Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con jacuzzi en San Polo, Venecia

Andrea & Valentina are exceptional hosts! Andrea’s communication is excellent: he checks in, makes recommendations & is quick to answer any questions you have. The home is beautiful, well decorated, clean, with all the lovely amenities you could ask for. The private garden with the Jacuzzi was a bonus—very relaxing and peaceful. I ended up using it daily! Their home is on a nice quiet canal, tucked away from the very ‘touristy’ areas, but just a short walk to any of the popular attractions. There were tons of lovely restaurants & shops in the neighborhood, and a supermarket about a 5 minute walk away for necessities. Their place is really a gem, and if I could give it more than 5 stars I would! Highly recommend & would definitely book again on my next trip to Venice!

Le logement est bien placé dans un quartier calme un peu à l'écart mais à 15 min à pied des activités touristiques principales. Logement adapté pour accueillir une famille car les chambres et salles de bain sont spacieuses. Bonne communication avec les hôtes. Merci pour tout !

Wir, 2 Erwachsene mit kleinem Hund, durften 4 Tage in dem Loft verbringen. Die modern eingerichtete Unterkunft lässt keine Wünsche offen, ist sehr gepflegt und absolut ruhig gelegen. Der Bus nach Venedig ist in 3, der Supermarkt in knapp 10 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Auf unsere Fragen zum Appartment erhielten wir rasch und kompetent Antwort. Ein außergewöhnliches Wohnerlebnis, unbedingt zu empfehlen!

Une magnifique maison en plein centre de Venise! Complètement privé, l'espace de vie est réparti du plusieurs étages (comme les photos l'illustrent bien). Tout est propre et calme. La literie est confortable. La cuisine est équipée (attention petit frigo et pas de four ni de lave vaisselle). Situé dans le quartier San Marco, tout est accessible à pied ! L'accueil à l'arrivée au vaporetto par Alessandra était très agréable. Bref une location de choix pour visiter Venise.

Das schöne Haus, der intime Garten, die Einrichtung der Räume, die Ausstattung der Küche, die freundlichen Nachbarn: Alles war darauf angelegt, sich schnell einzugewöhnen und rundum wohl zu fühlen. Besonders die Kombination von ruhiger Lage mit kurzem Weg zur Vaporetto-Station und einer Vielzahl an kleinen Fachgeschäften (jeweils für Fisch, Obst, Gemüse, Brot, Patisserie, Haushaltswaren …) ist enorm vorteilhaft und ausgesprochen angenehm für einen Aufenthalt in Venedig und auf seine eigene Art völlig unschlagbar. Wir waren oft in dieser Stadt und haben mit dieser Unterkunft unseren Lieblingsort entdeckt.

Abbiamo trascorso una sola notte nella struttura di Alvise e possiamo confermare le tante recensioni positive. Avendo organizzato una gita a Venezia l alloggio è risultato la scelta perfetta per raggiungere per raggiungere la laguna con pochi minuti di un comodo treno. L alloggio si trova proprio di fronte alla stazione ferroviaria e senza stress molto velocemente siamo arrivati destinazione. Il parcheggio all interno della struttura è stato comodissimo, la camera bella spaziosa e pulita e la colazione fantastica poiché molto curata con prodotti selezionati di qualità e a km 0. Super consigliato torneremo sicuramente!

Ero in zona per motivi di lavoro e mi serviva un posto easy per la notte. Perfetto per questo scopo.

Sono sempre alla ricerca di belle case per godermi il tempo con gli amici quando torno in Italia per pochi giorni, con questa villa abbiamo raggiunto il massimo livello di lusso, dato soprattutto dalla presenza di tante camere e tanti bagni. Torneremo sicuramente

Frederica en haar vader zijn geweldige hosts. De communicatie is snel en accuraat. De ontvangst in het huisje was prettig en Stephan was heel vriendelijk. Het huis is heel fijn. Alle gemakken zijn aanwezig. De tuin is prachtig. Helaas konden we er door het slechte weer weinig gebruik van maken. De locatie van het huis is heel gunstig, vlakbij Padua en halverwege Verona en Venetië. Ook een tripje naar de Dolomieten is vanuit hier prima te doen. Kortom een fantastisch huis op een heel goede plek. We komen graag nog een keer terug!

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Elena's place. The house was clean, cozy, and well-equipped with everything we needed. Elena's hospitality was outstanding—she went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and comfortable. She even insisted on cleaning the house herself so we could enjoy our vacation to the fullest. We appreciated her prompt communication and the thoughtful touches throughout our stay. Thank you, Elena, for making our trip so memorable.
