Renta de alojamientos vacacionales con lavadora y secadora en San Miguel de Cozumel

Fue un lugar bastante cómodo e indicado para las actividades que tenía planificadas ahí en Playa del Carmen, su cercanía con la quinta avenida me hizo muy sencillo llegar a pie a varios restaurantes y lugares atractivos de la zona sin duda las amenidades del edificio complementaron mi estadía de una manera increíble. Sin duda, muy recomendables.

I loved Rodolfo’s place. It is cozy , well equipped & very hospitable. I love the vibration in the house. I woke up every day happy. The vibration of the whole building is amazing surrounded by nature. For nature lovers , hippies , spiritual minded folks this abode is a gem. Rodolfo dwelling was designed to facilitate a comfortable and enjoyable sojourn. Rodolfo is very responsive, affable , considerate & attentive. As a guest one couldn’t ask for more. I recommend this abode wholeheartedly. Would have given 6 stars if allowed unfortunately 5 Being the max Will have to settle for it. I’ll happily book it again upon my return to Quintana Roo. Great condo! The views are breathtaking and the security was friendly. The building is still under construction, but it never disrupted our stay. The other tenants were friendly. Security remembered us by name. Easily walkable to Sunset bar, stingrays beach club and blue angel. Hope to stay again in the future maybe in a bigger unit if it’s available.

Great place, and the amenities were great. We used the gym a few times. A few blocks from 5th Avenue, that was nice because we didn't have to take an Uber or drive. All the restaurants and clubs were super close to us. We highly recommend it.

This Airbnb is in a great location. Grocery stores are a block away, as well as a fruit stand and several restaurants. The apartment was nice and clean, the air conditioning worked great and the pool was refreshing. As others have noted there is a bar near by that plays loud music…but you can just dance along or wear ear plugs. Our stay was wonderful.

El depto cumple con todo lo necesario para unos días en Playa del Carmen. Súper bien ubicado a 2 cuadras de la quinta avenida cerca del puerto y la terminal de bus..tiene privacidad 24 hs todo super moderno y muy tranquilo. La comunicación con el anfitrión excelente

Logement très bien situé à proximité des commodités. Piscine propre avec plusieurs chaises de disponibles. Emplacement un peu bruyant à cause du karaoké qui est proche mais ça ne nous a pas empêché de bien dormir! J’y retournerais sans hésiter!

Our stay at Carmen's was incredible. It is right in the heart of all the action in Playa del Carmen. Literally seconds to the beach. You are in the middle of the shopping. You can walk to Starbucks, 7-11 and even McDonalds (if you want that). The house is a great size with 2 large bedrooms, each having their own beautiful bathrooms with huge walk in showers. Everything we needed was in the large kitchen. it felt like an authentic Mexican house. We felt at home there. You are secure behind an entry gate. Sit on the front porch area and enjoy a coffee/drink or take in your private pool in the back in full seclusion from everyone. The local people are amazing (go to Donalds place across the way! he's great!!). We felt so safe and accepted. There have been comments about not being able to flush toilet paper. This is not specific to Carmen's home. This is just something done in the area. I'm Canadian and used to this in our northern cottages. Not a big deal. She even provides a safe!

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

If, like us, you are looking for a place to unwind, be able to walk to everything you need and immerse yourself in the local culture then this place is perfect. Nos encantan mucho la ciudad, el barrio, la casa, los habitantes y practicar nuestra español. Victoria was a superb host that went above and beyond to help us and for answering all our questions. She was really great.

Great day short taxi ride to so many things beaches, etc. poncho helped us every step of the way, answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the place.

Nuestra estancia fue muy agradable. Mariela nos apoyo con 2 temas que nos paso durante la estancia, adicional la hora de checkin fue flexible, algo que agradecemos mucho. Y la hicieron más agradable unos gatitos silvestres muy cariñosos y más si les ofreces comida.

La casa tiene todo lo que necesitas y más. A 1 cuadra del mar te da la libertad de ir almorzar tranquilo y regresar nuevamente, siempre atentos en lo que necesitábamos. Recomendable!

Excelente ubicación, limpieza y atención

Very spacious and comfortable house to enjoy a weekend, few days or even one night with family and friends.

Fernando’s place is clean, central, and exactly like the photos. We loved the rooftop pool and massive hot tub; we went in early April and it was never crowded. The building was always staffed with concierge and we always felt safe. We travelled with an 18m toddler and while the Airbnb is not baby-proof, Fernando was able to accommodate a high chair and crib for a small fee. Having the washer and dryer in unit was very convenient. You can’t drink the tap water but fresh water is provided in those 5 gallon water containers. The kitchen is well stocked and even had a blender and kettle. We loved the supermarket named Selecto just a few steps away on 10th Avenue with fresh seafood, pastries, steaks, and lots more. Overall, we’d highly recommend this Airbnb to other travellers.

We absolutely loved it! Asa was a great host, very quick to communicate. Loved the location, the place was clean and comfortable. It was a safe location with great neighbors as well. Will definitely book again! Thank you!

Espacioso apartamento en un condominio residencial, familiar. La casa tiene todo lo necesario para unas vacaciones, muy bien equipada. Muy sencillo y claro el ingreso. Además tiene un estacionamiento bajo techo para un vehículo. Quizás la ubicación observación es que la playa está un poco alejada para ir caminando; aunque se puede ir en bici.

Excelente servicio, tuvimos un problema con la segunda chapa pero no hubo tema en repararla y de ahí todo bien, teníamos todo a la mano, la lavadora excelente que era un plus y el AC buenísimo, volvería aquí sin dudarlo

I was new to booking an Airbnb and didn’t understand a few things. I wasn’t happy with Airbnb’s initial resolve however, John and Valerie were very understanding and quickly worked with me through the process to a happy conclusion. The Condo was very spacious, close to the airport and close to town. It’s located north of town which is always more peaceful and away from the cruise ship crowds. Yet close enough for a quick cab ride or bicycle if you have one. The view from the outside porch is spectacular and you get to wake up to that same few from the master bedroom windows. We’ve been to Cozumel annually for the last 30 years. This was one of our best trips ever.

This was a great condo for four people to relax and unwind at the end of the year. It's an excellent location, right on the beach with it's own swimming pool and security folks. All the night life and restaurants of 5th Ave as a short walk away, making this one of the BEST locations in Playa. If there is a downside, its that being so close to the nightlife comes with a little noise. No problem. The front desk couldn't be more helpful and the property owners were very responsive to any requests. I couldn't recommend this condo higher.

Imposible encontrar una mejor ubicación en Cozumel , el departamento tiene un gran Balcón directamente frente al mar, justo entre el Ferry y el muelle de los Cruceros, mas amplio que cualquier otro lugar, muy bien equipado, excelente aire acondicionado, camas muy cómodas y con todo lo necesario para que te sientas en tu casa, elevador muy eficiente, respuesta inmediata del anfitrión, volveremos definitivamente muy pronto.

Highly recommend!!! The property is extremely secure with a very friendly staff that was super helpful. The condo is steps to the sand and pools, both of which are very relaxing without high traffic of people. All of Mark's information was extremely useful, and he made himself available with any questions we had. Overall it was a great experience and we'll definitely be returning!
