Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt. Das Haus war sehr schön und gepflegt. Es war alles vorhanden was man brauchte.Leider fehlten nur die Liegestühle auf der Terasse beim Pool. Die Zimmer waren schön und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Kommunikation mit unserem Gastgeber hat perfekt funktioniert. Die Lage war super. Es war sehr ruhig. Das Zentrum war in 5-10 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Zwei große Einkaufszentren konnte man in auch in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichen. Cozumel ist eine tolle Insel wo viel besichtigt und unternommen werden kann, daher empfehlen wir auf jeden Fall einen Mietwagen. Auch hier sind die Vermieter behilflich. Vielen Dank dass wir in Eurem tollen Haus wohnen durfen.

Great day short taxi ride to so many things beaches, etc. poncho helped us every step of the way, answered all our questions. I would definitely stay here again and I highly recommend the place.

This was our 2nd time staying at Villa Del Perro Perdido and it did not disappoint! This is a fantastic house in a great location, if you like to be out of the main touristy area, which we do. It's still close enough to easily drive to beach clubs and restaurants, but feels like you are alone in the middle of the jungle. The saltwater pool and outdoor area are wonderful. We especially loved it at night when we turned on the jungle lights and enjoyed swimming under the stars. The house is stocked with everything you might need. Love having the ability to do laundry! Love the AC in the bedrooms for when it's super hot, but our preference was to sleep with the AC off and the windows open - with the ceiling fans and the breeze, it was very comfortable for sleeping.

CecyAnn was a very responsive host getting back quickly to my inquiries. The home was as described and was comfortable and private. There was a very nice pool directly across the drive from our entry door. Great wi-fi. Kitchen had all we needed to prepare meals. The beds were comfortable. A small private patio right off the dining area via the Patio door. Shower pressure was adequate and we had no issues with hot water for showers. Within a block is the Club House with exercise equipment and a snack bar . The food was good and very reasonably priced. Very nice and accommodating servers. More pools outside the clubhouse with lap pool and tennis court. In all, this is a great bargain. I highly recommend and would definitely return in the future.

My three year old daughter and I had a wonderful stay at AWA Playacar! We stayed for 9 days and we will definitely come back. The place was exactly as described—spacious, clean, and great for families with little kids. My daughter loved the pool, playground (only place I've seen in Playa del Carmen that has a playground), and kids club. The swim up bar and grill were great! The location was ideal, only a short walk to Playa del Carmen and some of our favorite spots. The neighborhood was peaceful, and we felt completely safe. Fernanda was amazing—super friendly and helpful. She provided excellent local recommendations and were always quick to respond to any questions I had. I highly recommend this place and would definitely stay here again!

Fanny is a great host and my friend and I absolutely loved her place. Perfect for two friends as we each had our own room and bathroom. The overall layout is sweet with the kitchen and living room area in the same space. The couch was very comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with high quality items. The location is great with biking trails all around Playacar. Fanny even gave us bikes which made exploring the region much easier a lot of fun! We were there for 18 days and would have loved to extend our stay longer though she was fully booked! Thank you Fanny! Five stars! We will be back! Thank you.

Un viaje increíble! El condominio tiene muchas amenidades y el apartamento de Olivia es muy cómodo, bonito y full equipado. Todo estuvo tal cual las fotos y aún mejor, toallas suficientes y todo impecable. Olivia estuvo muy pendiente de nosotros todo el tiempo y si necesitábamos algo siempre nos respondía en muy poco tiempo. Es muy cerca en carro a los parques de Xcaret. Sin duda volveremos

Absolutely loved our stay! The place was a dream, looked exactly like the photos. The interior is beautifully decorated and had everything we needed. Asaf was super responsive, helped us find a driver and provided us great restaurants to visit and things to do around town. Very kid friendly as well!

Everything was amazingly wonderful for what I needed. It's a small space for 2 maybe. I was solo and busy most days and nights, esp for meals. The kitchens great and well stocked but there's no oven, small or any other size. The bed is a dbl.. There's nowhere to sit and relax other than the bed and the chair at the foot of the bed. There's a cute little wooden set of a table and 2 chairs on a nice little balcony if one enjoys sitting outside w/ a coffee or whatever. The gym is nice enough but basic and sadly missing the 15 lb dumbells that I use for most exercises. The pool has a wonderful view and is a nice enough area but there are only a few uncomfortable lounge chairs and 2 broken ones. There's no way to sit "around" the pool either. All in all its a great place to use as a home base if you're in Playa to go and do and be out n about. The hosts are wonderful and responsive and very accommodating.

This was honestly my best and most favorite airbnb experience that I've ever had. The accommodations are absolutely stunning and are exactly as pictured. The location felt so safe and was incredibly convenient. Everything we needed was near by and the hosts TRULY went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of the entire stay of our trip. I felt as if I was staying at a friend's house. Thank you so much for hosting us, I would chose to come back here any time I decide to come to Playa Del Carmen!

Great place to stay in Playa Del Carmen. The property is beautiful and the pool is great. Highlight is lounging in the hammock over the water. Place was super clean and having 2 king beds is fantastic. Host was great with providing instructions. 15 minute walk to the closest beach and also 15 minute walk to the end of famous 5th avenue. An OXXO across the street with a few eateries, and the pool bar has a little cafe with snacks you can buy. Definitely recommend!

Maria's place was perfect for me. Quiet, beautiful, and within 25 to 30 minutes drive to any spot on the island. A/C, cable TV, WiFi, all great. I'd stay here again. Marie greeted me when I arrived, and responded immediately when I wrote her.

Może to nie jest miejsce dla wszystkich, ale dla nas było cudowne. To jest raj na ziemi i spelnienie moich marzeń o pobycie w dżungli. Codziennie masz kontakt z dzikimi zwierzętami, jak małpy, ptaki, piękne motyle, legwan. Do tego na posesji jest prywatny cenot, gdzie codziennie możesz pływać i jesteś tam tylko sam. Christiam jest wspaniałym gospodarzem. Szybko reagował na nasze potrzeby. Jest bardzo przyjazny. Przepiękna oaza z dala od turytecznego ruchu. Ale na tyle blisko od sklepów, miasteczka, restauracji i barów, że poradziliśmy sobie bez samochodu przez 3 dni. ❤️
