I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. My host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering great local recommendations. I felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Miguel was a wonderful host. The place was wonderful. The pool had a shallow end that our 4 and 6 yo could stand and they enjoyed it a lot

Glenda was extremely responsive, she allowed early check in which was amazing. She assured to follow up when needed and everything was as expected. Property is clean and beautiful, apartment felt like a single family home. Neighbor was friendly and especially while being on vacation and forgetting things in the washer/dryer, when they needed it, they would throw our stuff in the dryer for us or take out and neatly set aside. I thought that was really nice of them. I have no complaints and would love to rent from Glenda one day soon again. Have no complaints what so ever and would come back 1000 times again. Great location, close to a lot and not far from most tourist areas. 10/10 recommend.

Place was exactly as described! Alex and Diana were very responsive! It was such a plus they had a solar generator during the islands power outage. Would highly recommend and definitely stay here again. 10/10

I’ve been to Puerto Rico many times, and this Airbnb was by far the nicest, most secure place we have stayed at. Christie was so communicative and let us check in early since our flight was early which was so appreciated! The day we landed on the island, there was an island wide power outage, and it didn’t really affect us because of the generator at the Airbnb. The place was so clean, peaceful, and had everything we needed to make us feel right at home. The beds were all so comfortable. The house actually is even nicer in person than in pictures! I would stay here again in a heartbeat! Christie provided a guide that provided very thorough instructions for check in and for our entire stay. Their location was excellent with a lot around and only 15-20 mins to San Juan. The neighborhood felt very exclusive. We loved our stay here and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice stay in Puerto Rico!

I had a fantastic stay at Kikiri House ! The location is very calm and peaceful, neighbors are very friendly. Just a short drive from the airport and local spots like Isla Verde, Condado Beach and La Placita. The space was clean, comfortable and exactly what I was looking for my stay. We absolutely loved the game room, it is so cute and has many games to enjoy. Rey David was responsive and helpful which made the check in process seamless. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a great stay. If available for my next trip to my beautiful island I will most certainly look to book KiKiri House again.

I love love loved this location! Everything was about 15-20 mins away! The house is so beautiful and in a very nice and cultured neighborhood. The neighbors were friendly and the bar down the street was fun to walk to. I loved being here. Definitely felt like home! Can’t wait to rebook when I return!

Erick was great! The place was awesome and I’d definitely stay here again! It’s close to the beach and the space was exactly what we needed - it’s looks like the pictures and I highly recommend staying here - we’re planning to busy San Juan again and I’ll be staying with Erick for sure!

Wonderfully situated stay in Puerto Rico! Easy to get everywhere - airport, Old San Juan, Calle Loiza, Santurce, El Yunque, multiple beaches…you name it! Comfortable beds, showers, and layout….with A/C in each room. The amenities including the beautiful pool were great for relaxing after a day of adventures! Mike was incredibly responsive and made it easy to reach him. Would definitely stay here again!

El apto de Manuel tuvimos todo lo necesario, esta equipado para una estadia confortable. La ubicación es excelente, justo en el corazón de san Juan a solo pasos de muchos sitios de interés. me gusto mucho la tranquilidad y lo acogedor de lugar. Manuel siempre estuvo atento y respondió oportunamente cualquier duda. Sin duda cuando vuelva a Puerto rico, volveré a alojarme aquí.

bren and Toby were the kindest and warm hosts. there apartment was clean lovely and close to all sorts of resturants and just a short walk to the beach. we had an amazing time.

The location was perfect. There were a few minor issues, some out of anyone’s control, but they were solved very fast because of the hosts fast communication. I would definitely stay again.

Porfirio's place was a lovely little stay for my boyfriend and me! So clean and well-kept! Communication was amazing, even during our stay, from check-in to a short time when the power went out, or even asking for some suggestions on places! The location is perfect. We literally just walked out onto the strip, and there are so many restaurants, etc., and a car rental place just as you walk out of the gate! We'd definitely stay here again!

Vladimir is a responsive host and it was a great place to stay near the airport.

We had a wonderful stay at this charming home! It's in an ideal location—super close to the airport, which made our travel so much easier. The apartment was easy to find. The beach is just a short walk away and there are plenty of great restaurants nearby. The home itself was spotlessly clean and had a cozy, inviting atmosphere that made it feel like a true getaway. The balcony was nice. The check-in and check-out instructions were clear and easy to follow, making the whole process smooth and hassle-free. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a convenient and comfortable stay!

Pat's place is exactly as it is listed. The area has a superb relaxing vibe and is just across the street from a small semi-private beach. Further down the block are many restaurants and bars that you can enjoy day or night. The location is situated in a very short driving distance from Old San Juan, Isla Verde and Carolina. We returned every night after 9pm and always had a parking spot available. The air conditioning and shower heat was perfect! Would definitely stay with Pat the next time we visit! 😁

Absoloutely amazing location--you can hear the waves at night, you can sit on the balcony and watch the ocean while enjoying your breakfast. I walked barefoot to the beach every day--its that close. The space is cozy, well maintained and welcoming. Marcos is extremely kind and friendly :) Would love to stay here again thanks so much Marcos!

Place was located just the right distance from old San Juan and the nearby beach. Building is very secure and has a 24x7 staffed front desk and underground parking. Apartment has a great view of the ocean. Immaculately clean and comfortable!

This 3-bed 2-bath is family friendly apartment in the heart of Condado, just a few minutes walk from beaches, restaurants and nightlife (yet the apartment itself is quiet and peaceful). The host, Ray, is extremely responsive. The apartment is well furnished and stocked and comes with parking spot. It's a perfect place to stay in San Juan. One detail we missed while booking is that the apartment does not have a dishwasher. This wasn't a deal breaker for us, but it's almost a given these days, so we were surprised to not find it. However, the apartment listing also clearly states what appliances are there - as I said, we missed this detail while booking. Overall, we had a great experience and I would stay again at Ray's place in a heartbeat!

My daughters and I stayed in this gorgeous apartment for SpringBreak. The view of the ocean was awesome, the place was fully equipped with everything you'd need, from beach chairs, coolers, and towels to cooking utensils, cleaning supplies, and spices, we felt like we were home. The day of our arrival, the area had experienced a power outage but the hosts were very forthcoming about the problem and kept us updated throughout the day. Upon arrival at 9pm, the power was still out and the host provided flash lights and checked on us continuously. I will recommend anyone to this lovely listing. We'd definitely stay here again.
