Please note: from June 2025-June 2026, our vineyard has been ripped out and we are in the process of replanting. While the view might look a little different, we’re still surrounded by our neighbor’s stunning vineyards. Rustic feel with modern updates throughout the residence. 2 bedrooms ( primary w/ a queen bed and secondary w/ 2 twin trundle beds). The living room also has a sleeper sofa, and a queen size air mattress is available. 1 bathroom with updated shower. Outdoor deck with Santa Maria style oak BBQ pit. Only a 20 min drive to Justin winery.

Visitors can enjoy recreating at both Lake Nacimiento & Lake San Antonio. Both Marinas are a short 10-15-minute drive.

This Isolated, cozy 400 sq.ft. studio on stilts has a queen bed in the bedroom, a small bathroom, a couch that pulls out to a twin bed in the living room. High-speed internet with WiFi, Roku-TV streaming, sm. fridge, microwave, toaster oven, electric skillet, coffee + tea pots, private deck, and covered parking. This space resides beneath large Oaks, near a creek and golf course. A 2-night minimum on Friday to Sunday am and a 1-night minimum on Sunday to Friday am.
