The Village at Irvine Spectrum is definitely one of the best places to stay for vacation. The room is comfy with a night view. Comfy living room with a nice couch and Netflix. Kitchen is clean but with some missing amenities. Nice and clean shower. Washer and dryer are available. Bedroom is comfortable. Would recommend for a quick getaway nothing too long. Overall with a few touch ups this room can be a great option for couples.

Michelle was a great host, very responsive and helpful. I'd be happy to recommend this place! The kitchen and bath are really spacious, the TV is easy to use, and the bed is comfy. Lots of extras for everything you might need. No complaints!

This was everything we thought it would be according to the pictures and write up. Great place for the grandkids to come and visit with us due to the proximity to the beach and the on-site pool and hot tubs. Host was responsive and everything went as expected. Would definitely stay there again.

I've stayed at Sandra's condo at the beach several times. I love the peacefulness of the space. The colors are relaxing and the location is very quiet. The parking space in the parking garage is super close to the condo which is really helpful. And there's a great view of Oceanside Harbor from the patio. The grounds are beautiful and well maintained. With lots of walking paths and easy access to the beach. The community is gated which gives a nice feel of safety. It's an easy walk to Mission Blvd where there are many shops and restaurants available. It's also an easy walk to the Harbor with many more restaurants, especially if you like seafood. I look forward to my next stay at Sandra's place!

Nick & Amy's place in Oceanside was wonderful! You can see and hear the ocean from the living room and the bedroom, and it was exactly what I was looking for. I booked the place an hour before check-in but the hosts were super quick to accept, and proactively send me welcome messages with instructions to enter the property. I appreciated the clear instructions for parking as well. The beach is just a few steps away and I felt safe waking at night in the neighborhood. Definitely recommend picking this place if you're in Oceanside! Thanks for a great stay, Nick & Amy!

We had the best time staying at Imran’s place in Oceanside. We were pleasantly surprised by the location and view as they were even better than we anticipated based on pictures and the description provided. Imran was super helpful and responsive. We can’t wait to return!

This particular unit is really wonderful, and the location amazing. Being able to see and hear the beach/waves is very important to me. The unit is well laid out, comfortable, and the wagon was very helpful unloading as it was quite a walk. My vehicle cannot fit in the garage it's too tall, so I parked in the open lot near security. Thankfully with construction security gave us permission to park and not have to move the truck every day. Security was absolutely amazing and very helpful! The beach is very easy to access. We did not use the pool, even though it said heated, it did not feel like it. Sadly, the hot tub was closed for renovations, which is my only negative experience as I rented this particular location for the hot tub and the beach access. It would have been nice to have been made aware ahead of time of the construction going on in the condo complex, for informational purposes. Courtney and staff were quick to answer any questions and very pleasant. Will rent here again.

Abraham was a great host. Excellent communication. The place was wonderful and just steps to the beach. We would definitely stay there again. We were told the place came with multiple boogie boards, there was only one there when we arrived. I messaged Abraham to let him know and within a couple hours he had delivered 2 more boogie boards for us. Very proactive and excellent! The resort area pools/hot tubs and other amenities were very nice also.

Rebecca is a wondeful host! The condo is super clean and made me feel right at home. The artsy environment gave off a calming vibe. restaurants, coffee shops and more all within a 10 minute walk. I can't wait to book my next stay here.

This place was absolutely perfect for me and my little family, perfect location was super quiet at night. Place was super clean had plenty of necessities for bathroom or bedroom area. Had working ac and heater which was handy because it was so cold at night so the heater kept us nice and cozy. There was a gas station right down the street as well as a few other places to eat for a quick bite. My kids slept easily here and made us all feel safe and at home. I would definitely recommend this area to anyone.

Our family has stayed here several times now! Christopher is a phenomenal host and this home is consistently our favorite place to stay. Great proximity to everything Cali has to offer and very prompt responses from host. Can’t wait for our next stay!

The house was clean and well-maintained, and the check-in process was smooth and hassle-free. Our dog had a great time playing in the backyard by the pool.

Our friend group stayed at the Comfy Cottage for the Long Beach Grand Prix and really enjoyed the place! The hosts were very proactive and helpful in giving us recommendations to avoid having to drive to the track each day. They were also extremely friendly and available throughout our stay for any questions. The home was very clean and has a well executed nautical theme! We enjoyed finding the various thematic Easter eggs in the decor throughout our stay! We didn't have any kids with us, but the home is well equipped for a group with kids (lots of toys and games, as well as baby gates). There is a parking space for the Airbnb in the alley - there are some tight turns to get there, so a sedan or small crossover would be the best option if you are bringing a car, but you could probably park a bigger vehicle on the street if needed. We would love to stay here again next time we are in Long Beach!

Daniel N Emily’s place was perfect for an Easter weekend reunion of our children and their young families. The house was clean, large enough to ensure nobody felt cramped for space and all of the assessors needed for the kitchen and bathrooms were available and in great shape. The communication before taking residence was personable and professional. The owners are very understanding and went out of their way to make sure everything was just right for our family and their three day visit. My wife and I would recommend this property if you have a large group and are looking for a safe and centralized location near everything you may wish to do in the Carlsbad area.
