This beach cottage was the perfect getaway for Valentine’s Day weekend. It was very cozy with a beautiful deck where you could enjoy the beach all day long. You can access the beach easily and the Rosewood hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay again. It’s the upper unit of a house so you do share a hallway entrance with downstairs guests and the entrance is right by the bedroom. Apart from that everything was very nice!

Place was great! Comfy, peaceful, had great vibes and looked exactly like the pictures. Will def stay again!

Great place in a nice little neighborhood pocket that is still walkable to shops/beach. Hosts were responsive and accommodating to our needs with a baby. Would definitely recommend this listing and hope to stay again.

Incredible property! Megan was an ideal host, quick to respond and more than accommodating. The home was perfect for our little family. The proximity of water to house was second to none. We have travelled quite and bit and use Airbnb often, the jacuzzi to fire pit to ocean proximity is unmatched. Will definitely stay again, can’t recommend Megan or her property enough!

Absolutely HEAVENLY!! Incredible house, on ocean location, well appointed amenities, large deck, hot tub with full ocean view, comfortable beds, nice bathrooms, great communication, very helpful staff, will definitely return!

Great host, very responsive and pro-active. Location is really great with sea view. Nice size of bedroom and living area. Nice shower. Bess provided all necessary toiletries, like shampoo, conditioner, shower gels, etc… Furniture are a bit old but it remains comfortable. Cutleries, plates and glasses could be improved. There was only one glass for wine. I was alone, do it was ok, but still… Very happy overall and I am strongly recommending Bess place. Will gladly come back.

We've stayed on Glenn's beautiful boat so many times I've lost track. It's our favorite place to stay in Ventura! This time we celebrated our 20th wedding anniversary. It was perfect! We saw a seal swimming around plus we enjoyed the live music and food at the Harbor. Can't wait to go back soon!!

WOW! Just WOW! First and foremost Teddy is a fantastic host, very responsive, kind and proactive. This house is BEAUTIFUL! Made us want to move to Santa Barbara. The location is perfect, so close to everything and walkable to the beach. The house was beautiful and perfect for a large family or group. We really enjoyed our stay. Can't wait to come back with my family.

Great location, hot tub and pool were really great, great family spaces. We had a great week there. Also, Melissa was very helpful in mailing me something I accidentally left behind in the house.

Sarah was very responsive to our questions and super friendly. The house was as described, and has everything you need. Surprisingly quiet for being on a main street. It was very close to some fun restaurants and it's a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay here; it was a nice respite from my busy conference!

Connie is the best host I’ve ever had! Her property was paradise, the house felt like a complete getaway even though it was just 1 1/2 hrs from LA. We got to go whale watching in Santa Barba and come back to the property to lounge by the beautiful heated pool surrounded by fruit trees and a beautiful fragrant flower garden. Connie was super responsive and accommodating, everything in the house worked well and the space was so relaxing. We will definitely be back!

Beautiful home in a peaceful neighborhood. The backyard is absolutely gorgeous and great for hanging outside. Everything was as described. We had a great girls weekend there.

Adam and Vanessa were superhosts! They were communicative and friendly, and when it was raining, they proactively reached out to remind us where we could find umbrellas in the rental. This was by far the most family friendly Air Bnb I've ever stayed in, I would recommend this place for any family with little ones! The kids loved the amenities, and the pool area. Close proximity to a grocery store and coffee shop was the cherry on top. Thank you Vanessa and Adam for a wonderful stay, we hope to be back!

What a gorgeous home and the design along with the lighting, configuration of the house, the flow is very zen. Quality furniture and indoor/outdoor spaces very well maintained. Beautiful views of the ocean and mountains are calming listening to the waves. Open and well designed with great atmosphere including the stunning artwork, appliances, and a very safe environment to enjoy in. Well done Helena! The gardens are immaculate and the pool, kitchen, bedrooms, closets and bathrooms are all very beautiful. First class is this stunning house. Our family of 5 had a perfect week here. The location is perfect for beach days or to jump on the 101 and head into SB or up the 154.

Great location! Beach was only a few minutes walk. Neighborhood felt very safe and was quiet, with exception of the daily national anthem coming from the nearby naval base. The house is stocking with everything you would need to make big family meals and anything you might want for beach play. Our grown kids LOVED the ping pong table in the garage!

Our 2nd stay here, and we still loved it so much. Quiet but close to everything, so many thoughtful touches (hampers in every bedroom, for example!) and perfect for our family of 4. Kelly was very responsive and friendly. Comfortable beds. Love this place, highly recommend!

Sarah and her husband were fantastic hosts ! super responsive . My boyfriend and I wanted to get away and it was exactly what we wanted. the views were spectacular. If you're looking to get away this Is the perfect private getaway . The location makes you feel like you actually left California and into a private beach-jungle hide out. Everything inside is contemporary and the best part is the beds are amazing ! Will definitely be returning !

We will often try to find a “deal” near to, but not exactly on the beach - this time around we decided to find a place right on the beach, and we can say without hesitation it was entirely worth the small uptick in price and that we would do it again and again. The condo is amazing - you are literally a few feet from the sand, with nothing blocking your view or access of the ocean. The beach is huge, with ample space to find your own little comfortable spot, and within easy reach of the condo for snacks and refreshments. The interior space is well laid out, with lots of space, super up-to-date kitchen, and plenty of room to sleep our family of 5. Everything worked as expected and everything we needed was within arms reach. Plus, there’s a “gear room” of sorts with all kinds of games, sand toys, beach chairs, and bikes. We had zero concerns or complaints here - only good experiences. We do want to express gratitude to Daniel, as he is super responsive and helpful!
