Appartamento in posizione ideale! Fronte porto, con vista spettacolare. Non è la prima volta e non sarà neanche l’ultima, anzi appena possiamo ci rifugiamo in questo nido! Grazie Stefano!

Wir haben einen spontanen Kurzaufenthalt in Cesenatico gebucht und dafür war die Unterkunft wirklich schön. Es sind drei Minuten bis zum Strand, die Gegend ist ruhig und die Ausstattung richtig gut! Sabina war sehr freundlich und flexibel.

Appartamento molto accogliente e accessoriato, tranquillo, ben riscaldato (dicembre). La signora Petra, nonostante i suoi impegni di lavoro ha risposto tempestivamente alle nostre domande e ci ha fornito ottime ed utili indicazioni

Tutto perfetto. Matteo è stato molto gentile, preciso nelle informazioni e rapido nelle risposte. L’appartamento è vicino al centro e con ampio e comodo parcheggio gratuito. Anche se il palazzo mostra i suoi anni, l’appartamento è perfetto e ristrutturato recentemente. Non manca niente. Ascensore comodissimo. Ottima ospitalità con un buon rapporto qualità prezzo!

Wir sind sehr froh darüber die Unterkunft von Linda ausgewählt zu haben. Die Unterkunft war wie von Linda beschrieben und die Umgebung war sehr toll. Wir haben alles sehr gut zu Fuß erreicht und es hätte auch die möglichkeit gegeben Fahrräder auszuleihen um noch Flexibler zu sein. Linda hat immer sofort geantwortet und hat mehrmals nachgefragt ob alles in Ordnung sei. Sie ist eine sehr Aufmerksame Gastgeberin. Wir würden diese Unterkunft immer wieder buchen.

Unseren 10-tägigen Aufenthalt in Cervia haben wir sehr genossen. Die Unterkunft von Tania macht einen hochwertigen Eindruck und ist grundsätzlich gut ausgestattet. Die Lage im ruhigen Wohngebiet ist sehr angenehm. Eine kleine Pizzeria sowie eine Eisdiele sind in 2 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen (wir fanden es immer sehr lecker). Besonders gut fanden wir die Fahrräder, die wir täglich zum einkaufen oder für Ausflüge genutzt haben. Tania war eine offene, hilfsbereite und sehr freundliche Gastgeberin!

Responsive, helpful, kind hosts! Apartment is clean, cosy, equipped with everything. Very close to the train station, and walkable distance to the centre and grocery stores.

Die Unterkunft von Cristina und Vitaliano war einfach toll und hat keine Wünsche offen gelassen. Die Zimmer sind stilvoll eingerichtet und mit allen nötigen Utensilien ausgestattet. Der Pool ist besonders toll und steht zur privaten Nutzung zur Verfügung. Ich würde die Unterkunft jederzeit wieder buchen. Herzlichen Dank!

Alloggio molto curato, silenzioso e pulito, letto comodissimo. Si accede con un'ascensore fino al secondo piano e poi si trova una elegante scalinata che porta dell'appartamento al terzo piano. Facile il self check in. Facile gestire la temperatura degli ambienti. Ottima posizione in centro non troppo lontana dal parcheggio pubblico per le auto. Oltre alle due belle camere ciascuna con il proprio bagno ed il salottino, c'è una chicca il soppalco che crea un ulteriore spazio per trovare una angolo per leggere o riposare. Abbiamo trascorso un bellissimo soggiorno.

We had an amazing three week stay at casa Samy. The location is walking distance from the beach ( lido San guliano highly recommend not too busy and amazing water) as well as the center of San Guliano (borgo with its many nice restaurants ) and Rimini old town just across the Tiberius bridge. We made daily use of the bikes which get you pretty much everywhere in 5-10 minutes. Giovanni and his team are very helpful and friendly, one of his staff even arranged for a 3rd bike for our 9 year old son. The airco in the house works very well and provides for comfort on a hot day. Thank you Giovanni and team for you hospitality and contribution to our relaxing vacation.

L’alloggio di Elisa è molto accogliente e a 10 minuti di macchina dal centro città. Ci siamo trovati molto bene. Nelle vicinanza c’è un’ampia zona parcheggio e un parco verde. La cucina è fornita e spaziosa. Da segnalare solo che il materasso del divano letto è sottile e scomodo per dormirci.

Io e la mia ragazza abbiamo trascorso un weekend meraviglioso in questa location rurale immersa tra colline verdi e ulivi. Il posto è un vero paradiso per chi cerca relax e tranquillità. La piscina e la vasca idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta, perfette per ricaricare le energie. Anche il nostro gatto ha adorato l'atmosfera tranquilla e la casa. Daniele è stato estremamente accogliente, gentile e disponibile (ad ogni orario!), facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio. Consigliamo questa esperienza a chiunque voglia staccare dalla routine e godersi un angolo di pace in mezzo alla natura. Torneremo sicuramente!

Die Wohnung bietet viel Platz und hat einen netten Balkon. Elisa hat uns sehr nett empfangen und die Kommunikation hat sehr gut geklappt. Die zur Verfügung gestellten Fahrräder waren super um Ravenna zu erkunden, so dass man das Auto stehen lassen kann. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig erreichbar. Wir haben eigentlich immer in der Nähe der Wohnung einen Parkplatz gefunden. Guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und kommen gerne wieder.

The house is large new and clean, large living room, two bedrooms, good bathroom and practically furnished kitchen. Actually better than description. Host is helpful and kind. Thera are many attractions around, within 10-30 mins drive. Not walking friendly place but quiet and peaceful. Has large garden and terrace.

We had a great time at Giovannis and Serines place! Giovanni proactively texted us tips for beaches, restaurants, activities, etc beforehand which was really nice, The appartment has everything you need, a great kitchen, everything was spotless clean. The terrace has great view of the castle montefiore and the garden is really beautiful too. You’ll for sure enjoy your time with them :)

Unser Aufenthalt war toll. Die Wohnung befindet sich unter Pinienbäumen und es war ruhig. Das Appartement war sauber, hat alles was man braucht und ist sehr gemütlich. Wir haben die Terrasse und das ausziehbare Sofa genossen. Die Vermieterin war sehr freundlich und hat uns sehr spontan empfangen. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und würden wieder kommen.

Abbiamo prenotato per un evento in fiera insieme a delle colleghe e siamo stati davvero bene. La casa è calda e accogliente, non manca nulla! L’esperienza di soggiorno è stata ottima, così come l’accoglienza e la disponibilità della proprietaria.

Grazie Veronica Tutto ha funzionato perfettamente, casa come nuova, molto pulita, letti e materassi comodi, armadi capienti, razionalità degli spazi. Veronica è stata sempre gentile e pronta ad ascoltare e risolvere le nostre esigenze. Il grande patio/terrazzo sul retro è uno spazio che garantisce totale riservatezza; bagni funzionali, zona giorno ben separata dalle camere. Torneremo!! Molto consigliato!!! Grazie Veronica!!

Il mio ragazzo ed io abbiamo soggiornato per due notti in questa casa splendida. Il posto e il panorama non sono stati una sorpresa perché già le foto che avevamo visto preannunciavano un’aria magica, ma dal vivo l’emozione è unica. Chiara è una ragazza dolcissima e super disponibile. La cosa che più ci è piaciuta è la serenità che ci ha trasmesso, ci siamo sentiti proprio a casa. Speriamo di tornare presto in questo posto meraviglioso!

Siamo stati accolti benissimo, Tommaso è stato gentilissimo ci ha dato tante indicazioni e dritte su luoghi d'interesse e gastronomici. L'appartamento molto curato ha tutto l'essenziale , il posto è tranquillo , ci siamo sentiti come a casa,i giorni sono stati pochi ma. ci siamo rigenerati e divertiti. Abbiamo cercato di tenere l'appartamento nel migliore dei modi, speriamo di tornare più in là. Un abbraccio a Tommaso. Grazie di cuore

Dear Letizia and Michele, thank you very much for welcoming us in you beautiful Appartment. Everything was perfect! Very nice Appartment, everything is like on pictures. Appartment is equipped with everything you need for long stay. Comfortable furniture, modern design, very clean and fresh. Despite of really hot weather in Cattolica in Appartment there is good air conditioning and you can easily regulate comfortable temperature. Dog friendly approach was a very good bonus for us as we travelled with our dog. We are travelling with children and for us also it was important to have kitchen equipped with everything - it was perfect match. You have everything you need as at home. :) Location of Appartment is perfect. In the heart of Cattolica with a lot of restaurants and attractions. Close to the sea, 5 minutes. It was very comfortable. Owners are very positive and nice people, Letizia and Michele were in contact, they helped us to find and to organise parking. Thank you! Positive bonus - really great terrace where you can relax and enjoy with whole family. We spent great time, we felt as at home and have only best memories about our stay! Highly recommend this place! We stayed one night at the Apartment during a Roadtrip from Germany to the south of italy. It was perfect. We had Everything we needed and the communication was really friendly. The check in was super easy. Would recommend! :) thank you

Marco was an excellent host, always quick to respond with any questions we had. The place was spacious and comfortable. A great patio with awnings where you can watch the sunset.
