Die Wohnung ist sehr zu empfehlen. Maria-Antonietta und Riccardo sind sehr zuvorkommend und sehr nette Personen. Wir haben uns gleich wohlgefühlt und haben die Wohnung und Napoli sehr genossen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gross und es hat alle Annehmlichkeiten. Die Metrostation ist in 5 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar und die Fahrt geht ca. 15 Minuten. Wir sind mit dem Auto gekommen. Maria hat uns im Voraus einen bewachten und kostenpflichtigen Parkplatz gleich nebenan reserviert. Wir kommen wieder.

Die Wohnung war genau das was wir gesucht hatten. Vor allem der kleine Balkon hat uns besonders gut gefallen. Man hat das Gefühl im echten Neapel zu übernachten, da in den Straßen rundherum nur Locals wohnen. Die Kommunikation lief über Roberto, ein Nachbar im Wohnhaus. Er hat uns sehr nützliche Tipps gegeben und war immer für jegliche Fragen erreichbar. Wir können die Wohnung besten Gewissens weiterempfehlen.

L'appartement est hyper bien situé, dans le centre historique, juste à côté de la principale artère touristique. Mais il est dans une rue plus calme et les chambres sont paisibles. Mario a été très accueillant, et a préparé quelques gateaux/confiture et lait pour nous dépanner à l'arrivée, bien appréciables. L'appartement est parfait pour découvrir Naples. La cuisine et salle à manger petites mais pas besoin de plus quand on veut profiter de la cuisine napolitaine. Je recommande ! Merci pour l'accueil !

중앙역과 가깝고 전철역도 주변에 두개가 있어 여행 다니기에 편리한 위치 호스트가 매우 친절하게 맞아줍니다 한가지 아쉬운 점은 밤에 주변이 조금 시끄러운 편 이지만 여행을 하기에는 너무나 좋은 위치에 있습니다.. 매우 만족하며 지낸 숙소입니다

Luigi & Elena’s place exceeded our expectations. Check-in was very flexible due to flight issues but Luigi was very easy to communicate with. Once we got there, Luigi hand delivered our keys and showed us all the in’s and out’s of the apartment, super helpful. The apartment itself was very clean, well stocked, and well decorated. They even had a bottle of wine and some treats waiting for us! Can’t forget the unbelievable view from the penthouse. Wish we could have stayed longer.

We had a lovely stay at Nico's apartment. He was very flexible regarding our late check in and helpfully communicative throughout our stay. He gave great suggestions for what to do and where to eat. The apartment is really great and the roof top garden is very special, having access to a huge area of open space for a 2 person apartment felt like a real treat. The metro line is a 5 minute walk away so getting around is very easy from where you are staying. Grazie Mille Nico I'm sure we will be back!

Good location, but for about an hour a day the neighborhood was extremely noisy with loud music. We don't have any mobility problems so we managed fine, but be aware that the stairs to the bedroom in the loft are steep and narrow.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is very peaceful with absolutely beautiful views, which is exactly what we needed. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby and it is an easy drive to some wonderful sites, such as the palace at Caserta, with Pompeii and Naples not being too far away either. It was lovely to be welcomed by our hosts, Teresa and Francisco, and given a basket full of some absolutely delicious products that had been made on their farm. The wine was beautiful, the olive oil was perfect and the lemons were incredibly fresh! While we don’t speak any Italian and they don’t really speak English. It was easy to communicate through Google translate and they were very patient with us!

Heel vriendelijke, rustige man. Hij spreekt ook goed frans. Gaf goede tip voor een late maaltijd. Flexibele aankomst- en vertrektijd. op wandelafstand van de luchthaven (10 - 15 min.), wat voor mij belangrijk was door de vroege vlucht 's morgens. Proper appartement, rustig en veilig. Aanrader.

Tout s'est très bien passé, Anna Maria est très agréable, le logement est de qualité et conforme à l'annonce. Je recommande.

Séjour de 5 jours entre amis (nous étions 7) pour le nouvel an. L’appartement est idéalement situé : station Garibaldi à 10 mn de marche et centre historique à moins de 30mn de marche. L’appartement était très propre et suffisamment fourni en serviettes de toilette, en dosettes de café et produits de 1ère nécessité. Notre hôte est arrivé à l’heure à l’horaire convenu pour notre arrivée et très agréable. Bien que donnant pour deux chambres sur la rue aucun bruit malgré la fête de folie que font les Napolitains pour cette date. Vous pouvez réserver cet appartement les yeux fermés, vous ne serez pas déçus.

Logement parfait pour quelques jours ! Très bonne localisation qui permet de tout faire à pied. Je recommande vivement ! Gazie 😊

Nicola e sua moglie ci hanno accolto con molto anticipo dall'orario di check in, lasciandoci una casa enorme pulitissima in tempo record. In casa c'è di tutto, è grandissima e molto bella e super attrezzata con 2 terrazzi per rilassarsi. Nelle vicinanze c'è di tutto raggiungibile facilmente anche a piedi. Parcheggio gratuito sotto casa A tutto ciò Nicola è molto simpatico, disponibile e alla mano. Alloggio super consigliato

Anna and Luigi were phenomenal hosts that were extremely informative, responsive, and most importantly accommodating. Their place was clean and comfortable. Moreover, I was able to easily travel through Naples due to their proximity to the Metro and for all the reasons above recommend this stay to everyone. Stefano est un hôte aussi chaleureux qu efficace, réactif et disponible. l appartement est propre, équipé, fonctionnel, calme, bien positionné et magnifique. Maria Mari is a lovely apt conveniently located near Plaza Garibaldi where we easily connected with trains and metro rail to Sorrento and Rome. The corner apt gave us not only views of a bustling city and the streets and hills waiting to be explored but also gives a view of the beautiful bay nearby. More importantly our host Umberto was friendly and very welcoming. He offered many helpful suggestions (restaurants, historical sites, shopping, commuting, and more) which helped us get the most of our 7-day stay in Naples. Umberto graciously checked in via text to ensure we were doing well. I would highly recommend staying at Maria Mari when visiting Naples.

폼페이지역 여행에 앞서 잠만자고 갈 목적으로 예약을 하였습니다. 구글맵주소를 잘못입력하여 갔는데 호스트께서 근처로 나와주셔서 문제없이 투숙하게 되었네요. 물과 웰컴쿠키 등을 준비해주셨습니다. 전형적인 주택가에 위치해 있지만 숙박만 필요한 여행자에겐 부족함이 없었네요. 그리고 주차도 건물내 마당에 충분히 가능했습니다.

We had a great time in and around Napoli with this apartment as a very convenient base. The apartment is very comfortable with three bedrooms, a large balcony, a pleasant bathroom and a compact but well-equipped kitchen. It was a great base for: -exploring Napoli's Centro Storico (10-15min walk) with the streets packed with places serving both locals and tourists, -accessing the surrounding area (eg. Pompeii, Herculaneum and the Amalfi coast) from Napoli Centrale train station (15 min walk), -getting a glimpse of normal Napoli life in the area around the apartment. Supermarkets, cafes and restaurants were available within 5min walk. The balcony was a great spot to sit with food or drink and watch the free-spirited approach to driving that exists in Napoli! We visited when the weather was warm but not hot so didn't need to use the air-conditioning but can imagine that is very useful in summer.
