We stayed for three nights in this comfortable 3-bedroom home located in a quiet, gated community. The house was clean, cozy, and had everything we needed — we felt right at home. It also served as the perfect hub for exploring the area. From here, we easily made day trips to the beach and up into the mountains. The neighborhood was peaceful and secure, which made the whole experience even better. Our host was great. Responsive to questions and minor concerns we had. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay. Highly recommend!

Our stay was very nice! Steve was very responsive and helpful with anything we needed. We are definitely going to recommend this place to our friends, as well as come back!

Mis padres rentaron VILLA JIMENA por 2 meses, ( Enero y Febrero, 2025); querían escapar de el frío de New Jersey, les encantó la casa. 10/10, muy buena localidad, cerca de restaurantes y tiendas. Tiene seguridad de vigilancia 24 horas al día y un vecindario callado. Camila les brindó a mis padres un servicio excepcional, siempre estuvo atenta, sin duda se merece 5***** en SERVICIO Y COMUNICACIÓN. Villa Jimena es muy bonita, acogedora y con un buen gusto decorado, todo trabaja perfectamente. Con una piscina muy bonita y LIMPIA. SI estas buscando una casa para tu estadía en San Miguel, te recomiendo , no busques más, en Villa Jimena tendrás una estadía de 5***** y vas a disfrutar. The place was clean and best of all very private… really nice place to stay if want to visit San Miguel and the beaches in el Cuco. The security guards were always helpful and friendly. The price for the house was worth it…. Thank you Yanira for everything…. Will definitely stay there again.

Hotel Martinez is a dream for surfers or anyone craving a laid-back escape. With six private ramada bungalows around a shared pool in a peaceful, jungle-like setting, and just a five-minute walk to the beach, it’s the perfect blend of comfort and nature. Alex, the manager, is incredibly attentive. The food is local, delicious, and available nearly anytime—shoes optional. You’ll find surf clips or music playing in the open-air restaurant, along with ice cream, paletas, and refillable water. The bungalows are cozy, well-designed, and have strong A/C—ideal after a beach day. Thoughtful touches like spots to hang wet towels make it feel like home. Pack light, stay casual, and enjoy. We can’t wait to come back.

Ya son varias las veces que me quedó en el alojamiento de Adriana y siempre ha sido una excelente experiencia. Casa y zona muy bonita, segura y tranquila. Adriana es una excelente host, muy atenta y amable. Super recomendable.

My family and I really enjoyed our stay here. The house was clean. having the privacy of our own garage for the car is a bonus. The house was really close to everything, food, shopping, etc. Communication with the host was easy. We would definitely rent this place again

I made the reservation for my family and they absolutely loved it! It was a last minute booking but the host was very accommodating, super responsive, and super friendly. Extremely grateful for the hosts flexibility! My family said the place was easy to find, spacious, clean, and they felt right at home. Definitely recommend this place and would book again.

Everything is is nice and clean from the patio the house have a gorgeous view of the San Miguel volcano. Paola is a great host she responded quickly when you have a question about her house, I definitely recomend Paola house and I would like to stay in her place in the future. Todo estaba limpio y organizado, Paola es muy buena anfritiona muy amable y responde bien rapido a cualquier pregunta relacionada a la casa. La vista desde la terraza es hermosa se puede apreciar muy lindo el volcan de San Miguel, definitivamente me quedaria de nuevo en casa de Paola y lo recomiendo bastante

Our family traveled from all over the US to El Salvador, and this property was the perfect place for our gathering. The beds were comfortable and each room was equipped with air conditioning, making it easy to sleep through the warm nights. The location is ideal, with many beachfront restaurants nearby, so we could easily enjoy local cuisine and the beautiful views. Francisco, the caretaker, and the rest of the staff were exceptional. They always made sure we had clean towels, and the pool was consistently well-maintained for us to enjoy. Additionally, Francisco went above and beyond by helping us with some car issues, saving us time and ensuring we had a smooth vacation experience. A special thank you to Rolando for making our stay so memorable. This was our second stay at Casa Maracol and we’re already planning our next visit. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable place in El Salvador.
