Michael greeted us on arrival and was extremely welcoming and took time to show us around his beautiful home. This was a family holiday with 6 adults and the ample space both inside and out worked perfectly for us all, we felt at home and relaxed. The whole house is extremely luxuriously and well equipped, we used the BBQ and the pizza oven both of which worked perfectly. Michael was always available to help with any questions we had and the location is perfect for day trips to Firenze, Siena etc. We enjoyed a wonderful week and would thoroughly recommend Michael’s home.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questa casa. La sistemazione era perfetta: pulita, ben arredata e dotata di tutti i comfort necessari per un soggiorno rilassante. La posizione era tranquilla ma comunque ben collegata con i principali punti di interesse della città. Il proprietario è stato disponibile e cortese, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le nostre domande e rendendosi sempre disponibile per qualsiasi esigenza. L'accoglienza è stata calda e professionale, il che ha reso il nostro soggiorno ancora più piacevole. Consigliamo vivamente questa casa a chiunque stia cercando un posto confortevole. We reached the destination and immediately felt like being at home. Such a nice country-house, quiet surroundings and a most gorgeous and large pool. Easily one of my favorite places in Italy! It is a traditional and very beautiful vila! Lovely surrondings, clean house, lots of room for everybody! The vila had everything you would need to feel like home! We had the best time staying in Antonio`s place and I would highly recommend it!

This was the perfect place for our family! We have some roots in Italy so we travel there often, but are always looks for new and interesting places to stay and experiences! Highly recommend!

This place is stunning. It’s a picture postcard Tuscan home. Beautiful views, peaceful and calm, everything inside that you need and want. It would be tricky to find, but Donatello meets you to ensure you don’t get lost! Me and my family were so happy here. The children loved playing in the garden, especially with the box of toys we were shown when we arrived. We only wished we had stayed longer.

Simply incredible premise in a completely private hill side. Everything is perfect, we felt home and relaxed, the design of the house is wonderful and functional, with stunning view of the mountains and olive groves/multiple fruit trees. We enjoyed the place every second. Renza, Mauro are the best host, generous and kind, thank God for the encounter and the journey. Also thanks to the two lovely cats 🐈 🐈‍⬛ Misha&Luna. Hele prettige Airbnb en fijne host! We hadden oorspronkelijk een andere woning van Brittany geboekt, maar door omstandigheden was die niet beschikbaar. Gelukkig kwam Brittany direct met een goede alternatieve oplossing, heel fijn. Ze had ook goede tips voor de omgeving. De woning zelf was erg comfortabel.

Fantastische Lage, die Dachterasse mit 360°-Panorama-Blick ist wirklich atemberaubend. Die Wohnung ist mit vielen liebevollen Details dekoriert und wirklich etwas Besonderes (allerdings nichts für Menschen, die mit Treppen nicht zurecht kommen). Im obersten Stock kann man sowohl draußen als auch drinnen sitzen und hat einen phänomenalen Rundumblick über Florenz. Einziges kleines Manko: Die Küchenschränke könnten mal wieder geleert werden, da haben die Vorbesucher ein paar Reste hinterlassen. Ansonsten aber wirklich eine Superwahl, Federico kümmert sich fantastisch, antwortet schnell und ist sehr hilfsbereit und flexibel.

We hebben een fijn verblijf gehad. Het uitzicht was echt prachtig en Chiara was zeer vriendelijk, behulpzaam en gastvrij. De kinderen konden heerlijk spelen in de mooie ruime tuin.

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Amazing find in Florence. The place feels like an authentic Italian home. There is plenty of room for a big family to sprawl out and enjoy themselves. The kitchen is well equipped and has everything you could need if you wanted to cook or at least make your morning coffee. The host was fantastic and very responsive, even helping us arrange for a cab at 4:00am the next day to the airport. Location wise, you can't find a better spot for your time in Florence. You are near all of the attractions, shopping, and have plenty of great food options close by. Everything that isn't close by, is a simple 10 minute walk in any direction. The location makes exploring the city that much easier and enjoyable. I would stay again during my next visit to Florence.

We have stayed in two of Francesco’s apartments and they were both wonderful! Very quiet, felt safe (locked doors and lots of security cameras), powerful AC, very spacious and private. We will only stay in his apartments when we visit Florence!

Me and my wife stayed there for 9 days. That was a great time and right decision not to stay in Florence. It is easy to get to the city but also you can sit and relax on a huge balcony enjoying the view of Florence. The apartment itself is huge and beautiful - living room, sun room and a balcony. Cannot thank Lapo enough for all the help he did for us. We had an issue with a local business (completely our fault) and he did everything and even more to solve the problem. We felt like his family members and it was our home during all our stay. Did not have any issues or noise or anything - cannot complain. Having a private parking is a big plus and convenience. We will definitely stay at the apartment again when we are in Florence.

Luca’s units are a family fave. In fact it is our 3rd time staying with him and always, we have a wonderful experience. His interiors, furnitures and the design are always premium. The unit is very very centrally located. You can’t beat his apartment locations always. And we know being our 3rd time with him. The apartments are very private and secure. And he has always been responsive and always gives good restaurant suggestions, This stay, he went the extra mile with a specific request that I had and this was sincerely and greatly appreciated. For sure, there will be a 4th time back in this lovely city of Firenze and definitely in Luca’s apartments.

There is such a deep feeling of authenticity to the place; at all times I knew I was in Italy and that made the stay so much more meaningful. And I can’t say enough about Tomasso. I met so many amazing and welcoming people in Italy… but Tomasso is my absolute favourite of everyone. So friendly, so warm and charming. He truly embodied the spirit of his incredible country.

La maison est vraiment magnifique et spacieuse dans un environnement paisible, le jardin est superbe et la vue exceptionnelle. Elle est idéalement située pour pour visiter les villes et villages de Toscane. Alec et Cristina sont charmants, ils nous ont accueillis avec un apéritif généreux (fromages, gateaux, chocolats, fruits et vin). Ils ont été très réactifs pour répondre à nos demandes. Nous avons passé un séjour parfait en famille

Our stay at this beautiful Tuscany villa was truly unforgettable. The home perfectly blends charming, traditional Tuscan character with all the modern amenities we could possibly need. From the moment we arrived, we were enchanted by the authentic details — rustic beams, stone walls, and stunning countryside views — all while enjoying updated comforts like a fully equipped kitchen, high-speed internet, and luxurious bathrooms. It was the perfect balance of old-world charm and contemporary convenience. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to experience the magic of Tuscany. Highly recommend!

Beatrice was a wonderful host and accommodating of our needs traveling with a two year old. She was very responsive and gave amazing recommendations for places to eat and visit. The location is stunning - even more beautiful than the pictures! Every direction you look has rolling vineyards. We opted to have them cook a special birthday meal one of the nights, and it was delicious. The only small downside is there isn’t a common area to spend time in besides the kitchen (just the layout of the house). We loved it and hope to come back some day!

Had a lovely week at the villa. Amazing place and beautiful views! Florence a short drive away, but we also enjoyed walking about 35 minutes to Fiesole for restaurants and views.

We waren 6 dagen bij Marco/ Christina. het was een geweldige ervaring. de ligging is rustig maar de treinstation is binnen 5 minuten met de auto bereikbaar. alles was super schoon en zoals omschreven. Goede bedden en alles opgeruimd. Top tuin voor de kids. En nu het belangrijkste: onze gastvrouw Christina! ze heeft onze vakantie echt tot een super vakantie gemaakt. Wat een topper, hartelijk, behulpzaam, heel veel goede tipps, altijd bereikbaar en steeds in contact met ons of we iets nodig hebben en alles is zoals we willen. Ze kwamen ons zelfs helpen de steenoven klaar te maken en de man van Christina heeft ons laten zien hoe je de beste pizza maakt! Er staat een bbq klaar en er is een aparte wasruimte en de badkamer is top in orde en de keuken prima ingericht. Ze doet dat echt met heel veel hart en passie. ze is super flexibel wat aankomst en vertrek betreft. De kids wilden niet meer weg daar. Gewoon een 5 sterren plus recensie. We gaan zeker nog een keer terug! We loved it

Das Haus ist wunderschön, super gut eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Der Pool ist gross, der Außenbereich richtig schön und gemütlich. Ist alles da, was man braucht. Gastgeber Marco ist sehr zuverlässig, super freundlich und der Pizzaabend mit ihm war ein besonderes Highlight. Seine Tipps für Ausflüge waren ebenfalls sehr hilfreich. Wir haben eine wunderbare und äusderdt erholsame Woche verbracht.

Wirklich tolle Unterkunft in Montespertoli. Alles wie auf den Bildern zu sehen - super gemütliches aber trotzdem grosszügigrs Haus mit einer super Ausstattung. Mega Garten mit einem super schönen Pool mit Blick über die hügelige Toskana Landschaft. Wir waren zu 5 mit 2 Hunden und haben die Tage sehr genossen. Die im Nebenhaus wohnende Haushälterin ist super und hatte immer ein offenes Ohr für alles. Sehr schöne Umgebung - ideal um die Toskana intensiv zu erleben.
