Sevens Sisters is a great rental agency. They are located in the same property as the condos here. These are really lovely, roomy, well-furnished and comfortable condos. This was our second stay here and probably not our last. Super close to the beach. If you want a bit more quiet - try one of the inner units. The end units are a bit larger perhaps, but you get a bit of street noise. Nonetheless a very quiet and relaxing place to stay.

The beds are so comfy and the host always thinks of the smallest details. Beach chairs and toys are available for use as well as extra beach towels and linens if needed. Local recommendations are given and questions are welcome. The price is always good as well.

Absolutely perfect for our weekend. The rooftop grill is a great thing to have, we cooked tri-tip and ate on the roof, it was wonderful. It really is within easy walking of the main draw of Pismo, great coffee shop just a 3 min walk away! The garage fits 2 cars easily even an SUV and a midsize truck could fit in their. With multiple balconies and the rooftop it's a wonderful place to get away and relax for a weekend. We would definitely stay again when visiting Pismo in the future!

Buck and Jo Ann’s place was terrific! It was the perfect place for our family. It was lovely, clean, and had everything we needed. The location and views are awesome and having the parking spot in the garage was a huge bonus! We looked at a number of properties to rent based on location, appearance, and value- we could not have made a better choice by renting this unit. Our 10 month old granddaughter absolutely loved the open space in the living room. We plan to return again. Thank you Buck and Jo Ann!

Fantastic location - seconds away from the beach and pier.

The location of the beach steps away can't be beat. I went for 3 miles walks every morning that were soothing to the soul. The house and the decor is super cute and had everything we needed for a week away. Thank you for the coffee, and though we didn't make waffles, appreciated that there was waffle mix, syrup and a waffle maker there. We went ATVing on the dunes, with the rental places right across the street and had a blast. Pismo is only a short easy drive up the road, and Fin's Seafood, a 1 mile walk up the beach, was wonderful. What a great trip.

The condo had beautiful furnishings, quality sliding doors, great lighting, very quiet, wonderful mattresses/pillows/bedding, and excellent appliances. The building it is in was very quiet at all times and accessibility to walk to coffee, restaurants and the beach was awesome. Will definitely be coming back with the entire family next time!

We stayed here for a week to escape the Minnesota winter. It was perfect! We did day trips to Cayucos, Cambria, Morro Bay. Loved the Elephant Seal Vista Point near San Simeon - it’s amazing! The little town of Avila Beach had everything we needed. Hula Hut was our favorite for breakfast in the morning and ice cream in the afternoon. We also enjoyed live entertainment at Alapay Cellars Tasting Room on Thursdays and Sundays. The French Onion Soup at Blue Moon is the best we’ve ever had. We’d love to come back!

Beautiful and serene setting. We have never been so close to sea otters. Really enjoyed the views from bedroom and living room. Privacy windows were awesome and gave me a sense of privacy without having to close the curtains. Kitchen was well stocked but with all the great restaurants in the area, we only made breakfast once. Beach-N-Bay is a top notch operation with thorough and proactive communication. I will not hesitate to stay at one of their properties again.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house was clean, cozy and fully stocked. We spent lots of time on the porch enjoying the view and watching all the happenings on the beach, talking to neighbors and the staff at Slappy’s next door and our evening campfires. We will definitely be staying here again! There are 2 parking spots in the garage ideal for smaller cars or SUVs and a lot across the street that charges $20 a day where we parked our Tundra.

Valerie's place was nice and clean. The condo is fairly cozy with two cozy but nice bedrooms and a small kitchen that has everything you might need. The best part about the place is that you get a 90 degree view of the ocean from the living room and from the patio. It was fun to just sit and stare at the waves. It was also nice that we could just walk out onto the private beach in just 2 minutes and enjoy a walk and the water.

We enjoyed our stay! It’s in a great location and was the perfect getaway for a girls trip!

The condo was exactly what we needed for a long weekend with our 10 year old son and our poodle. We went to dinner the first night, cooked breakfast in the mornings, packed picnics for our beach trips, and bought local fish to make dinner the last 2 nights we were there. Beautiful views of the sunrise and sunset from the condo. Just walk right down to the beach and local shops. Very relaxing environment. We will definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Jaime's place. It's in a beautiful location, directly across from the lake with an amazing view. It's close to everything, which was great for us as we were visiting Cal Poly and the local area. The complex had a nice pool and spa that we got to enjoy, which were both quite warm. My wife enjoyed all of the high-end hair care products and stylers. My only issue would be that it's right on the road (Madonna Rd.), so gets noise, mostly in the morning during the week. I sleep with earplugs, so didn't bother me, but might bother light sleepers. Nonetheless, I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

Relaxing home in a beautiful location. Walkable to shops and eateries and steps to the sand.

This property is safe, impeccable and included all the comforts of home while at the shore. Couldn’t help being drawn to the beach and pier since the views reminded you of how close they were. Plenty of dining options and close proximity to vineyards and Morro Bay. Definitely recommend to anyone vacationing here or visiting Cal Poly.

Really fun house and great location!! Very close to the beach, pier, and town, and the property had a nice pool/jacuzzi and other amenities. Came with my three young kids and they had a blast! Highly recommend!

This is a marvelous place to stay right on Pismo Beach by the pier. The location could not be better. The condo itself is wonderful, especially with upper and lower patios looking right at the beach and the ocean. The home itself is clean an comfortable. We would definitely return. Our hosts were quite responsive. Good stay!

Excellent experience! I definitely recommend this place!

Nice condo near a lot of restaurants and shops. There is a walkway right to the sand to walk out to the beach. Beds were comfortable and kitchen was fully stocked. Would absolutely stay here again, enjoyed it! There was also a pool and gym available, but we did not use those during our stay. Looked very nice as well. Just remember to take a key to get OUT of the gated community. If you don’t have a key, you’re pretty much looked in. Oh, and I can’t forget, it’s really close to the cinnamon roll place, so fresh coffee and cinnamon rolls whenever you want! Yum!

It was great place to stay, clean, comfortable bed, and very relaxing. My family had a wonderful time and highly recommend anyone planning to visit Avila beach!
