Perfect stay thank you! Wow you really can't get a more central location, everything is minutes walk away. The place was spotless and the beds so so comfortable!!!! Much needed after a few busy days walking around Tuscany! Would highly recommend this place and will be back for sure!!

Arredamento curato nei minimi dettagli con una forte attenzione all'arte e al gusto. Tutti i suppellettili erano impeccabili ed azzeccati (malgrado la quantità di oggetti non c'era un filo di polvere!). Comodissimo il parcheggio interno e assoluta disponibilità da parte dell'host nel venire incontro alle nostre esigenze. Consigliatissimo!

Great apartment in a good location. Close to the town square and many shops and restaurants. Nicoletta was a superb host who greeted me at the apartment, showed me everything and even had the heating on ready for me! The apartment was spotless, well equipped and well maintained. Highly recommended.

Just quick one night stay before visiting Carrara but everything was perfect. We had a very peaceful sleep.

We had an incredible experience staying at this Airbnb in Pisa. My wife, two kids, and I couldn’t have asked for a better location and place to stay during our trip. The apartment was spacious, clean, and well-equipped for our needs. The host was friendly and welcoming, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was unbeatable—just a short walk to all the major sights, including the famous Leaning Tower of Pisa. It was perfect for us as a family, with plenty of local shops and restaurants nearby to explore. We felt right at home and couldn’t have asked for a better base for our trip. We had no complaints during our stay. Everything was perfect, and we truly enjoyed every moment. I highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Pisa—it’s a fantastic spot for families!

Die Unterkunft war super! Es ist zwar etwas abseits aber dadurch wundervoll ruhig gelegen. Die Kommunikation Mittelmaß und Egle war einwandfrei und wir haben auch direkt lokale Tipps für die Umgebung bekommen. Man sollte jedoch darauf achten, dass man sein Auto gut beherrscht da die Straße zur Unterkunft recht schmal ist, was jedoch für die Berge sehr typisch ist :) Definitiv zu empfehlen wenn man es etwas ruhiger mag und eine wundervolle Landschaft überblicken möchte!!

Ottima soluzione fuori dalla ZTL, ideale per parcheggio in auto ed il centro è facilmente raggiungibile in poco tempo a piedi. Siamo stati con 2 bambini molti piccoli e la soluzione ha risposto in pieno alle nostre esigenze. Lorenzo è stato molto reattivo e disponibile, soluzione decisamente consigliata per famiglie!

Elena was an amazing host. She was lovely and helpful. We had a lovely time at Elena’s place in the middle of the mountains. Felt like a fairy tale. Perfect location and good travel distance to Bologna and Florence. We would love to come back! ☺️

Patrizia war super hilfsbereit und freundlich . Die Unterkunft war wie auf den Bildern zu sehen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist herrlich. Man erreicht alle großen Städte (Pisa, Florenz, Lucca) innerhalb von 1 -1.5 Stunden

Je voelt je meteen thuis in het sfeervolle huisje middenin een tuin met rozen, rozemarijn, fruit- en olijfbomen. De klokkentoren zorgt al eeuwen voor een karakteristiek uitzicht. Giovanna en Antonio zijn zeer hartelijk en geven fijne tips over de fantastische Toscaanse omgeving (wandelroutes, dorpjes, strand, restaurant,…). Ze verwennen je met hun eigen olijfolie, limoncello, vers geplukte vruchten en wijn en ze laten je lekker je eigen gang gaan. De ommuurde stad Lucca is 10min rijden en zowel met de fiets als te voet te bezoeken. In deze wat kleinere stad heb je de Duomo bijna voor jezelf. Pistoia, Pisa, Florence, allemaal een uurtje rijden, zijn zeer de reis waard maar het is na deze drukke steden elke avond weer heerlijk om in het rustige Upupa huisje terug te keren. Wij, 2 zusjes, verbleven er begin november en konden in de tuin een handje helpen met de olijvenpluk. Onze vakantie was helemaal af. Grazie mille, Luki&Niko

This villa in Viagreggio perfectly suited our needs. The space was exactly as described - the A/c was needed in the high temperatures. The property is ideally situated between the train station and the beach - it was approximately an 8 minute walk from the station, and 10 minute walk to the beach. Irene was a great host - responding very quickly to any questions we had.

Ich kann mich den ganzen positiven Bewertungen nur anschließen! Massimo ist ein fantastischer Gastgeber und er ist immer sofort zur Stelle wenn man etwas benötigt, ohne aufdringlich zu sein. Wir haben uns von Anfang an gut verstanden. Die ganze Familie ist sehr herzlich, freundlich, hilfsbereit und sympathisch. Es fehlte an nichts. Selbst Bademantel und Wärmflasche wurden zur Verfügung gestellt! Besonders die Betten sind sehr bequem, was in Ferienwohnungen eine Seltenheit ist! Mein 2-wöchiger Aufenthalt mit meinem Hund war sehr angenehm und ich habe mich sehr wohl gefühlt…fast schon wie bei Freunden zu Besuch. Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

Нам экстренно нужно было искать жилье в близи Ля Специя. Хотелось отдохнуть в окружении природы. Сальваторе очень быстрое ответил на запрос, дал все рекомендации по прибытию. Он и его супруга встретили нас у ворот, все рассказали и показали. Даже испекли для нас невероятно вкусный пирог ( он был горячий к нашему приезду). В доме все пахло чистотой и свежестью), интерьер сделан с любовью и патио так же. Мы провели Невероятно приятный вечер в их доме )

Wir haben eine wunderbare Woche in Cristinas Haus in Fabbiano verbracht und dort unsere Auszeit vom Alltag sehr genossen. Das Haus ist wunderschön in den kleinen, ruhigen, sehr romantischen Ort eingebunden. Man geniest vom Garten aus einen wunderbaren Blick in das Tal und die Berge und kann vom Haus aus auch gleich eine schöne Wanderung aus unternehmen. Cristinas Empfang war sehr herzlich und gab uns das Gefühl, uns in ihrem Haus wirklich willkommen zu fühlen. Wir konnten sie jederzeit fragen, wenn wir Rat benötigten. Der Garten ist traumhaft. Leider war es für den Pool schon zu kalt. Dafür haben wir den Kamin sehr genossen. Trotz des durchwachsenen Wetters haben wir viel unternommen denn das Haus liegt zentral zwischen Meer, den Bergen und einiger sehr schöner Städte (z.B. Viareggio, Lucca, Pisa, Bargo). Da der Garten komplett eingezäunt ist, konnte sich auch unser Hund die ganze Zeit frei bewegen. Für kleine Familien, die Ruhe und Abgeschiedenheit lieben, ist das Haus ideal

Dino è stato gentilissimo e sempre disponibile. Ci ha fornito dei video chiari di come raggiungere la casa dato che era in una posizione un po’ remota. La casa è un gioiellino con una fantastica vista su ogni lato. Perfetto per una fuga tranquilla immersi nella tranquillità e nella natura. Super consigliato e torneremo al 100%

Sabrina ist eine sehr freundliche und hilfsbereite Gastgeberin. Sie hat bei Fragen sehr schnell und klar geantwortet. Wir haben uns in der Wohnung schnell wohl gefühlt. Sie ist besonders, aufgrund der ausgestellten Kunst. Die Betten waren etwas hart, aber das ist Geschmackssache. Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in der Wohnung. Vielen Dank Sabrina! 😄

Ci siamo trovati molto bene, appartamento situato nella via centrale di Pisa a due passi dalla stazione e da tutti i servizi principali. Molto ampio e spazioso, con 3 camere letto separate e 2 bagni. Letti molto comodi. Host molto gentile e sempre disponibile.

Cecilia è una persona davvero gentile e premurosa. La sua casa è molto grande e luminosa, gli spazi sono divisi molto bene e arredati in modo funzionale. In casa non manca nulla e c'è l''aria condizionata! a causa del grande caldo non abbiamo sfruttato il grande terrazzo attrezzato, era meglio stare dentro casa al fresco! la casa è posizionata in una zona tranquilla, proprio di fronte ad un grande parcheggio a pagamento (25 euro settimanali), con una passeggiata di 10 Min lungo si arriva sulla passeggiata del lungomare e agli stabilimenti balneari (consigliamo bagno Amedeo) e a pochi minuti si trovano tanti supermercati e negozi di ogni genere. Siamo soddisfatti al 100% del ns soggiorno e il prossimo anno torneremo sicuramente! Grazie Cecilia

Die Unterkunft ist wirklich ein Traum! Wir hatten eine schöne, erholsame Zeit bei Deborah. Der Pool und die Lage ist toll und Deborah gibt super Empfehlungen, ist total warmherzig und man fühlt sich wie zuhause. Und hat es so gut gefallen, dass wir nochmal wiederkommen möchten!

Sehr nette kleine Wohnung, Ausstattung Top, außerdem direkt an der Pineta, dem Pinienpark gelegen, der voller Möglichkeiten für Aktivitäten, vor allem für Kinder steckt. War für uns mit unserem kleinen Sohn spitze. Weiters nur 5 Min zum nächsten Strandbad zu Fuß, Supermarkt im Erdgeschoss und Pasticceria sowie Eisgeschäft direkt gegenüber. Herz was willst du mehr? Dazu noch die Gastgeberin Maria Luisa, die uns bei Fragen oder Problemen immer sehr schnell und äußerst freundlich geholfen hat, haben uns auf Anhieb wohl gefühlt hier und würden sofort wieder hinfahren. ☺️

Fulvio è stato un Host eccezionale: preciso, disponibile e premuroso. L’appartamento è molto spazioso e accogliente. Pulizia impeccabile. Assolutamente consigliato!

Nous avons passé 3 nuits dans cet appartement et tout était parfait. Le propriétaire était très accueillant et vraiment sympathique, ce qui a rendu le séjour encore plus agréable. L’appartement est fidèle aux photos, très bien équipé, confortable et on ne manquait de rien. Je recommande vivement ce logement et n’hésiterai pas à y revenir ! Merci pour tout
