Die Unterkunft war wie beschrieben,für uns perfekt. Auch eine sehr gute Ausgangslage,um all die Ortschaften um Imperia herum zu erkunden,wobei auch Imperia sehr viel zu bieten hat. Die Gastgeber waren stets erreichbar und die Kommunikation äusserst herzlich. Sogar ein kleiner Osterhase begrüsste uns als wir Sonntags von unserem Ausflug zurück kamen. We had a great stay at Antoine and Julie's airbnb. Incredibly, despite being right on a main thoroughfare, it was extremely quiet, as they have upgraded doors and windows. They were very responsive and the place was clean. Easy to get in to, and actually kind of fun and an adventure to travel back in time to the old stairwell each time you had to come and go. It was unfortunate to have to pay the furniture deposit, as the couch and chairs were dirty and the walls very scuffed. It wasn't clear what was being paid for with the deposit above and beyond what risk of damage would have been covered by the nightly rate, anyway. However, we received it back in a timely manner and all was fine. Second time in Nice and purposely targeted this location, it really can't be beat! Walk right out to all the restaurants, boulangerie, the beach, market, and public transportation. Would highly recommend staying here.

alloggio pulito a circa 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di pietra ligure. tipica casa della nonna con molti oggetti personali. l' ho trovata un po' buia ma comunque funzionale.

We had a superb stay - the house was filled with lovely artwork- everywhere you looked there was something beautiful to see- great books everywhere and Dominique and Marie’s garden is just perfect for plant lovers- unbelievable views out across the bay greeted us every morning - looking over to Cap Ferrat and watching the little yachts every day was absolutely sublime- the nicest Airbnb we have stayed in - Kathryn and Steve (from Australia)

Jean-Marc to po prostu dobry, pomocny, życzliwy człowiek, a spotkanie z nim przywraca optykę patrzenia na świat jako przyjazne miejsce. Jesteśmy wdzięczni za pobyt w tym domu: dobrze wyposażony, kameralny, wygodny, przestrzenny, klimatyczny, z cudownym widokiem na morze. Świetnie wyposażony sklep „na dole”, kuchnia zachęcająca do wspólnego gotowania, dużo zieleni, spokojna okolica. Dla nas - baza do zwiedzania zachwycającego pięknem Lazurowego Wybrzeża. To był dobry czas. 10/10. Dziękuję i polecam :)

Mein Mann, unser 12 jähriger Sohn und ich hatten tolle 12 Tage in dieser Unterkunft und der Umgebung. Sie entspricht komplett der Beschreibung von Giulia. Der zugehörige Parkplatz in einer Tiefgarage ist 5 Minuten Fußweg entfernt und war sehr großzügig zum Einparken. Die Lage der Unterkunft (sehr ruhig und doch zentral) war hervorragend für die vielen Ausflüge entlang der Küste und ins Hinterland. Unsere Fahrräder konnten wir bequem im Garten abstellen, der sehr schöne Zitronenbäume, eine Tischtennisplatte und Stühle sowie einen Tisch zum Verweilen enthält. Die Umgebung hält viele Caffes und Restaurants bereit. Unser Sohn muss sich glutenfrei ernähren und wir fanden direkt eine Straße weiter eine hervorragende Pizzeria (My Dream), die eine exzellente glutenfreie Pizza herstellt. Wir können diese Unterkunft auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen.

Excellent séjour dans ce bel endroit, très propre, literie confortable, belle terrasse couverte avec tout le mobilier nécessaire. Une place de stationnement 👍🏻. Et à proximité de toutes les activités de BORDIGHERA, nous recommandons ce gîte 👍🏻🇮🇹

Merci pour votre accueil Danila. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour. la maison est au calme. Nous avons fait de belles balades avec vue mer sur les hauteurs d'Imperia, dans le parc communal et d'Allasio. C'est une très belle région. Noli vaut le détour également.

Die Unterkunft ist in Wirklichkeit noch traumhafter! Idyllisch, ruhig, super gelegen für einen absolut erholsamen Urlaub. Rachel hat uns bei allem geholfen und war so unglaublich toll. Die Unterkunft ist zudem super sauber. Um sich zu erholen ein perfekter Ort und eine traumhafte Lage!! Wir würden gerne wiederkommen und hatten eine unglaublich schön, entspannte Zeit! Die Unterkunft und die tollen Gastgeberqualitäten von Enrico sind in den anderen Rezensionen sehr gut beschrieben. Alles war top!! Versuche aber nicht mit Google Maps zu der Unterkunft zu kommen. Dann landest du in einer steilen Sackgasse, wo du dich mit dem Auto festfährst. Warte auf Enricos Wegbeschreibung!!!

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche bei Eric und Bénédicte! Die Wohnung und der angrenzende Garten boten alles was wir zum entspannen und toben brauchten. Trotz wechselnder Wetterbedingungen konnten wir von da aus viele tolle Unternehmungen starten. Das Haus liegt oberhalb von Nizza und bietet einen optimalen Start für Wander- oder Trailrunden. Monaco liegt nebenan und die Strände sind ebenfalls schnell erreichbar.

Dominique’s place is special. The view is spectacular as you are on top of a hill in Nice but in a residential area and still within a couple of kilometres from city center. The drive up there is quite a thrilling one and makes it that much more special. The pool and the pool area are the highlight even though it was too cold for us to use the pool. There is a quality table tennis table so if you have nice racquets bring them along to play. You also have everything you need including a gas grill and hammock and microwave etc. Food delivery options are also aplenty given how close it is to Nice. The house itself, while old, is spacious and has everything you would need. The warm water takes a while but the house on multiple levels feels very spacious. The plot is truly massive and is pet friendly and feels very safe. If you are looking for a quiet place and lots of space, a pool, and spectacular views of the ocean close to Nice, it is hard to beat and the host is fabulous too!

Merci à nos hôtes pour leur accueil chaleureux, leur disponibilité et leurs sympathiques attentions. La villa est vraiment très agréable, aménagée avec soin et beaucoup de goût, d’une impeccable propreté. La climatisation de toute la villa et la très jolie piscine nous ont apporté toute la fraîcheur nécessaire. Très spacieuse pour un séjour à six personnes. Le sommeil assuré par une très bonne literie et le calme du quartier. Une vue exceptionnelle sur la côte. Nous reviendrons avec joie !

È la seconda volta che abbiamo scelto di alloggiare in questo appartamento e ci siamo trovati nuovamente molto bene. La posizione è strategica (è presente una passeggiata che costeggia il mare con una vista mozzafiato che ci ha permesso di arrivare a Monaco in 15/20 min a piedi) e il parcheggio è semplice da trovare e molto vicino all’ingresso della casa. Si percepiva una nuova mano di tinta alle pareti che ha reso l’appartamento rinnovato e ancora più curato.

Das Ferienhaus ist wunderschön gelegen und alles ist gut erreichbar. Die Gastgeber waren sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Perfekt wäre es dann, wenn Einrichtung, Küche und Bäder ein zeitgemäßes Update bekommen würden, manche Dinge sind etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Insgesamt war es ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Nous étions 2 familles avec 1 chien, 7 personnes au total et ce logement était parfait. Pièce à vivre spacieuse, chambres bien agencées avec des rangements et 2 toilettes. Le logement est très moderne, climatisé et dans un environnement extrêmement calme. L'extérieur ainsi que l'intérieur sont très bien pensés. Le seul point négatif était le fait que les rideaux n'étaient pas opaques et qu'il faisait jour très tôt dans les chambres car les volets sont à lames.

Il nostro soggiorno è stato perfetto, casa bella ,accogliente ,pulita. Patrizia è molto gentile e disponibile. Ci sono delle biciclette che ti permettono passeggiate nel bellissimo territorio di diano marina. La zona esterna inoltre ti permette di pranzare e cenare in riservatezza e di godere del verde circostante. Il silezio e la quiete del posto ci hanno permesso di rilassarci come volevamo. Quindi molto contenti.........

Séjour très agréable. Le logement est conforme à la description et très au calme. La petite maison est parfaitement équipée et très bien décorée . Nous reviendrons ;-)

Mon copain et moi avons passé un très agréable séjour dans la villa. La plage était à seulement 5 minutes à pied et le quartier était vraiment paisible. Notre hôte à été particulièrement accueillante et attentionnée. Notamment, nous avons été accueillis avec une bonne bouteille de vin et des fruits, et on nous a recommandé de nombreux restaurants et activités. Notre coup de cœur a été le jacuzzi chaud et disponible en permanence, aussi, notre chien a adoré le grand jardin. Nous y reviendrions avec grand plaisir durant l'été.

Beautiful house and stay! Highly recommend and would return. Just for awareness, the third bedroom (sofa beds) doesn’t have an AC unit but there is a fan. WiFi works well and given that the house is older there can be some dust but it’s worth it to be in such a beautiful space with great character! Thank you Fox Keys!!!

Lovely house with everything we needed, 3 good sized bedrooms all en-suite and the pool was an added luxury as the weather was good. Location perfect for beach, local shops and the tram.
