Für uns war die Unterkunft super und wir empfehlen sie weiter. Wir wünschen Sara und ihrer Familie nur das Beste!

Super schöne und moderne Wohnung mit tollem Blick auf das Meer. Alles zu Fuß gut erreichbar ( Strand,Supermarkt,Restaurant etc.) Auch die Kommunikation mit Anna lief reibungslos. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.waren 2 sehr schöne Wochen.

Logement tout simplement parfait, facilement un des meilleurs que j'ai loués sur Airbnb. Situé dans un coin tranquille de Tortoli, il est déal pour visiter les plages et la région, puis rentrer dans un appartement chaleureux et agréable, où on se sent comme à la maison. Le jardin paisible à l'arrière du logement est un bonheur. De plus, Alberto a été un hôte extrêmement disponible et très sympathique qui a contribué à rendre notre séjour dès plus agréable. Merci!!!

We had a very nice stay in Baunei and having a private garage was very convenient in the small town! It was very easy to communicate with Lidia and she was very helpful if required. Finding the apartment and checking in was made so easy thanks to her! :) Since the apartment is located so close to the city center you can just leave the house by foot if you are looking to get some food or explore the old streets. Definitely a recommendation staying here! :)

Schöne, gepflegte Wohnung mit guter Ausstattung zum Kochen, Wäscheständer, Schnorchel. Marina war gut erreichbar und hat auf Fragen schnell geantwortet. Self-Check-In lief problemlos. Super fanden wir das kleine Begrüßungsschreiben und selbstzusammengestellte Heftchen mit Ausflugs- und Wandertipps in der Umgebung. Gut erreichbar mit dem Auto, zu Fuß sind der Supermarkt und auch der Strand zügig erreichbar.

Unser Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft war einfach fantastisch! Die Wohnung war hervorragend und genau wie auf den Bildern beschrieben. Alles war sauber, modern und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage war direkt am Strand und schön ruhig. Besonders hervorzuheben ist der grandiose Service vor Ort. Unser Gastgeber war äußerst freundlich, hilfsbereit und immer erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Er hat uns wertvolle Tipps zu lokalen Sehenswürdigkeiten und Restaurants gegeben, die unseren Aufenthalt noch unvergesslicher gemacht haben. Die Unterkunft selbst bot alles, was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Die Betten waren bequem, die Küche vollständig ausgestattet und das Wohnzimmer gemütlich und einladend, der Pool sauber und erfrischend. Wir haben uns vom ersten Moment an wie zu Hause gefühlt. Ich kann diese Unterkunft uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen und freue mich schon auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt. Es war wirklich ein perfekter Urlaub!

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans le logement. Il est très agréable et suffisamment grand pour une famille avec deux enfants. La terrasse est très agréable. Le logement est situé dans une rue calme avec de la place pour stationner. Il faut prendre la voiture pour toutes les activités, les abords ne sont pas adaptés pour se déplacer à pied. Le golfe d’Orosei au départ d’Arbatax est splendide ! Nous recommandons aussi la plage Lido di Orri, magnifique !

Wir haben uns die 4 Nächte in der Wohnung 103 sehr wohl gefühlt. Die Lage der Wohnung ist sehr besonders, mit Abendsonne im Herbst. Die Lage zur Cala Muresca wunderbar nah für ein schnelles Bad. Auch der Weg runter zur Promenade für ein Eis gut und einfach per Fuß zu erreichen.

This is a little gem, top notch, Anna’s place is one of the best air bnb apartments we stayed at! Beautifully decorated, extremely clean, lots of supplies in the kitchen, including a delicious welcoming gift! Very comfortable bed and pillows, quiet area with absolutely fantastic views from the terrace and the front balcony, just like the pictures! Very walkable to town and to hiking trails. Thank you very much Anna!

L’alloggio è molto curato e carino. Molto ben attrezzato e perfetto in ogni suo spazio compreso il parcheggio per l’auto. Molto luminoso con una terrazza bellissima che purtroppo, data la pioggia abbiamo potuto usare poco! Consigliatissimo

We had a lovely stay in Maria‘s appartment! It was clean and spacious and had everything we needed. The beach and the supermarket as well as a couple restaurants were a quick walk away. Our only struggle was that the mattress did not feel the most comfortable to us. We absolutely loved everything else!

Beautiful view and easy to find. Close to the coast and shops. Parking is pretty tight to get in and out so be wary if you have a larger car. But would recommend very highly. Host was responsive and proactive. Had a great stay.

We had a lovely stay. A great location, close to some beautiful beaches and great restaurants. The apartment was very comfortable with an amazing view.
