We loved sitting on the porch or out on the pier having coffee, reading or watching the sunrise. The pool is nice and refreshing after a day out in the heat. The kitchen was really well stocked with high quality cookware. The location was great for us, slightly away from town for a more peaceful stay but easy to get to most places. We were welcomed and felt right at home all week.

We just loved staying at Captain Robby's. A bit of a drive north of San Pedro, but the drive itself was fun and the secluded feel was very welcome after a couple of nights in town. The abundance of trees provided great shade and kept the place so much cooler even than just out by the road. He even took us and another couple out to the reef so we could snorkel for a short while. We wouldn't hesitate to stay there again.

Everything was absolutely lovely - memories were made that will last a lifetime and we can’t wait to come back! The estate and villa are impeccably maintained! We had the most restful nights sleep we’ve ever had on holiday! The on-site team is world class! Terri, your personal concierge is a wealth of knowledge and goes above and beyond to help make your stay the best possible! Derrick is wonderfully helpful and works hard daily to maintain the beach and property. Karla, handles your daily housekeeping and is a sweetheart, a bright ray of smiley sunshine! Thank you Sari and team for making this one for the record books! The property is truly stunning a once in a life time place to experience and stay in we loved how it was out of town and private just for our family! We enjoyed exploring off the pier we saw so many rays sea turtles and Henry ( the eel that lives by the pier) it was so cool! We highly recommend staying here! Being on the north side of the island was so peaceful!

This was a perfect stay for our trip to Ambergris. We loved our hosts, Anna & Thomas. Also a special shout out to Daniella for also taking great care of us on the daily. We are leaving in a relaxed state of mind having had the most chill week. This special place is a little off the beaten path for those that are not looking for the busy San Pedro resort experience we were able to dive with white sands, which was arranged by our wonderful hosts. The snorkeling and diving was fantastic with their caring team. We felt like we had a private oasis for the week- just what we were looking for! Thank you!

Our tiny home was perfect for us. The view was amazing, and the house had everything we need. The ride to town and to the northern part of the island (we only went as far as Secret Beach which was an hour) was a little long but we didn’t mind. Part of the fun was riding around in the golf cart checking things out. We wanted to paddle board, which were provided by the host, but the water was too rough. Maybe next time :) Also, it was nice to have Eva, a contact on the island, for any questions we had and more recommendations. She was helpful and responsive.

We stayed at Sunset Caribe with Mariah for our wedding anniversary and it couldn’t have been more perfect. The condo offered breathtaking sunrise views over the water every morning and gave us unrestricted access to the pool, jacuzzi, and gym, making it easy to relax and enjoy our week. Before our arrival, Mariah provided an incredibly helpful guide with important information about San Pedro, including tips on navigating the island, currency, and a packing list that was perfect for first-time visitors. Her recommendations for food were spot on — every place she suggested was absolutely delicious! During our trip, one of our golf carts broke down and we couldn’t get through to the rental company. Thankfully, Mariah stepped in right away and got the issue resolved for us. She truly went above and beyond to make sure our stay was stress-free. San Pedro is a true gem, and our cozy stay at Sunset Caribe made it even better. Mariah is an amazing host you can count on — Book her!

The unit was very clean, comfortable and like the pictures. The bedding was very comfortable and we all slept very well here. The unit is well appointed and spacious. The complex is nice and we had several good meals at Lotus restaurant where the service was excellent. The boat to the village ran on time as per the schedule posted. My kids really liked the pool and the hammocks and I’m glad we stayed here vs the main village. Caye Caulker is a beautiful island and I’d recommend staying here if you come with kids or your after a clean modern accommodation! Part of the complex is still under construction and there was noise from this. Or less you intend to pay extra for daily housekeeping-> 4 keruig coffee capsules for 3 nights were provided, the market sells at $2.5 per capsule but was out of stock, the coffee shop opens at 7:30am and is very slow (had to walk out after 30 mins of waiting without our order or would have missed the boat slow), so maybe bring some keruig capsules!

Ill start off by saying the concierge service was 5 star and very accommodating. They helped book my travel to and from the airport and were very responsive to any requests. The location is about a 15 min. Ride by golf cart to town but there are plenty of smaller places to grab a drink or a bite closer.i was pleseantly surprised they also had a bartender at the pool that surved drinks and food. The beach front was cleaned and raked perfectly ever morning. The ocean water unfortunately right in front was not great. We did walk down the pier to jump in though. It is very quiet in this location, so worth it if you dont mind a ride into town.

We had the perfect stay at the sunset beach resort. Barbara was proactive in sending us helpful details about logistics and recommendations (tours, restaurants, , and was extremely helpful in setting up transportation to and from San Pedro! I had many questions and she was kind to address them all! When we got there Jason (and sweet Malia) were there to greet us and answer any questions that we had - Jason was very responsive throughout our stay! Manolo kindly drove us to and from our water taxi and the airport. The condo was lovely, spacious, and private with gorgeous views. There were plenty of restaurants and things to do and the location was great as it was a bit outside all of the action but still accessible to it. Our kids (9 and 11) did not want to leave. One of their favorite parts was the golf cart rental (which Barbara helped to facilitate). Highly recommend!
