This place would be great for a large family or group to get away from the noise of the city. or a group working in the area. Located on 20 acres with a pond, plenty of wild life to see, Located just a few short miles from Lake Huron, Hubbard Lake, and only 15 Minutes from Alpena. A large trail system nearby, for snowmobiles, quads and other off road vehicles. Great place to just sit back and relax. Very Private, nearest neighbor is me, 20 acres away. No hunting or shooting allowed.

A fixer-upper. The house is ready now with some ongoing projects. The house is one bedroom on top of a two-car garage so being able to climb steps is a must to enter the living space. The house is located in town. Less than a 5-minute stroll to the lake passing a coffee and ice cream shop, a consignment shop, an art gallery, etc. This is a great place to stay for the Harbor Town Weekend in September. Enjoy the crisp Northern Michigan air with all of the color changes in the fall; ice fishing, sledding, cross country skiing in the winter; boating, fishing, swimming and sunset watching in the spring and summer. House is not on the lake but only a two min walk away. Private dock with stairs into the water included. Serenity awaits!

Great location to bask in the sun, swim, fish, visit Mackinac Island, see Ocqueoc Falls,, ice fish, ski, snow mobile, camp fires and so much more. Amazing spot to unplug and spend quality time with family.

Beach days and bonfire nights

You'll have a great time at this comfortable place to stay situated on the shores of beautiful Lake Huron. Enjoy a leisurely walk along the Sandy shoreline, kayaking, swimming, grilling and bonfires. Only a 5 mile drive North to Alpena or less than 4 miles to Ossineke and venture to Dinosaur Gardens or Connie's Cafe for breakfast.

The Shack

Kick up your heals, relax and have fun. Totally peaceful- NO NEIGHBORS! Pets are welcome. With a small pet fee. Have a camp fire, play some outdoor games and enjoy. Feels like your so far away but only 5 Miles from the BEAUTIFUL HUBBARD LAKE MICHIGAN.

The Depot

This unique rental is situated right next to the railway, conveniently located within walking distance of multiple amenities and not too far from downtown Alpena. The train passes through almost daily, giving a fun, industrial vibe to the property!
