Finish the evening with a fire out back and then off to theatre room to watch movies, play PS5, drums & Foosball!!  Wake up to make a great breakfast, includes waffle maker, coffee, and you can make your own smoothie!

Nestled in a cove on the largest lake in Kent county, this cozy waterfront cottage has scenic views and 66' of private shoreline on Lake Wabasis. There are 2 bedrooms, front deck, side patio, bonfire pit w/benches & gas BBQ grill. Swan cottage also includes an 18' pontoon w/60 hp motor, 2 kayaks, paddle boat & dock from early May - late October (weather permitting). The cottage is dog friendly, however, yard is not fenced. But we supply a spiral ground stake w/cable & doggie life vests.

The house has lake views on all 3 floors and 2 decks. Soak in some sunshine and enjoy the view from the upper deck or stay cool in the shade with the lake breeze on the lower deck. Fire pit, grill, and yard games are provided along with 2 kayaks. The backyard is fenced, up to 2 dogs are welcome with an additional $100 fee.
