Nos encantó nuestra estadía en este Airbnb en Alajuela, Costa Rica. Desde el primer momento nos sentimos muy bien recibidos. El lugar es cómodo, limpio y tiene todo lo necesario para una estancia agradable. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca del aeropuerto pero en una zona tranquila, ideal para descansar. Además, el anfitrión fue increíblemente amable y atento, siempre disponible para ayudarnos con cualquier duda o recomendación. Sin duda, volveríamos a hospedarnos aquí y lo recomendamos totalmente a otros viajeros.

Our stay at this incredible Airbnb was nothing short of magical. The house itself is absolutely stunning—beautifully designed, comfortable, and set right in the middle of a lush natural paradise. Every day felt like a nature documentary come to life! We were visited daily by curious monkeys, spotted majestic iguanas lounging nearby, and even saw scarlet macaws soaring through the trees. It was surreal. What made the experience even more special was the help and hospitality of Mariana, who went above and beyond to make sure we had an unforgettable trip. She provided fantastic tips on exploring the area and even arranged an experience we’ll never forget—a baby sea turtle release! Watching those tiny creatures make their way to the ocean was one of the most heartwarming and memorable moments of our lives. This place is a true hidden gem—perfect for nature lovers, adventure seekers, or anyone looking to disconnect and experience the wild beauty of Costa Rica.

Our stay with Erin and Peter was outstanding. Their place was beautiful ~ we spent almost every evening watching the sunsets from their back patio. We enjoyed the hot tub and we loved that it was removed from the hubbub of Atenas but close enough to walk and enjoy the friendly and quaint town. Erin and Peter were the best Airbnb hosts we’ve ever had… super friendly and accommodating. Just truly kind and good people. Erin is a massage therapist and if you’re interested, you should definitely get a massage with her as she’s very skilled! We look forward to staying with Erin and Peter the next time we visit beautiful Costa Rica.

This home is lovely; clean, fully stocked with essentials, and well decorated. The property is beautifully landscaped with a pool to refresh in and a hot tub to relax in after a long day of adventures. Tracy is very kind, great host.

I absolutely loved staying at John’s place! I cannot recommend it enough! The entire space was extremely clean and comfortable. I got amazing sleep because of how comfortable the beds and sheets (no joke!) were. We loved utilizing the pool and hot tub! John really thought of everything for this space! There are so many thoughtful amenities. It’s conveniently located and isn’t too far from the marina (excellent fishing), amazing restaurants, fun excursions, and supermarkets! I went to the supermarket several times and they had a great selection! We did river rafting and went to Antonio Manuel National Park (close by). There are some beautiful beaches in the area too. John was extremely easy to communicate with and quick to respond. This was my 21st country to visit and I’ve been to over 30 of the US states. I can confidently say this has been my favorite Airbnb I’ve ever stayed in. I am a travel agent as well and would not hesitate sending my clients here! Highly recommended!!

A absolute privilege to spend a few days here as a family. A gem of a house that felt immediately like a home. We loved the quirks and the passion for enjoyment. Top of our price range but to us it was worth every penny. Thank you Tucker.

We had an absolutely fantastic time staying at Jeffrey’s place. From start to finish, everything exceeded our expectations. The communication with Jeffrey was smooth and prompt. He gave us clear instructions and was very friendly. The space was clean and beautifully decorated, providing a cozy and welcoming atmosphere. The amenities provided were excellent ensuring that we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We enjoyed the pool and outdoor patio space. The location was perfect, very private, and we were also greeted by different birds everyday which made the stay even better. Overall, our experience was amazing and we completely recommend Jeffrey and his property. Thank you for letting us stay and we will definitely be back!

We loved our time at Casa Thai! The view and house are exactly as pictured. The pool was especially great for us with a baby and toddler since it was a whole very shallow section (also good for lounging and reading IN the pool). While we didn’t see other wildlife, there were so many amazing bird sighting and sounds. The indoor/outdoor shower experience was my favourite part of the place - stunning views and felt so luxurious. AC in the bedrooms worked great. Okay, yes, the driveway is very steep. But they had just maintained the road and it was totally fine. Once you do it once and get over the thrill of it, it was more fun than anything else. The 4X4 does all the work and doesn’t need an especially skilled driver. Not a reason not to book at all! The host is so responsive and helpful. As good as you can hope for in an Airbnb experience. WE LOVED THE QUINTA!!! We were 12 seniors and had an amazing time at this beautiful and comfortable property. Francisco was always very responsive and proactive and showed us the place in detail. Ana, the administrator, was so sweet and attentive to our needs and also cooked delicious meals for us. Douglas took care of the beautiful gardens and the pool. We enjoyed relaxing massages. The town is close by and has a good super market and restaurants. We had a lot of fun during our stay and loved the place. THANK YOU all of you for your wonderful hospitality!

Two words “ absolutely breathtaking”! I think that pretty much sums up this place. The Host and his team were all super helpful. The property is located on top of a Mountain with INCREDIBLE views. You get a full on view of the tail once the tide recedes. The place was extremely modern and clean. I absolutely loved every piece of decor throughout the villa. I would recommend this place over and over again, to everybody. One thing I would recommend, is that you take the hosts’ advice and stop at the Supermarket at the foot of the mountain before going up. It’s a good 20mins just to get back down for some water😂

Very spacious home! A beautiful kitchen and a great patio to have breakfast!! The home was very clean! Large bedrooms! Carolina was excellent ! She was always available and answered all questions! She even got groceries and had it ready before we got there! We had a personal chef ! We will definitely recommend!!! So quiet and great view!! We already miss the place!!

Villa la Forresta is a total gem. if you're looking for a quiet(er), private spot near Manuel Antonio this is the place for you. The house is beautiful, the landscaping is lush, the pool cool, and the wildlife comes to you. From the grand second floor balcony we saw capuchins, spider monkeys, macaws, butterflies and the ubiquitous lizards. The property features three cabins. We stayed in the large 3 bedroom house. It should be noted that the third bedroom is semi detached from the main house with a separate entrance and no attached bathroom. This is a plus or minus depending on your situation. Your host Silvia is wonderful and responsive. she was able to provide great suggestions for activities and helped to arrange transport for us north to Jaco. A/C in the bedrooms, WiFi, laundry, and a BBQ area next to the pool completes the amenities. We loved our experience and hope to come back again.

We stayed at Whit’s place for one week as two families with young children. The size of the home was very spacious for our group of 10 and the location of the home feels very private. The views from the hot tub, pool, master bedroom, and dining space are all absolutely phenomenal! Which the owner, Simone the concierge, Vlad the chef are all true gems. Simone helped us plan our entire trip by offering recommendations that look for activities and was always immediately responsive, including when we couldn’t find our shuttle driver at 6 AM!. Vlad the chef is friendly, punctual, creative, and allows for a gourmet experience at the house. Highest recommendation for this amazing villa!

Fue una estancia muy agradable! Andrea fue una muy buena Host! El lugar es muy acogedor y el jacuzzi es muy relajante. El lugar se encontraba muy limpio. Como observación, la cocina tiene una pequeña cocina eléctrica, cosa que no aparece en la lista, es pequeñita pero mi pareja y yo cocinamos 3 tiempos de comida ahí. Por si no desean salir del complejo hacia los restaurantes. El río y las cascadas son muy buenas también! Esperamos volver pronto.

La casa es exactamente como en las fotos y el lugar espectacular con una vista súper linda. Disfrutamos mucho del jacuzzi y la chimenea, María José fue súper atenta en todo momento, recomiendo mucho su hospedaje🙌🏽

Un lugar precioso apra apsar tranquilo, recomendaria llevar comida y bebida ya que el lugar esta equipado y es muy precioso como para salir tiene la vibra de comida casera, pero tambien el anfitrion da recomendaciones de restaurantes
