Überaus herzlicher Empfang auf einem wunderschönen grünen Grundstück direkt mit Blick auf den Fluss. Am Frühstückstisch konnte man sich mit weiteren Gästen austauschen und sich ein paar Travel-Tipps und Erfahrungen einholen oder auch weitergeben. Insgesamt eine sehr offene, lockere Atmosphäre. Wir würden diese Unterkunft in jedem Fall weiter empfehlen und auch selbst gern wiederkommen!

MAGNIFIQUE !!! Superbe maison typique de Toscane, dans un environnement tout aussi splendide. Un accueil très chaleureux, les propriétaires ont mis tout en œuvre pour notre bien-être. De belles chambres climatisées, un jardin tout mignon, bordé de cyprès et d’oliviers… Nous sommes repartis avec l’huile d’olive qu’ils produisent eux-mêmes, délicieuse !!! Nous recommandons vivement cette adresse pour sa beauté et la gentillesse des hôtes !

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at this beautiful villa in Italy! The property was even more stunning in person—peaceful, beautifully maintained, and full of charm. Every detail was thoughtfully arranged, making it feel like a true home away from home. What really made our stay exceptional, though, were the hosts. They were incredibly kind, responsive, and attentive throughout our visit, always available if we had questions or needed anything. Their hospitality truly elevated our experience. We left with amazing memories and can’t wait to return. Highly recommend!

Soggiorno molto piacevole, posizione comodissima per tutto: vicino al centro a piedi, comodo alla stazione e accessibile tranquillamente anche in auto. Stanza e bagno pulitissimi, struttura accogliente. Rosa è stata più che disponibile, sempre contattabile e pronta a dare tutte le informazioni necessarie. Il tutto per una spesa decisamente contenuta.

Marco’s place was amazing. It is the perfect getaway spot, very quiet, but easily accessible. It was also fun to chat with Marco over breakfast! We will definitely be back!

Very much enjoyed our stay with Antonio. He got us an upgrade to an even nicer room, which was super clean, spacy and very well maintained. We especially appreciated the recommendations for local sights upon arrival! Highly recommend!

Il nostro soggiorno è stato davvero piacevole! La casa, un vero e proprio palazzo storico, è incantevole e piena di fascino. La colazione nella grande sala comune è stata super, con una splendida vista sui colli che ha reso l’esperienza ancora più speciale. L’accoglienza di Isabella e del suo team è stata impeccabile, facendoci sentire subito a casa anche se siamo rimaste solo una notte. Consigliatissimo!

Questo B&B é ideale per chi voglia conoscere la Toscana e voglia viverla al meglio: Daniela e Giampaolo, gli host, sono persone squisite e gentili che ci hanno accolto in un alloggio bellissimo in questa casa storica e preparato una ricca colazione con pietanze tipiche locali, sia dolci che salate composte da formaggi e salumi tipici della tradizione dei dintorni e torte preparate in casa e con marmellate freschissime. Oltre ad ospitarci, ci hanno consigliato tantissimi luoghi da visitare nei dintorni ricchi di storia e di bellezze locali, sia vicine come Loro Ciuffenna che distanti come Arezzo e oltre, con i vari musei, architetture e passeggiate che ci hanno fatto vivere un pezzo di Toscana al meglio. Per noi questo punto é stato importantissimo, sono stati consigli che difficilmente si trovano altrove e la passione con cui Daniela ne parlava ci ha convinto ancora di più a fare queste avventure culturali. Vivamente consigliato a chi voglia una vacanza chill in un'ambiente sereno.

È stato tutto fantastico,il Signor Roberto e sua moglie sono stati tanto tanto gentili. Ci siamo sentiti come a casa e abbiamo soggiornato serenamente;tutto bellissimo e pulitissimo. Posizione comoda,veramente a due passi da Firenze e buona colazione. Massima riservatezza e tanta affettuosità,le storie del Signor Roberto ci hanno tenuto compagnia e ci hanno lasciato un bellissimo ricordo. Spero ci sarà una prossima volta! Consigliatissimo 100%

Gaia’s villa was wonderful. She was so helpful along with her staff. The room was clean, beautiful, the grounds were gorgeous. Would highly recommend her villa.

I loved staying with Francesca in Florence. She is a wonderful, caring host. I really enjoyed getting to know her over the 10 days I spent there. Ronfino the cat is also very sweet. The location is great, with lots of great food. Francesca had fridge space for me so I could cook my own food as well. Every morning she kindly had prepared breakfast and coffee. The room was clean, and had everything I needed. It was cozy and I was very comfortable. Francesca made me feel at home, I am so grateful for her hospitality!

Francessco e Inna nos ayudaron mucho en nuestra visita a Florencia, mantuvieron una buena comunicación y siempre nos respondieron. Viven en un lugar tranquilo, y tienen una gata muy linda! Todo salió muy bien! Recomendamos mucho este lugar! 😄

Excellent! Breakfast was phenomenal every single morning and we were tended to so perfectly. Check in was smooth— luggage drop off was so easy and we dropped off once we arrived in Florence and were able to explore. Luggage drop off was also available our checkout day and we were able to leave and explore before it was time to go—they also called a Taxi for us and had it waiting for us when we left. We did not get to use the pool, but the room and shower were perfect. Bed was a bit firm, but that is up to preference, not a complaint. Villa is also further away from city center, and requires a lengthy walk— but is without a doubt walkable. We walked every single day to the city center and across the bridge! You can even see the peak of the Duomo from the terrace! Area felt less tourist packed than other airbnbs in the area and we felt more surrounded by locals. The service was some of the best we’ve received and we were greeted every single morning and day. Great stay!

It was an amazing experience for us. We stayed with a group of 3 at the place. The home was stylish, nicely decorated and extremely clean and neat. What is very special about our stay is, awesome pasticerries made by a real Italian Chef Mariagrazia. I will strongly recommend her breakfasts and delicious pasticerries. It was a unique experience for us. Thanks a lot, for this warm, kind and delicious experience.

Da Lorenzo è come essere a casa lontani da casa, sono persone stupende e ci siamo subito trovati benissimo. Dall'ottima comunicazione alla super disponibilità ad ogni nostra richiesta o domanda, Lorenzo ci ha aperto le porte di casa sua e forse anche di un pezzo di cuore, sembra che ospita persone per conoscere e farsi conoscere e per far vivere le mura della casa sempre e comunque, anche se loro per lavoro o per altri motivi non riescono starci, ci fanno stare altre persone. E che bella casa poi, una piccola villa in mezzo alla natura di un verde che intossica tutto intorno, arredata con gusto e completa di ogni cosa! Sicuramente torneremo perché una volta che superi il traguardo della Casa di Agata, ti senti in debito per ritornarci. Se si è amanti del verde, della tranquillità, della Toscana con tutto quello che ha da offrire, quella autentica dei borghi, un soggiorno alla Casa di Agata è tutto quello che serve. La camera è esattamente come mostrata in foto; ordinata e spaziosa. Il grande terrazzo privato con idromassaggio è la ciliegina sulla torta. Struttura nel complesso molto bella e dotata di tutti i confort. Colazione molto variegata. Daniela super gentile e disponibile.

Traveling alone, I found myself less confident and reclusive in my first 2 weeks in Italy. Upon reading reviews, I had a feeling Suzi would snap me out of it. And she DID!! She was so welcoming, made me a delicious dinner the first night, and made me a part of her family for the week. I was even invited to her milestone birthday party with all her lovely friends, and then another joint birthday family dinner at home. She gave me a bunch of awesome recommendations, always asked if I needed anything, and calmed me down when I called her in despair, being lost in a field somewhere, lol! The room was huge and cozy, the shower sooo nice! (I was in the room off the kitchen) Suzi is very intelligent and we had some interesting conversations. Her two dogs Tyra and Gigi stole my heart immediately. I will be back, maybe as a work away! I will never forget your kindness and the remarkable woman you are <3

Abbiamo alloggiato solamente per una notte ma ci siamo sentiti subito a casa. La camera era perfetta come tutta la casa ma il vero plus è stato essere accolti da una persona speciale e disponibile come Cristina. Se avremmo occasione torneremo sicuramente.

Il B&B è accogliente e pulito; un'ottima soluzione per un week-end.

一切你对于托斯卡纳的幻想在这里都能实现。真实的风景如画，成排的丝柏树，风吹过树梢带来海浪的声音。 房东人很好，响应很快，房子本身的年代感，所有的装修/用具，都是刚刚好的年代感。包括洗漱用品的香气，都恰如其分。说是穿越回那个年代的田园毫不过分。 早餐非常好吃！超级感谢两位负责准备吃食和收拾的漂亮姐姐。 泳池也可以用，大片的草地也非常好看。风吹过非常舒服。 唯一小小的不方便是有的时候晚上信号比较差，移动信号和wifi都不太好。白天会好一些。然后浴室水压比较大，可能用完浴室需要自行拖干通风。但这是我看见过拥有最美风景窗口浴室。 给不是自己开车的朋友一些tips：住了四个晚上，我觉得挺多的。但由于没有车，只能靠走路限制还是挺多的。房东可以在晚饭的时候车你去附近的猫头鹰餐厅，非常极其无敌好吃。但其他时候，各种具体附近的活动，还是有车比较方便。 最近的杂货店单线程两公里，所以没车的话建议备点干粮。 Elena的cooking class也很有趣，她人超级有趣，会了解到很多这块区域的历史，煮的千层面也十分满足！ 总得来说，是实现蓝天白云意大利田园梦想的绝佳选项。祝大家渡过无所事事的午后，把焦虑抛在身后的日子。

Our stay with Daniella and Enrico (and their 2 lovely dogs Kilian and Mia) was truly unforgettable. From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home thanks to their warm hospitality and kind hearts. The views over the valley were simply breathtaking, and the highlight of our visit was an evening at the observatory. Under the stars and moon, Enrico shared his passion and knowledge with us—an experience we’ll never forget. We were also treated to a delicious aperitif with a view that felt like a dream. Daniella and Enrico are the kind of hosts who turn a stay into a memory. Whenever we look up at the stars, we’ll think of this magical place and the beautiful people who made it feel like home
