I had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb! The space was exactly as described, clean, cozy, and thoughtfully decorated. The location was perfect, close to everything I needed but still quiet and peaceful. My host was incredibly responsive and helpful, making check-in a breeze and offering great local recommendations. I felt right at home and would absolutely stay here again. Highly recommended!

Our family enjoyed our stay very much. The pool/patio/BBQ area was so beautiful it made it hard to want to leave to go exploring. Cuyler was proactive with providing instructions on how to operate showers, entry way codes, etc. House is very close to a grocery store and restaurants. Bedrooms were spacious and the air conditioning was appreciated. The kitchen had the cookware that we needed for cooking breakfast each morning and the dinning table was spacious enough for a large family. Cuyler was quick to respond when we had a question. The house is in a quiet, gated community which felt safe and not too far from the locations we wanted to visit. We had a great trip and stay!

Was a pleasure to be host from Jose Anthony, you can’t expect more everything is very accessible from the house to the restaurants to the highway to go anywhere you have to go is right in the middle of every place And the host was always attentive and very friendly and respectful offering more than just the beautiful home but also getting back to us every time we have a question with perfect suggestions and always very friendly available

Host (Laury) was amazing. The house was in a great location. It was easy to get to anywhere in San Juan because it felt everything was 10 to 15 mins away from my location.

This home was absolutely perfect for my best friend’s bachelorette party!! Home is spacious and clean with plenty of communal areas to lounge in. Host was easy to get ahold of during the stay as well :) highly recommend

I have to say I would definitely stay again. Terrence was a great host, responds to message super quick and really helpful. The place was in excellent condition, very secure place very clean. The location is really close to a lot of things, 17 mins away to old San Juan, 9 mins to Walmart and other restaurants. Even though less than 24 hrs into our stay the island had a total blackout Terrence was really helpful. Checked on us throughout the day, making sure we were ok. Really did appreciate that. You may see the neighborhood to be a little sketchy but to be honest it is a very very quiet neighborhood. Thank you Terrence for opening your home.

Wonderful house and great host!

Me and my friends had an amazing stay at Monteflores Property. Luis met us at check in and provided an update on every amenity in the beautiful villa. The rooms were big clean and spacious as we had 5 guest stay for my best friends 40th birthday. The location was amazing and private but very secure. The location was so much bigger in person and super clean which we loved. We recommend anyone with a big party to reserve with them you won’t be disappointed. Thank you again for providing an amazing stay and when I come back to Puerto Rico I will absolutely book with them again.

This place was beautiful and unique. Different than anyplace we have ever stayed. The location was great. Parking as stated is very limited I would say that is the only down side. Not a far walk to parking garages. We truly enjoyed our stay here. Our host was very responsive and sweet.

I have nothing but a great wonderful experience. Me and my 3 daughters loved your home and have made beautiful memories. Your home was magnificently clean and with everything we could need and want ! By far Maria had everything we could of possibly needed! She paid attention to small details tht we found thoughtful and helpful for travelers. Best airbnb I’ve stood in so far ! Thank you ! The area was great even for after the beach days or lazy days when u wanna just order in and enjoy the pool or games.

Great place to stay, Looked exactly like in the photos and host was responsive. Close to the airport, 10 min drive to the Isla verde beach and 15min drive to Old San Juan. The only disappointment was that there was a power outage in the area for one night ( its out of control by the owner or host) and there was no generator or battery light in the stay. But the host was kind enough to refund for one night. I would suggest the owner or host to add an emergency light for future and also some additional linens or blankets.

Great place to stay and our host was available anytime we needed anything or had questions about what to do in Puerto Rico. The home was very very spacious and our group of 13 had more than enough space! Great trip in Puerto Rico!!

We have being staying at Marco’s for a few years in a now, and it has always being great. We sure, be back next year.

Words can’t describe how perfect this Airbnb was. it actually looks better than the pictures. The beds were very comfortable. It is also super safe for my single ladies or girls group trip. You would have no problems staying here .(security is tight) All of the amenities and appliance fit very well free of clutter home. the host Jose is an amazing person the way he communicates and very patient.

Nathalie is a great host! Very responsive! The house inside and backyard is beautiful and peaceful ! Had a very authentic feel living in middle of San Juan. Loved the area. Would def recommend this for a true Puerto Rican experience.

Sara's place was amazing! The gated community gave my family and I being all women a sense of safety. Her place is literally across from the beach which was perfect for our beach day and less than 10 minutes give or take from the airport which was great since it was our first time driving in PR! The bedrooms were beautifully decorated and the beds themselves slept amazingly and not to mention every room was equipped with AC!!. The backyard pool was an added bonus with lots of photo opportunities. The minor problems that did occur Sara wac responsive and gave good resolutions! From the thoughtful welcome gifts to the early check-in Sara made visiting Puerto Rico a wonderful experience. I would highly recommend anyone looking to stay here!

My friends and I came here for spring break, we were a group of 10 and the Airbnb was a comfortable stay. Brian was very helpful and anytime we needed something, he would immediately respond. It was a short walk to the beach (a great spot to watch sunrise) and was also next to many grocery stores. Overall, we enjoyed our stay!

we just spent a wonderful week at Milary's apartment. she was an incredible host and offered us lots of tips and was responsive to our questions. the apartment is spacious and clean, even a little bigger feeling than the photos. we enjoyed being able to walk just a few blocks to the beach.... as well as lots of nice cafes and restaurants in the neighborhood. we look forward to another stay!

I had a truly wonderful stay! Neriann was incredibly attentive, welcoming, and made sure every detail was taken care of. The space was spotless, cozy, and exactly as described—if not better. This was my favorite airbnb experience of my life. The house is so unbelievably comfortable, everything is almost 15 minutes to anything you possibly want to do on the island, I got to see so many beautiful animals right behind the house, the sun rises RIGHT ALONG THE BACKYARD, and the host / entire family were SO WARM AND WELCOMING! I knew it was going to be a great stay when the very first day our host showed up to our house with a freshly cut papaya that they just took down that morning. It was so unbelievably fresh and delicious. My girlfriend and I also had the privilege of staying here during the infamous New Year’s Eve blackout!!! We were so lucky that the house had a back up generator and that everything we possibly needed, the host made sure of. It was pretty hard to find food on New Year’s Eve, and the host came by with a plethora food for us. I can’t get over how intimate the stay was & I can’t wait to come back & experience it again!!This stay is how airbnb SHOULD BE :)

My wife and I stayed here for 3 nights and left our little ones with family. Marisa was such an amazing host, this was my first time using Airbnb on vaca so I was a little hesitant. I read some of the prior reviews and wondered if everyone was related to her because they were so positive, well she lived up to all of it and exceeded it (we’re not related but she treated us like family 😁) There was a power outage when we stayed and luckily she had invested in a big generator that kept EVERYTHING working in the home. Two balconies were awesome, spacious clean and comfortable all around. We were pleasantly surprised to walk into some snacks and drinks she stocked up for us. Coffee is a must for us, we drink bustello at home and whatever brand she had was just as good maybe better :). Highly recommend!!

Yanira’s place is absolutely beautiful. My kids and I felt at home with the house having everything we needed plus some complimentary eats, coffee and water. Her back yard is so enchanting, having my morning coffee there just made the experience so magical. I will be recommending my family and friends to stay at Yanira’s place. Thank you Yanira for being so sweet and friendly. I loved the flowers.
