Mighty is pretty much family now. Such an awesome person and lovely. Makes you feel right at home. I enjoyed my stay so much and absolutely loved my space. The house is amazing. It was such a pleasure overall.

My husband and I thoroughly enjoyed our 2 nights at Sharon’s lovely home in Aptos. Our room was extremely clean, comfortable, and we felt at home to use the kitchen, living area, and enjoy the beautiful view of the mountains. Sharon was very responsive since before we arrived, which helped us feel prepared to enjoy our trip to the area. I really appreciate her attention to detail.

I had an amazing stay and the home is so beautiful, quiet, & clean. Our space was totally respected and I would definitely book when I’m in town again! Thank you Jenny!🥰

Excellent place, very nice and clean extremely well maintained… ventilation in room can be improved, also light sensors be more sensitive for safety at night … oversll still amazingly excellent!

Great location on a small hill with great views from both the balcony and hot tub! Very easy going host couple who made me feel welcome and at home. I stayed for a month while my primary residence was being remodeled and ended up feeling like they were family by the end of the stay. However, there is plenty of space and the bedroom had a private attached bathroom so those who desire privacy will also find a good fit. Highly recommend!

Memorable "bed & breakfast"! Warm welcome, "southern hospitality" in CA. Breakfast order at check-in. Firm twin beds, warm seat bidet in private bathroom. Towels/toiletries provided. Snacks, sodas, bottled water, refrigerator, coffee maker provided in room. Possible AM noise (earplugs provided). Enjoyed breakfast in backyard w/cats. Great value while exploring Carmel/Monterey/San Jose areas. Thanks for a lovely stay!

Loved our stay! Beautiful property, delicious breakfast, nice people, and cute pets. Jen's place was the perfect jumping off point for great hikes, striking beaches, and solid restaurants and wineries.

I needed a last minute room in Santa Cruz for a wedding. I stayed in the main house and the room was tidy and clean. The space was quirky but comfortable. Sharon was responsive and helpful. I enjoyed hearing the sounds from the amusement park out the windows.

Nancy and Roger are very generous, welcoming and proactive hosts. They made sure that we felt comfortable and enjoyed our time here. The house is a short ride from Santa Cruz and the Henry Cowell State Park. Our hosts had excellent recommendations for hikes and food. They also paid great attention to detail in setting up the room — there were a lot of thoughtful touches and we had everything we needed. The room, the bathroom and the house in general are very clean. The surroundings are beautiful and calm. We definitely recommend!

Roger and Nancy were amazing guests, they made us feel like we were in our own home, they gave us tips to places to visit and they shared a cup of wine in the living room of their beautiful house. We enjoyed viewing the hummingbirds in the porch and a lot of other wild birds. We look forward to come back some day.

Everything we wanted and hoped for. Beautiful, peaceful surroundings. Close to many locations - scenic and food-wise, yet far enough away to remain removed from the noise and clutter of tourists and traffic. The full breakfast is delightful. Jen is also the baker here and each morning there was something new to accompany or take center stage of the breakfast. A fantastic bread pudding one morning accompanied a veggie hash with eggs, for example. Mini churros arrived another morning before a hearty and delicious breakfast burrito. Also, there was always fresh fruit each morning. In all, a tasty way to start the day. She and Derek are friendly and responsive. The grounds are gorgeous, the amenities are all you might need, and the hospitality is top shelf. Enough rooms to host an event, like a wedding or family gathering or even a small business retreat. Absolutely recommend, and look forward to returning.
