My family of 9, including a 2, 4 and 86 year old, enjoyed a wonderful, relaxing week in Michael’s incredible villa. The comfort of the beds and linens were outstanding. It is such a spacious, well appointed property, right on the unbelievable beach. Kitchen well appointed, all the amenities you could ever require or think of. Helpful host. Easy to get groceries at the local stores. Didn’t have the A/C on once due to the cooling ocean breezes at night. If you are looking for a spacious amazing home to spend some quality time to truly connect with your family or friends in an amazing way, this is it!

It was a good stay, recommended for any one that wants to feel at home have privacy

This is a great location for a family, couples and friends. when you go in through the two car garage it's like you just drove into a private compound. Pool and sun exposure is excellent all day. Kitchen is a little rustic, but there is also a separate barbecue station with bar and bar stools- all downstairs. Upstairs there are Two ensuite bedrooms, with large walk in closets/bathroom combo. One Room has a king size bed and a pull out couch. The second bedroom has two fulll size beds. There is also a gorgeous Lanai upstairs where you can sit and see all of Cabo, as the sun goes down. My one caution is for people with young kids that don't swim - due to the easy accessibility to the pool. Plus Oscar is amazingly responsive, and will work with you on check in/out times. I would definitely rent this location again.

Our stay was great, the locations is walking distant to the beach and had a beautiful view and pool. We were traveling for a wedding at the Cape hotel and our stay was just as great and significantly more affordable. The space had everything we needed and we slept comfortably each night. Highly recommend this place for your travels to Cabo.

Our stay was absolutely perfect! Everything was brand new and impeccably clean, making it a truly comfortable experience. The host was incredibly flexible and accommodating, going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. A special thanks to Juan Carlos for providing such excellent service. As others have mentioned, this condo is even better than pictured! There are 3 huge bedrooms (2 with en-suite bathrooms), and 2 separate living rooms. It was perfect for myself and my 2 teens, because I work online and my kids need and like space. I would also stay here with a larger group, because there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have privacy. The home is stocked with everything one might need for a short or long-term stay. The views are incredible, and the pool is warm and clean. The location is great because it's away from town, in a quiet residential area. We walked and took Ubers into town, which cost a few dollars per ride. The host was very proactive, helpful, and accommodating. We will definitely rent this condo next time we're in San Jose. Totally worth it!
