Annie ist ein tolle Gastgeberin gewesen, die uns vorab und kurz vor der Abreise mit allen notwendigen Informationen versorgt und während des Aufenthalts bei Fragen schnell geantwortet hat. Das Appartement hat uns sehr sehr gut gefallen, Lage im 14. Stock war super! Sehr geschmackvolle Inneneinrichtung. Das Condo ist sehr zu empfehlen, tolle Möglichkeiten zum Relaxen mit Fitnessraum, Sauna und vor allem dem mega Roof-Top-Pool!!! Der war der Hammer! Sehr freundiches Personal, direkt gegenüber ist ein 7eleven - falls man mal was braucht. In der Umgebung befinden sich einige nette Lokale, der Nachtmarkt ist bequem in ca. 15 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, die Altstadt in ca. 30 Minuten zu Fuß - einfach Top Lage! Wir freuen uns auf unseren nächsten Aufenthalt bei Dir Annie!

We had a fantastic stay at Jaeb’s place. The Astra Sky River has excellent facilities including the pool and gym. Although lots of apartments, the lifts were extremely efficient and we never had to wait long. We stayed a month in Jaeb’s apartment and it was perfect. The position on the corner is really good and we did not encounter any noise throughout our stay and slept really well. The apartment has everything you need for a longer stay, is extremely clean and comfortable. Jaeb is a great host and always responsive and helpful. Check-in was easy with clear instructions. We were offered extra complimentary cleaning throughout our month stay. We will definitely be returning.

Good host with good Internet. Good location clean. Wish we could’ve checked out a little bit later but overall it was a good stay.

四个姐妹的旅行，两居室温馨干净方便，旁边就是泰北最大的商场。不在飞机航道上 很安静 小区安保特好。住了五天很开心

A lovely apartment with an extra bedroom near the main elevator. There was also a table inside, which was great for working, very clean and the host is responsive. Highly recommend.

It was a great stay. The location is as prime as it gets. The Airbnb was really comfortable, clean and hygienic. Privacy in both rooms. Great restaurants and massage centres in the same lane. One nimman which is a hub for restaurants, festivals, craft shopping etc. is just a 4 minute walk. Tonnes of 24x7 around the corner. You will head loud music from places around till 1.30 am in the morning. But wouldn’t be loud to disturb your sleep. + they have kept ear plugs in each room so you should be good. The loud music is coming from a place called Porjai, which is a must visit local bar of you want to party w the locals, with their local music. Place is always buzzing. Sticky waterfall is a 40 minute drive. Doi kham for sunset - 15 minute drive. Doi suthep for sunrise - 50 minute drive uphill. Wat Pha lat 20 min drive on way back from doi suthep to air bnb. Chiang Rao - 2.5 hours drive. There’s Ray hostel in the same lane, which can arrange all pick ups and day trips for everything around.

We had a very comfortable stay and it had all the amenities we needed. My sister loved the softness of the bed in the smaller room while I found the hot and cold shower system to be efficient. There’s a co-working space and a gym to use. Having a 7-11 across the condo was also bonus. The host was very responsive and addressed concerns promptly. They even provided bottles of water and some coffee capsules which we really appreciated. Overall, it was better than booking a 5 star hotel room for me. Great value for money.

Der Aufenthalt war super, die Anlage bietet alles, was man braucht und der Rooftop Pool war einfach der Wahnsinn. Ich würde sofort wieder kommen.

Amazing condo in Chiang Mai. John’s place was modern, spacious, clean and had thoughtful touches like a fridge stocked with waters, eggs, bacon, and condiments. John was very friendly and responsive and was helpful and flexible. I highly recommend this space for your stay in Chiang Mai.

Мы прожили месяц в этой квартире и очень довольны тем, как все прошло. В квартире было чисто, был отличный интернет. Наличие стиральной машины было большим плюсом для нас. В целом, в квартире есть все для комфортного проживания. Нам не хватило полотенца для рук в ванной и коврика на выходе из душа (докупали сами). В остальном все прекрасно. Расположение нам понравилось, поскольку мы много работали дома и в коворкинге кондоминиума. Рядом огромный торговый центр со всеми магазинами и развлечениями, что так же было очень удобно. Сам кондоминиум очень чистый, спокойный, с хорошим бассейном (хоть и прохладным) и отличным спортивным залом. Хозяин своевременно отвечал на вопросы и был на связи. С удовольствием вернулись бы снова 😌

Really comfortable place! Exactly what I was looking for. The location is not as nice as some other parts of Chiang Mai.

Dao’s place was so homey. We didn’t want to leave!! He was very communicative and gave us very clear instructions on what to do to get in. Loved every minute of our stay.

The apartment was comfortable and clean, within walking distance to the Tha Phae gate, a Big C supermarket, and the Chiang Mai Night Bazaar. Nasata responded quickly to any questions and concerns. Would recommend.

과중한 일로, 몸과 마음이 지쳐서 ‘쉼’을 목적으로 계획했던 여행입니다. 그저 조용한 방이 필요했고, 걸어서 쉽게갈 수 있는 카페와 식당이 많이있는 숙소를 찾았는데, 이곳이 바로 그곳이었어요. 이따금 들려오는 비행기소리만 아니라면, 매우 조용합니다. 예약하기 전에 리뷰를 보고, 귀마개를 준비해서 갔던 여행이지만, 귀마개를 하지않고 지냈어요. 처음에는 신경이 쓰였으나, 시간이 지나며 익숙해져갔어요. 매우 유명한 식당과 카페가 도보로 5분이내의 거리에 있어요. 그리고, 가까운 도로주변에서 판매하는 파인애플과 망고를 매일 사서 집에서 먹는 즐거움이 있었어요.(냉장고가 크고 좋아요) 세탁기와 세제가 준비되어있어, 적은 양의 옷을 가져갔었고 일주일동안 머무는동안에 세탁을 직접하며 정말 집에서 살고있는 것 같았어요. 도움이 필요할 때마다, 호스트의 정말 빠른 응대에 감사했습니다. 일주일동안 편히 잘 쉬었고, 다음에 또 머물고 싶어요.

L’appartement est tel que décrit, pratique et confortable pour un court ou un long séjour avec tout ce dont vous avez besoin, y compris si vous travaillez en ligne comme moi (bonne connexion et espace de travail). L’hôtesse s’est montrée très amicale et réactive et flexible pour nos heures d’arrivée et départ, ce que nous avons grandement apprécié. L’emplacement est pratique si vous aimez le quartier de Nimman (quartier animé mais plutôt tourné vers les expats et touristes où tout ressemble à l’Occident et coûte plus cher). Le ménage manquait un peu de précision pour nous mais globalement nous nous sommes sentis bien, merci :)

Lovely house with all the home amenities you need during your travel. The house is clean, beds are comfortable, aircon work well and amenities are provided by the host. Check in was easy and instructions was clear. Location wise isn't the best. Although it is located close to Central Festival. it is a long and not a pleasant walk especially under the brutal Thailand sun. There are a couple of local shops 3 minutes walk. You would need to either have your own transport or use Grab to get to places. Overall the place is nice, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay at Panot's property.

This was my first time using Airbnb, and I was extremely satisfied. The host was very easy to communicate with, and even when I had a car accident during my stay, he was helpful in answering my questions about the situation. It was really comforting to have someone I could ask about Thailand while staying in Chiang Mai. The house was very private, spotless, and I woke up every morning to the sound of birds, which was such a peaceful experience. I'm already thinking about coming back to Chiang Mai, and I would highly recommend this place to anyone. Thank you.

Bill is a very great host, he was very flexible with us and helped us with everything we needed. The house was completely as described and much more than we expected, amazing place! Everything was in place and clear with us, very recommended!

環境舒適乾淨，附近不吵雜很寧靜，晚上可以有很好的休息品質。房子內基本生活設施都有，很方便。房東人也非常的nice，提供我們非常多有用的建議跟幫助，非常推薦入住

Dit was alweer de derde keer dat we in Em's studio verbleven, dit keer voor 6 weken. Het is een kleine studio met een fijne buitenruime en een verzorgde groene tuin met o.a. bananen- en jackfruitbomen. We hebben genoten van de vogels, vlinders en eekhoorns. We houden van de levendigheid van Chiang Mai maar verblijven graag in een wat dorpser omgeving buiten de stad en daar is Em's studio perfect voor. Alle voorzieningen zijn aanwezig: eettentjes, supermarkten en je fietst zo naar de Ping rivier en tussen de rijstvelden. De perfecte combinatie van rust en vermaak. Em reageert snel en denkt proactief. De was-droogcombinatie die dit jaar tijdens ons verblijf werd geïnstalleerd was een fijne extra. Em zorgt dat je van het vliegveld wordt opgehaald en aan het eind van je verblijf weer netjes wordt weggebracht. Tussendoor zijn Em of Irin goed bereikbaar als je een vraag hebt. We hebben weer genoten en de studio voor volgend jaar alweer gereserveerd.

Biw, did all he could to make our stay comfortable. We stayed here two weeks. He connected us with a friend to get a car rental. Got us The house had basic supplies ready in great quantity (tissues, papertowels, toilet paper, coffee,water etc.) Our Family (3kids) were pretty bummed to find out the community pool was closed during our stay(April '25). Double check its back online. Biw did get our family a small pool for the driveway we used for our time there..... Thanks! The neighborhood is very friendly. Our kids played outside alot and we borrowed a scale and babysat dogs from a few of the residents. Our kids wanted to take several of the neighbors adorable dogs home with us. :) Thanks Biw.

This was truly one of my favorite stays during my time in Thailand! The space was not only spacious and clean but also incredibly comfortable—it instantly felt like home. The host was exceptionally responsive and helpful, especially when it came to finding the location and settling in. Everything we needed was thoughtfully provided, from laundry detergent to complimentary body wash, which made the stay even more convenient. It’s clear a lot of care went into making the space welcoming and guest-friendly. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a cozy, hassle-free place to stay!
