I loved Al’s river house. It was a comfy , friendly space. Great for hanging and visiting with friends. The slough is rich with color . The light is wonderful and ever changing. Really not far from delta restaurants and activities. Great bird watching and otters too! The delta is so cool!

The place was beautiful! My family really enjoyed their stay. I would definitely recommend to friends and family!!

The home was very clean and comfortable. The outdoor area is very nice. Nhi was very accomodating and very good to work with. It was very private and we felt very safe. Easy drive to restaurants and shopping. We will stay here again when in the area.

What a great location and really nice and clean home in Modesto! The hots were super responsive, kind, helpful and friendly. The location of the home is safe, with empty fields on three sides, a fenced in yard, and great locks on all the entryways. It is on a busy residential street but it was very quiet at night. The bed was comfortable, the washer and dryer were such a benefit go have, the kitchen had lots of condiments, spices and other extras, and the bathroom was spotless along with everything else in the house. We highly recommend this Airbnb and host.

Great place to stay with lots nearby!

There was a group of us going to a wedding in Lodi. The house was super central for where we needed to be and great for a group. John was very responsive as well.

My family and I had a wonderful short stay. The host was responsive and helpful, and the home was beautifully maintained. We would be happy to stay here again.

Fantastic stay! Very clean and cozy. Excellent lighting both inside and outside. Nice fenced backyard for the dog. Great that it had off street parking. With 3 people it was wonderful to have 2 full bathrooms and 3 beds. Pictures described the home perfectly. Quick communications. Much thanks for having my 19 year old kitty, Josie stay. Would definitely like to stay again for future trips in the area.

We had a great stay! The apartment has everything you need! Debbie is very kind attentive and responsive! We will stay again. Apartment is very clean and cozy. Air conditioner and works really well. Plenty of hot water and very comfortable bed.

This stay had such a homey feel in all the right ways. There were a lot of little amenities that were super nice little touches, like popcorn next to the TV, s'mores ingredients, and dog bed provided. It was such an amazing stay with obvious care and personal touches

We had a wonderful stay here. Lovely neighbourhood, close to shops and local park. House was spacious and the pool was a winner with the kids.

I was here for almost 2 months and I really enjoyed my time in Tracy. Everything and I mean is near here within just a couple of miles. The place was perfect for me. Laundry, exercise facility and game room, charging for my vehicle, security gate and friendly staff and guests. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

This house was amazing better then expected felt right at home with my family house was exactly like described and welcoming clean kitchen well stocked as well did not need to buy pans or pots to cook the fridge and stove microve supper clean as well the pool was clean as well kiddos enjoyed it the host was amazing responded very quickly to our questions very nice respectful host totally recommend anyone that needs a place to stay this is a beautiful home safe and comfortable relaxing home this is the home

We had a fantastic stay! The home was perfect for our family — clean, spacious, and thoughtfully equipped. The high chair and pack-n-play were perfect for our 6-month-old, which made traveling with a baby so much easier. Our 7 and 3-year-old nephews loved the pool and game room — the variety of games kept them happily entertained throughout our stay. The kitchen and bathrooms were beautifully updated and had everything we needed for a comfortable, family-friendly experience. We also really appreciated the desk setup in one of the rooms, which made it easy to get work done during the trip. The host was super responsive and helpful from start to finish, which made everything even smoother. And I really appreciated how simple the checkout process was — all we had to do was lock the doors, which made leaving stress-free. Highly recommend this home for families — it had everything we needed and more!

Nice and clean house!

Had a great 6 week stay! Mary and David were fantastic hosts. The property is beautiful and was a great place for me to unwind after work and relax. It feels like coming home to a Tuscan vineyard. The bed was comfy, kitchen had everything I needed, and the location is great for commuters and close to restaurants and shopping. I will be back!

We stayed over Christmas while visiting family in town. The location was perfect as it was what was once the rural/country side of Tracy but everything over the years has built up towards this area. You still have the rural country peaceful feel because of the way the properties were developed many years ago with the quick and easy access to everything for shopping and restaurants. It was a perfect location. Private no hassle entrance. Todd is fast to respond and quickly available. This is a 2 bedroom casita with total access without disturbing the main house. Perfect set up. I highly recommend! Kitchen is fully stocked with everything you need if you plan on cooking while there. Many places dont have everything you need. We enjoyed our stay very much.

Our group of 6 had a nice stay at Angela’s place for our 3 night stay. The place was comfortable and accommodated all our needs. Angela checked in with us regularly to see if there was anything we needed which was appreciated. If you’re looking for a convenient place in Modesto this is it.

We stayed with my family of 6 and there was plenty of room for everyone. Beds were comfortable and we all slept well. We got locked out the first night and Jesse responded right away and got us in. There were no issues and we would stay again!

The Airbnb was great. It was very clean. Had a nice small, fenced backyard for dogs. Had all the necessary household kitchen items. The host was responsive via email. Check-in was easy. Overall, it was a nice stay.
