Maison entière très bien agencée et aménagée avec un salon et 2 chambres séparées. Tout le confort. Hôte aux petits soins. Piscine très agréable. Emplacement idéal : à la campagne au milieu des oliviers à flan de coteaux, mais aussi à 3km d’un village offrant toutes les commodités. Les sites intéressants à visiter sont à 1h-1h30 Max . Pleins de choses à découvrir . Plages de qualité a moins de 30min. Idéal pour famille.

Ottima location. Bella la casa, ben organizzata con tutto l’essenziale e ben posizionata davanti alla piscina e vicina all’accesso al mare tramite la pineta. Bella la piscina e bella la spiaggia. Peccato che il mare sia stato sporco per qualche giorno, ma questo non dipende dal residence in cui si trova la casa. Residence curato e pulito e soprattutto tranquillo e silenzioso. Buona posizione anche per raggiungere le spiagge verso sud e Reggio Calabria. Bel giardino intorno alla casa, attrezzato per mangiare all’esterno. Comodo barbecue. Grazie anche alla disponibilità di Ludmila che ci ha dato validi consigli.

Mi estadía en el bungalow fue simplemente maravillosa. El lugar es muy moderno, cómodo y estaba impecable. Todo el entorno es un verdadero jardín hay flores, césped bien cuidado, animales y una conexión con la naturaleza que invita al descanso. Las vistas son preciosas, especialmente el atardecer que se puede apreciar en total tranquilidad desde la piscina por ejemplo la cuál está en un lugar cerrado entonces se puede disfrutar en cualquier momento del día. La ubicación es excelente, muy cerca del aeropuerto a solo 10 minutos y llegar es fácil porque está bien señalizado. Además el anfitrión fue muy amable y atento en todo momento, lo que hizo la experiencia aún mejor. Ideal para quienes buscan un lugar tranquilo, rodeado de verde y con todas las comodidades. ¡Lo súper recomiendo!

Villa del Conte in Drapia Tropea has a view that is fabulous, so breathtaking. It's so serene and peaceful staying in. Marcello is so warm, hospitable, receptive, friendly and took time to talk to us as he visits daily. Easy access to train station and Tropea town as is. We met friends whose very satisfied with their stay (and come back vacationers ) Our stay is so far - par Excellence. Our room is clean, spacious ,has a great balcony view of the sunset, mountains, coastline & Tropea town. Our stay at this Airbnb near Girfalco was wonderful. Tucked away in a rural setting, the property offered a quiet escape from the hustle and bustle of city life. Every night, we could hear the wind whistling outside through the olive trees, which was very peaceful to fall asleep to. Francesca was a gracious host, and was always available for if we had questions or needed help. We had access to the whole bottom floor, which was quite spacious, comfortably accommodating our family of 5. The interior was charming, and the kitchen area was perfect for cooking and family gatherings. The wifi was a bit limited, but luckily we were able to use our phones as a hot spot. It was only about a 30-minute walk to Girifalco's local town for my husband and I - the roads are curvy with blind corners, so best to be careful or only drive if the kids are with you. If you're seeking a peaceful getaway immersed in nature's beauty, this Airbnb is a perfect choice. We would definitely come back again!

Dieser Ort ist kaum in Worte zu fassen. Wunderbare Aussicht auf das Meer&Stromboli. Die Sonnenuntergänge waren ein absoluter Traum. Der grosse Garten, die Ruhe und der Privatstrand sind weitere Highlights. Wir haben selten eine solch tolle Unterkunft geniessen dürfen. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wiederkommen. Ein Fundstück, top Empfehlung.

Giuseppe Haus hat einen ganz besonderen Flair. Die Ausstattung (Fenster, Böden, Küche, ...) ist hochwertig und stilvoll. Der Garten mit Sitzmöglichkeuten und Grill ist gepflegt und wir haben es sehr genossen, die verschiedenen Zitrusfrüchte zu probieren. Da wir mit dem Flugzeug (und Mietwagen) angereist sind, war es sehr hilfreich, dass.nicht nur Bettwäsche und Handtücher sondern auch ein paar Grundnahrungsmittel (Öl, Essig, Salz, Zucker, ...) vorhanden waren. Sogar Wein und Kekse standen zur Begrüßung bereit. Die Lage an der Straße war kein Problem. Fußläufig kommt man gut an die Marina und auch hoch in den Ort an die Piazza... zum Supermarkt sind wir wenige Minuten mit dem Auto gefahren. Wir können diese Umterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Ein fantastischer Ort zum Urlaub machen. Alles im Haus vorhanden was man für 6 Personen braucht. Ausreichend Platz und man fühlt sich innerhalb von Minuten Zuhause. Man braucht ein Auto um die Umgebung zu erkunden, aber auf dem Grundstück ist viel Platz auch für große Autos. Wir wollten nicht abreisen und können uns definitiv vorstellen wiederzukommen - allein schon um den zukünftigen Pool zu bewundern (der fehlte dieses Mal noch zur vollständigen 5 Sterne Bewertung - ist aber wohl in Planung).

Bright and spacious apartment with a large terrace, unbeatable views and a wonderful host! Our host was one of the very best we have ever had. Adriano held us a parking spot on arrival, drove us and our luggage to the apartment and also carried our luggage down the one flight of stairs. Whatever we needed, Adriano provided. The washing machine broke down near the end of our stay, we reported it to Adriano and he replaced it the same day! The apartment itself was perfect. Located in the heart of the historic centre and just steps away from restaurants, bars and shopping, it was wonderful to explore all the small streets and alleys as well as the beaches below the city but it was so hard to tear ourselves away from the terrace! It was so relaxing, we could see the beaches below, Stromboli on the horizon and we enjoyed many beautiful sunsets. The daily market was within walking distance and we cooked many meals in the apartment with fresh ingredients. Highly recommended!

We were glad to find Antonio’s place at the last moment. The place felt right at home. Exactly what we wanted. A peaceful place to stay with nature. The place has a sea view over the olive trees. Parking is on site with plenty of space. Train station is within walking distance (a plus). Antonio was very responsive and let us in the apartment earlier than we expected. Grazie mille Antonio! L'appartamento a Tropea è collocato in una posizione ideale per visitare il centro storico e raggiungere facilmente tutte le principali attrazioni della città. È una sistemazione semplice, dotata di tutto il necessario per un soggiorno piacevole. L'aria condizionata funziona molto bene, rendendo l'ambiente confortevole anche nelle giornate più calde. Nonostante l'appartamento si trovi sulla strada principale, al suo interno non si percepiscono molti rumori, permettendo di dormire tranquillamente grazie a un buon isolamento acustico. Dall'annuncio non era chiara la posizione esatta e questo mi ha inizialmente spiazzato, ma alla fine sono rimasto soddisfatto per la tranquillità trovata. Un aspetto davvero positivo è l'host, che è stata molto carina e disponibile: ci ha fornito informazioni preziose su tutte le principali attrazioni turistiche, i migliori ristoranti, bar e piccole attività locali. Consiglio questo appartamento a chi cerca una sistemazione comoda con un'ottima accoglienza.

L'appartamento è fornito di tutto e ha una bellissima atmosfera. Si trova in una posizione perfetta per diversi tipi di vacanze. 8 minuti a piedi dalle ampie spiagge di Palmi (mare stupendo), in cui è possibile trovare sia sabbia che scoglio. In una settimana di vacanza io e i miei amici abbiamo visitato Tropea (a un'ora di macchina), la bellissima Scilla (a 20 min) e anche parte della Sicilia (traghetto di Villa San Giovanni a soli 30 min di macchina dall'appartamento). Siamo stati accolti benissimo dai proprietari che si sono dimostrati molto flessibili per tutte le necessità durante il nostro soggiorno. Ci hanno anche offerto la possibilità di organizzare escursioni nell'area di Palmi e del Parco Nazionale della Sila. Grande valore aggiunto al soggiorno anche i vicini di casa, molto simpatici e accoglienti, con cui il giardino e la bellissima area barbecue (attrezzata di tutto) sono in condivisione, barbecue che ci hanno lasciato usare con piacere. Un soggiorno perfetto!

We, my wife, our two girls and myself had the great pleasure to be able to spend 9 days in Mariliena“s house in beautiful Calabria. The house is fantastic and we‘ll do all we can to come back. It was absolutely clean, spacious for us as a family, wonderful outdoors spaces in the shade and on the rooftop terrace with an amazing sea view. Also, the house had everything we could have wanted for feeling at home and being able to cook and enjoy. And the best is still to come: Mariliena and Rocco were fantastic hosts who treated us like friends and showed us all the hospitality of this wonderful region with its crystal clear waters, wonderful beaches, beautiful and historic towns and the lovely people from Calabrian!

Cette maison est la plus équipée de tous les Airbnb que j’ai visités depuis des années. Il y a TOUT, comme dans une maison habitée. Andrea et Luigi sont disponibles et réactifs aux messages. La maison est atypique, en hauteur, typique du quartier. Nous avons vraiment beaucoup apprécié notre séjour.

Das Haus von Andrea liegt traumhaft schön am Meer, mit einem direkten Zugang zum Strand. Man hat einen freien Ausblick auf Meer, den Stromboli am Horizont und jeden Abend einen Sonnenuntergang. Die Ausstattung ist schlicht, wie in Italien oft üblich, aber sauber und ordentlich. Die Umgebung ist im Oktober schon sehr ruhig, hin und wieder schleicht ein Katze vorbei, man ist komplett ungestört und kann die Ferien genießen. Zum Haus gehört ein Garagenstellplatz, nur ein paar Schritte entfernt. Eine Bar und ein paar Restaurants sind zu Fuss in ca 5 Minuten erreichbar. Pippo, der Vater von Andrea, kümmert sich sehr liebevoll, um alle Belange vor Ort, sei es eine Frage zur Umgebung, wo man etwas bekommen kann, etwas funktioniert nicht oder auch nur ein Schwätzchen über das Wetter. Er ist stets erreichbar und freut sich helfen zu können. Sehr zu empfehlen.

If only I could've stayed longer in Dinami! Francesca and her mother were so kind, helpful, and welcoming- the perfect hosts and the definition of hospitality. The space is even more beautiful in person with lovely artwork on the walls. And just up the street you can look out over Dinami and the mountains. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat!

Un soggiorno semplicemente perfetto. La cura dei dettagli e i comfort della casa ci hanno lasciati a bocca aperta rendendo tutto piacevolissimo. Danilo è stato molto cortese e disponibile fin da subito con un’accoglienza piena di calore, fornendoci consigli sul territorio utili per rendere il soggiorno ancora migliore.

Casetta collinare nel fresco ,spaziosa,area esterna nuova ,interno vintage essenziale ma funzionale e adatta alle nostre esigenze ,zanzariere a tutte le finestre, lavatrice, location comoda per visitare la zona che ci eravamo prefissati.

В мае останавливались в квартире, когда путешествовали по югу. Долго искали апартаменты чтоб соответствовали цена и качество, и нашли эту квартиру. Она оказалась даже лучше чем на фото. Квартира двухэтажная, чистая, светлая, уютная. Всё необходимое для комфортного проживания и отдыха в квартире есть. Так же нас порадовал небольшой, ухоженный двор, где растут лимон, мандарины, гранат, бугельвиль, где можно утром в тени деревьев и под пение птиц, насладиться свежесваренным кофе, а так же всей семьёй вечером на улице по-ужинать. Ещё нам понравилось и само расположение квартиры, до моря одна минута спокойным шагом. Рядом с квартирой можно поставить машину. Пляж большой, чистый (в мае уже был убран), с белым песком. Рядом с апартаментами, в шаговой доступности несколько кафе, магазинов с товарами первой необходимости. Чуть подальше ( на машине 5 мин) большой супермаркет. Хозяйка квартиры очень приветливая и дружелюбная, всё нам рассказала, показала. Всегда была на связи.

beautiful place. we loved being able to go out and eat the fruit from the garden. it smelled amazing and really made us feel at home. 5 minutes away from an inexpensive supermarket too, so you can stay at home and eat. William and his family are so friendly and welcoming, and his mother Aida was an absolute gem. She was so cute and gave us so many location directions and recommendations. We love this place!!

We had a great time, the house is exactly as described, bathroom and rooms are renovated and the kitchen had plenty of utensils and cutlery. Marco left a few basic supplies but I suppose this will depend on what guest left behind. Marco left a nice hotel soaps with the towels which is a nice gesture. The location is good the city centre is only 15 min waking down and 25min if you are going back up...good luck! the place is spotless the beds very comfy and air-conditioning in all rooms,also smartTV in the kitchen, top notch facilities, families need to be mindful that there is no microwave. The property is located in a high street with plenty of bars, patisserie and supermarket. The property is located near train tracks, you can hear the train but it is not a bother as we spend most of our time away. The garden needs some care and attention to remove clutter to make it more attractive. we would definitely come back. Calabria is great and this is base to explore the region.
