Great spot to stay for a few days in İstanbul. Clean, well equipped, and secure. Would recommend for anyone needing to be on the Asian side.

Good experience, I will book it next time. Value/money and the view to the sea! I like the location as it is closed to the running/walking path along the seaside. Parking was not always easy, but manageable to find (up to 5 walking minutes away). I saw bus stop, but did not use - cannot judge. Next to the house there is to a shopping mall, if you need something, lots of restaurants, for the grocery shopping better use delivery service, though there is a (expensive) supermarket in the mall. Internet connection was stable to work, but it is not suitable for the remote work as only has a small tea table. We had a little hiccup with the entrance magnet card, but our host sorted out it quickly with the security team. Note: read carefully description: things which are not listed are missing, do not assume it is there (like clutter and toilet paper), though it would be good to include it. Gym is 20 EUR for 1 time.

The apartment was great. It’s located in the perfect place. Taksim square is about a 15 min walk away and the old Istanbul is a 15 minute drive away. Our stay was wonderful and we would recommend this stay to others. If I ever come back to Istanbul, I will reach out to Adam.

Thank you so much for this wonderful apartment. We truly felt at home. Ksenia is very responsive and always available if we need anything. The place is perfect for both short and long stays in Istanbul. Outside the apartment, the building is also clean, and there’s a store open until 3 AM with very reasonable prices. The pool and gym were great, and not too crowded during our stay. The apartment’s decor is very well thought out. It’s also well insulated from outside noise and equipped with various types of heating and air conditioning.

Cosy place, very configurable, always a person at the reception ready to help you, i was really pleased how everything gone, that’s my first stay in Turkey and was a hit from the start! In comparison with Paris and his extremities that’s gold! I had questions about the app in my phone for digital lock that my app didn’t work so the host was kind to give me a key, i had questions about reaching the gym wich is on -1 not the second floor, this host send a person to give me the card for access. And i saw that someone says something about the mold on the shower but i think that’s because some guest may shut the doors from shower and bathroom and there’s the mold guys. You should always after shower leave the door open and turn on ventilation to evacuate the steam from it.Very responsive host big like👌?

Tekrar o bölgede konaklanacak olursak tekrar hiç tereddüt etmeden Celal beyin evini tercih ederiz. Ev fotoğraflarda göründüğü gibi, Celal bey ise hem check-in hem check-out konusunda çok yardımcı oldu, her zaman çok ilgiliydi. Otoparkli olması ise en büyük avantajı idi. Evet bulunduğu yokuş dik, fakat kesinlikle değer çünkü Taksim meydanina ve otobüs durağına yürüme mesafesinde.

We enjoyed our stay at Zeydep's apartment in Kadıköy. The apartment was very clean and matched the description and photos. When we first arrived it was a little warm for us but the host showed us how to turn off the radiators and that cooled things off quickly (we did test the air conditioner and it worked well too, but we didn't need it after the radiators were closed). Overall, the apartment was comfortable for a six night stay. The kitchen area was a little tight for two people to maneuver in, but for the short stay, we managed through it. The apartment is close to the metro and several buses, which we used extensively. Zeydep was responsive to our requests and also provided helpful information about nearby restaurants and attractions.

Öncelikle Doğukan Beye çok teşekkür ederim. Detaylı bir şekilde bahsetmem gerekirse girişimiz çok rahat oldu, gittiğimizde direkt anahtarımızı aldık ve eve yerleştik. Evde bir yaşam alanı için gereken her şey düşünülmüştü. Mutfakta tüm araç gereçler mevcuttu, kahve makinesi dahil olmak üzere. Banyoda da aynı şekilde şampuandan çamaşır deterjanına kadar düşünülmüştü. İletişim konusunda da kendisi oldukça sorumluluk sahibiydi bir problem yaşadığımızda hızlı geri dönüş aldık. Sorunsuz bir konaklama için samimi bir şekilde tavsiye ederim.

Easy check-in, good location. The host was quite helpful and responsive. Highly recommended.

Το κατάλυμα ήταν άψογο, 12-15 από istiklal. Στο 6ο όροφο με ωραία θέα, πεντακάθαρο. Το συγκρότημα πολύ οργανωμένο με πισίνα , γυμναστήριο και 2 καταστήματα φαγητού και ο οικοδεσπότης άψογος, ότι χρειαζόμασταν ήταν πάντα εκεί και μας βοηθούσε!!

Der Gastgeber war sehr Freundlich immer erreichbar und wenn man Hilfe brauchte direkt gekümmert.Super Gastgeber,immer wieder gerne komme ich zurück..Es war alles da was man im Täglichen Leben brauchte.Vielen Lieben Dank für die yzeit und Hilfe.

The apartment is impeccable exactly as in the photos, it is spacious, well equipped with very good quality furniture and everything you need, in a very nice and well-kept building. The location is extraordinary, a few steps from restaurants and transportation. The staff is very friendly, with excellent communication and helpful, they even offered us transportation to the airport which is convenient and at a fair price. I highly recommend it.

Le logement était parfait; beau, très bien équipé, et calme car donnant sur un jardin. Il est idéalement situé, à 5mn de la tour Galata et 5 mn de la ligne de tramway allant directement dans le centre d'Istanbul. L'entrée dans l'appartement est des plus facile grâce au gardien à l'entrée ( à toute heure) Une location que nous recommandons!

Wir waren mit dem Service im Haus sehr zufrieden. Bis auf die Sauberkeit war alles sonst in Ordnung. Der Balkon war nicht ohne Schlappen nutzbar. Sehr schmutzig leider. Weiße Socken tragen ging in der Wohnung leider nicht. Ansonsten war der Aufenthalt dort sehr gut. Wir würden es wieder buchen nur mit der Voraussetzung das die Wohnung beim hinsehen vor Ort auch gründlich sauber ist. Vielen Dank.
