It was a great place for a large group of friends to stay in. The common area was spacious, we could gather after a long day to have food and drinks. There are suggestions in the noticeboard for us to go to for breakfast and sightseeing. I would like to revisit this place if there is one.

JouYi is an excellent Airbnb host. Her apartment was exactly as advertised. Spacious, furnished, and very clean. The Wi-Fi, television, hot water heater, refrigerator and air conditioner all worked perfectly. She is also a very responsive host. If I had any questions, she would reply to me promptly with an answer. I can highly recommend a stay at JouYi's apartment rental in Sanmin District, Kaohsiung City.

We had a lovely stay at Jacky’s place. Jacky was very friendly, responsive and supportive. The location was very good as there were trains, busses and you bikes that took us anywhere we needed to go within walking distance. The photos and the description matched the apartment we stayed in. An-Tie’s listing was all that was promised and more. Took me a while to wriggle the key 🔑 into my room, but I managed. Great stay, especially if you are a party of 3+. Very family friendly environment with a modest kitchen and living room setup. Highly recommended for first comers in the city 🌆. Great spot for entertainment and good food. 🥘

We booked the place for our trip in Kaohsiung and it was a worthwhile experience. Ren was proactive in sending instructions that made the entire check-in/check-out process seamless. The room is definitely a bargain with a great location just a few minutes from the bus stops and train station.

Spacious and convenient. Great parking space below and easy to navigate to the place. Would definitely book to stay here again!
