Chad’s place was wonderful. It was probably the most functional airbnb we have ever stayed at with every single thing you could possibly need being provided. The backyard is beautiful and perfect if you’re traveling with dogs. The street was quiet and couldn’t be more centrally located. We had a great stay and Chad was very responsive. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a cozy home away from home in the capitol city.

we were in Springfield for an event at the fairgrounds and this was only a couple minutes from where we needed to be. The house was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed.

Really enjoyed our stay and will gladly stay again if we are in the area. Everything was so clean and neat, and the host was always quick to reply to any questions I had. Due to the cold weather we didn't use the backyard much but I love the space and how private it felt. Overall it was a very enjoyable stay

I had a great stay at this cheerful home in Springfield! Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The house was clean, well-maintained, and located in a quiet, safe neighborhood that made me feel right at home. The living room TV was huge and perfect for relaxing at the end of the day, and the Wi-Fi worked great for getting some work done. I didn’t travel with a pet, but the fenced backyard would be perfect for anyone bringing dogs. The kitchen had everything I needed, and having a washer and dryer in the house was super convenient. Check-in was easy with the keypad, and communication with the host was clear and helpful throughout my stay. I’d definitely recommend this place to anyone visiting Springfield—whether for work or fun! Thanks again, Adam and Zachary, for being a great hosts!

Wasn’t able to stay certain circumstances arose at the last minute but the communication was great! George is a nice guy, down to earth and made everything work out well even refunded our money for the inconveniences.

The place was spotless with all new appliances, furniture and fixtures. Jasmin was very helpful and made sure we had a place that suited my family’s needs. I would stay here again.

I enjoyed my stay at Regina's place. Check-in and check-out are very easy. The unit is very clean & comfy and it has all the amenities for a great stay. There is ample parking and the location is good as it is close to downtown. The host is responsive and can assist you promptly. I would stay here again. Thanks!
