We booked very last minute, and we were pleasantly surprised the cost for the week. The property is beautiful and the accommodations were perfect! The bed in the master bedroom was SUPER comfortable!

Rosalyn was an awesome host. We were there during the New Year's island-wide power outage and she had both solar panels and a generator to compensate. The amenities were great - pool, hot tub, grill, billards. We would stay again.

This is an excellent condo! The beds were comfortable and we felt right at home immediately. The owners provide so many items during your stay. The beach chairs and boogie boards were a definite bonus. The pool area is not busy and at times we were the only ones there. Highly recommend.

Melba’s place was extremely clean and accommodated the 4 of us very well. We loved the modern look. The villa provided everything from dishes to toiletries. The beach accessories were also a nice touch. Having the parking spot right in front of the villa was very useful. Melba also provided a clicker for the community entry gate which gave us easy access instead of waiting on line to speak to security to allow us in the community. Although we did not use the community pool, it is walkable as we did walk to the area. The villa is also close to a community beach and the Embassy Suite where there is a casino and restaurants. There are also many restaurants in the town as well. Melba was quick to respond to all my inquiries and very attentive to us by providing information on rip current. She was also very accommodating when we asked to extend our stay. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it. Thank you again, Melba, for an excellent stay.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Israel Place in Puerto Rico, and I must say, the experience was absolutely amazing! From the warm atmosphere to the incredible hospitality, everything exceeded my expectations. Whether you're traveling with friends or family, this spot offers a unique and memorable experience that touches both your heart and soul. I highly recommend Israel Place to anyone looking to explore something special while in Puerto Rico. Can't wait to visit again!

Place was nice and roomy. Lots of space! We had enough room for our one friends to show a few of the couples in our group how to swing dance. View in the front and back of the place were awesome, especially of the rainforest in the back! Things to know: Lots of mosquitoes, make use of the zappers provided! Air conditioner in the kitchen doesn’t do a great job of keeping that area and the dining area cool. Everywhere else, the a/c worked great! 1 bathroom has no hot water, and during our a stay, a second bathroom was also unable to get hot water. So, the only bathroom with hot water was in the master bedroom, which wasn’t ideal. It wasn’t that much of a problem except for night showering. During the day, the sun must have kept the ground so warm that the water was still lukewarm and not too cold. You may get suddenly told about scheduled landscape and other maintenance techs that you will have to leave the gate unlocked for them to get in.

Great location great spot it was very accommodating for everyone in my group. It had enough room and the host was amazing! Very responsive whenever I reached out. She also provided local recommendations which came in handy. I would recommend and stay next when I come next year. The only thing I would asked for in the future is extra tissue and garbage bags (unless k missed and didn’t see, o could’ve reached out but it was my last day at the house so I did not). Other than that it was very great and I loved the two separate floors and the backyard was nice to Sit and relax when we were not on the move.

Clean reliable in comfort of home with acces to highways, and local roads that takes you to this beautiful little paradise full of beaches , local rivers and the highest mountain in PR, El Yunque. All these goodies a a reasonble economy price. Loved it!!!.......

Ashley’s place was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, attractive, and stocked up with amenities—perfect for our group of friends to relax in after our days out exploring the area. The kitchen was great and allowed people to cook meals for 8 people. The views of the forest and ocean were just as amazing as they looked in the pictures on the listing. Ashley was very responsive and helped immediately with any minor issue that arose. I would highly recommend this stay!

I love the house it was perfect to celebrate my birthday. I just don't like the stray cats and dogs. One made it up on the porch and popped on the welcome mat. It was raining and we weren't paying attention and stepped in it. Runined a good pair of sandals. If you don't like excessive dog barking or listening to roosters at 2:30am this place isn't for you. But if you can stand a little noise it's perfect. The host is great very responsive provides a phone number for you to call with questions and she has a translator. I'd definitely rent again.

This unit is beautifully decorated and super comfortable. Everything is high end and we felt right at home. The media room is a vibe all itself and the unit has everthing you need including beach chairs. The views are spectacular. Great restaurants are right down stairs and the private pool is right next to the unit. John, was also very welcoming to our questions and accommodating. A+++host. Thank you John! Hope to stay here again!

My stay was absolutely incredible! The home exceeded all expectations — it was even better than described. It truly felt like a home away from home: clean, spacious, and incredibly comfortable. The hosts went above and beyond with their hospitality and made the entire experience seamless and welcoming. They truly deserve recognition for their exceptional care and attention to detail. I would happily stay here again without a moment’s hesitation. Highly recommend!

posts were great. we didn't require much communication with them but they were happy to accommodate an early check-in. We almost walked into the neighboring structure, but the neighbors were friendly and helped us find the right door. Pllace was very clean and had all kitchen necessities. We loved hanging out in the balcony at night time. Wouldn't recommend if you're a light sleeper planning to sleep in, but that wasn't a problem for us.

We had a fabulous stay! The views are spectacular! There is nothing but ocean out every window. The waves and ocean are so peaceful and pretty!!! The ac is in the bedrooms only. They are icy cold and make for a great sleep on comfortable beds. The huge ceiling fan in the living room, louvered door, and wide open balcony lets the ocean breezes blow thru, making it very comfortable. The kitchen has the necessaries, and is spotless. The bathroom was spotless as well, and we were so thankful to have a washer and dryer in the unit. The shower was hot with good water pressure. The furniture was clean and comfortable. The balcony is super special. It was breezy and so beautiful! The hammock was a favorite, and there’s beach chairs and a cooler to take down. Osvaldo is a responsive host. His directions and instructions are very clear, and his photos are so helpful. It’s an old building, for sure. But his unit is amazing. Any guest will love it!

We had an absolutely amazing time at Sandy Hills! This is the second time we visited Puerto Rico and both times we have stayed in this area. We absolutely love being close to the rainforest and ride on the beach. We stayed for 10 days so we were able to explore the island really well . We did have to be careful in some spots in front of the condo because of the strong current. However, if you get in the car and drive or walk three minutes down the rd staying on the road closer to the beach, the water completely calms down. There were red flags out in the parking lot for the beach access right beside of us so we were able to find some, calm water for the kids to play in. Watching the surfers in the water in front of the building turned into one of our favorite activities. The host was so helpful replied to me within minutes when I couldn’t find the trash bags 😂. This had been one of our favorite trips to Puerto Rico. Thank you, Sandy Hills for making it the best.
