Renta de alojamientos vacacionales frente al agua en San Miguel de Cozumel

Apartamento muy bien ubicado, muy fácil de llegar, nosotros llegamos en ADO y la terminal estaba muy cerca del alojamiento. Alejandro fue muy amable con nosotros, muy predispuesto. El apartamento muy lindo, cálido, con todas las amenidades, el edificio super completo y super seguro. Super recomendado.

Departamento hermoso, muy bien ubicado a media cuadra de quinta avenida. Pudimos trasladarnos en combi, hay taxi afuera del edificio, un supermercado muy cerca. El departamento cuenta con sombrilla y sillas, si bien no las usamos creo que le dan un plus adicional al departamento. Hay playas cercanas hermosas para nosotros la mejor coco beach y ahí se agradece llevar sombrilla. Caminando se puede llegar a la plaza los fundadores para tomar ferry a Cozumel, además en la esquina del departamento hay tour. El departamento muy completo, una de las cosas que destacó que había cafetera y nos dejaron café. La comunicación con Cintya fue rápida, y nos asesoró en todo lo que necesitábamos. Además los conserjes muy amables, uno de ellos nos dio un dato para ir a comer cerca llamado El fogón taqueria, barato y muy rico. Cómo está cerca de 5ta avda. hay muchos restaurantes y lugares para bailar. El ruido para nosotros no fue tema, pudimos dormir sin problemas. Volvería a hospedarme con Cintya.

Está céntrico, acogedor, siempre se preocupan por que sus huéspedes estén a gusto con las necesidades, puedes preguntar cosas como qué hacer y a dónde ir y te ayudan hasta con las ubicaciones del lugar. 10/10 y si la recomiendo.

We stayed at Massimiliano's place for 2 weeks. The place is perfect, albeit some construction across the street, which is out of Massi's hands. Massi was very responsive to all of our inquiries. It is close to the beach and 5th Avenue. The people watching along 5th Avenue is great. We prepared half of our meals at Massi's place and went out for the other half. Massi gave us some excellent suggestions for dining out and some beautiful spots to visit, all within walking distance. The music from some of the clubs close by was quite loud for a few nights, but the proximity to everything made it worthwhile. The pool, lounging and bar area on the roof top is absolutely beautiful with a view of the beach/ocean, excellent service at the bar and the prices for drinks are very reasonable. For divers, there is a fabulous dive shop right across the street. We highly recommend the nearby yogaloft. The only thing we would ask is a sharp knife & a serving bowl and plate. Other than that, it was fab!

El depto cumple con todo lo necesario para unos días en Playa del Carmen. Súper bien ubicado a 2 cuadras de la quinta avenida cerca del puerto y la terminal de bus..tiene privacidad 24 hs todo super moderno y muy tranquilo. La comunicación con el anfitrión excelente

Beautiful location! We were able to experience beautiful snorkeling from the waterfront! We drank a lot of water and they made it easy to get more! Very clean and relaxing! The sunset from the balcony made it hard to leave for dinner! Thank you for a wonderful visit!

Would most definitely recommend anyone Remys place. Specifically if your first time. You are in the heart of it all and everything is steps and blocks away. Food, stores, bars, beach everything! All other services are accommodated to that area. It’s all about location, location location. And not only location, but the place was spectacular and even though it was right in the center of it all it felt like you were somewhat else as soon as you started entering the place. That had a lot of attention to detail those clean smelled great. Everything worked properly. I cannot recommend this place enough thank you Remi for everything. Our family had a great time. Hope to go back soon to Cancun and to experience it again and your beautiful home. To whoever goes, you’ll have a great time but as well, a great stay.

Excellent place to stay in Cozumel. Very nicely furnished apartment with everything one could need. Host wast responsive, friendly and proactive. It was really nice that there was a cleaning service available as well. The facilities and location are excellent. We had a very pleasant stay.

We had a wonderful time at this condo. The manager (Ksenia) was very helpful, accommodating and friendly. The house was clean and well prepared for all of our needs. You can see that extra thought was taken to make sure we had all our needs taken care. Plenty of cold drinking water prepared. Very private, safe and great location. Plenty of space. The outdoor spaces have lots of plants that add to the natural feeling. Beautiful views from the top floor porch. A very short walk to the water. Includes a parking place. Air conditioning and fans kicks in very quick. Only negative, is that some of the furniture is older, and could be replaced, both indoors and outdoors. Highly recommend this place!! We had a wonderful time!! Would definitely come here again!

Segunda vez quedándonos en una de las propiedades de Paola, tuvimos una gran experiencia de nuevo, estaba muy agradable la decoración, la zona era muy tranquila de noche, el acceso a la playa fue el mayor atractivo pero lamentablemente había sargazo cuando fuimos, el guardia siempre fue muy amable. De la casa no tenemos ninguna queja, solo el aire de una recámara no enfriaba mucho pero de ahí en fuera todo bien. Al fin fuimos a la cafetería de Paola y está muy rico el pan, no pierdan oportunidad de ir. Y las recomendaciones de club de playa y restaurantes fueron muy buenas. Rentamos un tour y un automóvil a través de Paola y fue de gran ayuda. Sin duda volveremos de nuevo :)

Three generations stayed at this home and had a wonderful week. It was about a half a mile walk to town and about 50 steps to the beach. We had from age 1 to age 60 and it was perfect for all of our needs. Good place to cook. A grill provided. We did choose to have our own van that we rented at the airport and it was easy to get around Playa. Beautiful view from the upper deck with table for eating and couches for lounging. A beautiful table right by the pool, lounging chair chairs a great space to enjoy the family. The three year-old was more than content to just play on the step in the pool when she wasn’t jumping and swimming with an adult.

Patricio was a wonderful host and very responsive. The area was perfect, as you are a minute's walk from the beach. The construction was not very disturbing; in the downstairs rooms, there is more noise. The surrounding area has tons of restaurants and shopping, and you are a ten-minute walk from town. The neighborhood felt safe, and the house had everything we needed for an enjoyable week-long stay!

El lugar tiene una muy buena ubicación, cerca de los principales bares de la 5av, pero sin interrumpir el descanso, la terraza está muy agradable. Tienes varias cosas a la vuelta que hacen muy como el salir a comprar! Regresaría sin duda!

Our family had the most wonderful time here. The house, the pool, the rooftop, the location it was all just perfect for us. We hope to come back!

Cuando vuelva a Cozumel regresaría a la misma casa, me sentí como en mi propia casa y bien recibido y atendido.

Beautiful place right in front of the ocean

Photos do not do this place justice. The 5th floor south side condo is very nice and very spacious. Neighbors are friendly. The views are amazing. Secure parking behind the building. You can enjoy the views from the terrace, the roof top lounge, or hang out by the pool. It was nice to have an on site gym. We were able to snorkel right out in front of the condo. Just up the road are a few beach clubs. We drove but they are easily within walking distance. We especially enjoyed Sky reef for snorkeling and Money Bar for dinner, sunsets, and live music.

What a wonderful week we had! Paradise Condos is a truly apt name for this location. There were so many species of birds singing to us, plus many hummingbirds flitting about. The apartment had EVERYTHING we could possibly need. Only thing we brought were are prescription snorkeling masks. We had coffee every day on the roof deck, followed by multiple snorkeling trips and afternoon beers at Tortugas. I have only two suggestions and only one that the owners could address: the cabinets and drawers were tricky to open and could benefit from some handles. Also, out of the owners control- most of the plastic beach chairs were cracked and broken. No worry- just went to Tortugas to lay out on their beach. I will definitely return! I will never over spend and stay at all inclusives again- Paradise condos is the best. It’s totally relaxed and ideal for family vacations.

Vista Azul condo was an absolute DREAM! We were looking for a nice private place to just relax and recharge with family, and this place was beyond our expectations. Quiet, friendly neighbors, private, SUPER CLEAN, amazing view, incredibly easy to find, and easy access to all the other attractions Cozumel has to offer: walking distance to great restaurants, shopping, excellent snorkeling on a very heathy reef! We loved being right on the water with easy access to both the infinity pool on the spacious pool deck and snorkeling on the reef. We’ll definitely be back! One member of our family uses a wheelchair. While USA Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) regulations do not apply to condos in Mexico, this condo has many of the things (not all) you or your loved ones need to feel safe and independent. The condo has wide doors and no steps into the walk-in showers. The building has ramps and elevators that provide access to ALL amenities. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! A+ Will come back.

El alojamiento se acomodo exactamente a lo que buscábamos, si quieres moverte entre varios municipios o distritos de la Riviera maya este lugar es el indicado. Muy cerca a la 5ta avenida y cercana a mamita Beach. El parqueadero y la comunicación de Carlos fue efectiva. Lo mejor de todo es que es el proceso fue extremadamente confiable.

We absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location is unbeatable—right in the heart of Playa del Carmen, just a short walk to the beach, restaurants, shops, and all the action on Quinta Avenida. Despite being so central, the space felt peaceful and private, which made it easy to relax and unwind. The unit itself was clean, stylish, and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The host was communicative and helpful, making check-in and any questions throughout the trip a breeze. Whether you’re visiting for the first time or coming back to Playa, this is the perfect place to stay. Highly recommend and would absolutely book again!

This condo was perfect !!! Very clean and spacious and the view was amazing ! The cherry on top was you had 5th street right there and the beach too !!! There are 2 restaurants, one on both sides of the property and you can order food and drinks right from the pool or the beach !!! I will definitely be back!
