院子里好多非常漂亮而且古老的树，有个超大鱼池，好多漂亮的鲤鱼，晚上的落日很漂亮，大厨房烧饭有煤气，每天有服务员打扫卫生，收拾院子，傍晚来点蚊香，很多户外桌椅，可以自由选择在不同风景中吃饭喝茶，我们住了7天，外面景点和饭店都不如这里漂亮，真的就是住在风景里的感觉，太喜欢了

This place is a private community with many lanes. We got lost at first, but Pak and his housekeeper came to the rescue just in the nick of time. The communication with Pak was very good. The inside of the house is very spacious and beautiful, but some of the furniture can use some upgrade. The location is good, and the place is very peaceful. We use this house as our place to sleep because we had lots of meetings, so we didn't spend much around the house during the day. The housekeeper is very responsive, helpful and friendly. 这是一个非常棒的房子，有一个漂亮整洁绿意盎然的院子，周围安静，早上只有鸟儿的鸣叫。房屋内干净整洁，跟图片一模一样，生活用品非常齐全，还有很多有趣的书，可惜没什么时间看。 非常感谢Jesper的热情介绍，他是一个非常棒的房东，友善热情，我们能感觉到他在非常认真的对待这个事情，也尽力想帮助旅行者。每次响应也很及时。 房子周围有咖啡馆和餐厅，步行就可以到达，周围有非常多的景点，我们住了四天感觉安排不过来。 房屋的管家总是安安静静的做完所有的事情，感觉她毫无存在感却又完成了所有工作。 住在这里晚上的时候可以坐在楼顶的露台看星星，早上可以看到连绵的群山。如果下次来我还会住在这里，而且我会向朋友们推荐这里。

清迈泳池别墅里性价比最高的了. 位置超级好. 不像别的别墅区远离城市. 这里出门就是餐厅和超市. 别墅区的人很安静不会吵. 晚上睡觉非常舒服. 如果想度假的朋友可以来. 去宁曼路大概十五分钟. 去塔佩门十分钟.去尚泰十分钟.最大的商场. 在一个特别中心的区域.

We really enjoyed our stay in this house! It was super clean and cozy, we really felt like at Home. The neighborhood is great, lots of paths to walk, especially around the Lake. The house has everything you need and even more. Nan is very friendly and nice person, I enjoyed meeting her! She is the best host I ever met on Airbnb! I recommend this place to everyone!

This small house had a cosy, warm, clean and mediative feeling. Perfect for two people to share. You are surrounded by greenery and natural materials. Somporn lives next door with her family, dog and cat who are very well behaved and do not bother you at all. You can wake up in the morning to watch the sunrise from bed, bird watch, reflect and relax. The lake view is also a very lovely feature. There wasn't much of a walk to do in the area, or anything else really if you don't have transport so it is a place that allows little activity. We would've enjoyed this house a lot more if the house wasn't on the main road. The road noise is intrusive and sometimes there were street vendors right outside the door making noise. Somporn was a very communicative, helpful and respectful host and was always available to help. I really recommend to order from the local farm shop advertised, receiving the produce really made our stay a lot more interesting and the produce was great.

Ruhiger und sicherer Stadtteil am Rande von Chiang Mai. Nette Restaurants und die wichtigsten Lebensmittel sind zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad gut erreichbar. In die Altstadt haben wir uns per Grab ein Taxi bestellt ( ca. 4,50 € einfache Fahrt). In der Unterkunft hat es wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Super der kleine private Pool zur Abkühlung. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Suratda war eine tolle Gastgeberin und immer sofort erreichbar.

Spectacular facility with all kinds of space with pools and building with other amenities as listed. Very peaceful, quiet and family/kid friendly. Good security. Plenty of room for one or two people. Great television and Wi-Fi with balcony views. I find most beneficial is a comfortable sofa for 2 to relax watching television or conversation. Huge mall next door. Actually more like an 8-minute walk to the mall over a footbridge and small canal. Besides the mall there isn't much within short walking distance, but the mall has most anything you need anyways. Other than that you'll need taxi or some transportation beyond. In final analysis this facility I highly recommend.

I had a wonderful stay here! The room was clean, comfortable, and very convenient. The location made it easy to get around, and the bed was so soft and cozy .I slept really well. I’ll definitely come back and stay here again!

Nous sommes un couple de Français et avons passé un peu plus de deux semaines dans ce logement, et tout était parfait ! L’appartement est propre, conforme aux photos, et offre tout le confort nécessaire. La résidence est top avec une super piscine pour se détendre et surtout une véritable salle de sport ! Contrairement à beaucoup d’Airbnb qui mentionnent une salle de sport sans équipements sérieux, ici, on a des haltères jusqu’à 25 kg, plusieurs bancs de développé couché, un rack à squat… Bref, de quoi vraiment s’entraîner correctement. Autre gros point fort : l’emplacement. Il y a un mall moderne juste à côté avec un food court, parfait pour manger varié et facilement. Si vous cherchez un excellent rapport qualité-prix à Chiang Mai, n’hésitez pas, c’est ici qu’il faut venir ! Nous recommandons à 100 % et reviendrons sans hésiter.
