Had a great stay! Everything was very clean looked exactly like the pictures. Jack was always responsive to my questions and any help I needed.

I think she was fantastic! We just had some troubles with the doors and locks!

Almost hate to tell people how much we like this place because Casey has thought of so many things that other places don't think of or don't care about. We come often so we don't like it to be too popluar!

Awesome place for our small family. Very clean and comfortable. Walking distance to downtown Oceanside with lots of shops and restaurants. Overall would definitely recommend.

What a perfect place for our family. The living areas were very spacious and bathrooms very nice. Comfy beds. Tons of closet space. Great living/dining/kitchen area. Outdoor living and recreation area made this home even more special. The neighborhood is well-located and convenient to everything. Our hosts Diana and Rob were super helpful with instructions and responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

My Friends and I only stayed for one night. The place is really nice and is fully stocked from the kitchen to the bathrooms. We wished we were staying longer to take advantage of all the kitchen ware. The location is close to everything, the beach, restaurants, and downtown. We loved the roof top deck! Would definitely go back if it was available again.

Outstanding place in a terrific location and a great, communicative, and lovely host. It's right on the water, so you can hear the soothing sounds of the waves crashing. The bed and home is extremely comfortable. There's tons of terrific things to do. The host is very responsive, clear, and kind.

I had an amazing stay at this property! The location is absolutely perfect, just a short walk to the beach, shops, and a great selection of restaurants. The space itself was spotless and beautifully maintained. Everything felt fresh and inviting from the moment I arrived. The beds were incredibly comfortable, which made it so easy to relax and get a great night’s sleep after a day of exploring. I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Mel was the best host I’ve had! We asked if they had a tea kettle and she quickly amazoned it. The space is great value and the outdoor area is such a treat.

I had a wonderful long weekend stay at Nick and Kristy’s place in Newport Beach. Great location, close to beach and walkable to restaurants and shopping. Communication leading up to and during my stay was excellent! Kristy and Nick were extremely helpful and responsive throughout. The apartment is exactly as described and fully equipped with everything you need for a stay at the beach. The private rooftop deck is the icing on the cake!! Absolutely beautiful and peaceful for sunrises and sunsets. I highly recommend this rental and would definitely book again for future travel! Thanks Nick and Kristy!

Paul was a great host. He was friendly, responsive, and flexible. The place was exactly as advertised. The resort is very secure with friendly staff. It had everything… pool, 2 hot tubs, gym, laundry, games, and golf. Walking distance to restaurants and beach. The place was very clean with everything we needed. The beds were comfortable.

We had the best time staying at Imran’s place in Oceanside. We were pleasantly surprised by the location and view as they were even better than we anticipated based on pictures and the description provided. Imran was super helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to return!

Great Oceanside resort retreat. The location is hard to beat with the ocean only steps away. Resort has a great pool and hot tub area as well as an adult only hot tub for those that want to enjoy kid free. Add in the gym and recreation area, this resort truly has everything you need. The Airbnb is well stocked including beach towels and some beach gear. For the beach, just be aware of Oceanside's sand restoration project. The North side of the river is still good though.
