Great space for a family with older kids. Many amenities within walking distance, and all of SF easily accessible by taxi/rideshare. Quiet street, with no problems with noise at night. I would happily stay here again.

Stephen und James waren fantastische Gastgeber! Das Airbnb liegt perfekt zwischen Castro und Noe Valley – eine wunderschöne, ruhige und sichere Gegend mit tollen Cafés und Restaurants in Laufnähe. Die Unterkunft war top ausgestattet, sehr sauber und toll eingerichtet. Der Parkplatz vor der Garage ist gold wert und die Fahrräder konnten wir sicher innen in der Garage abstellen. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die unglaubliche Aufmerksamkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber – sie haben unseren Aufenthalt rundum angenehm gestaltet und waren jederzeit erreichbar, wenn wir Fragen hatten. Man spürt, dass ihnen das Wohl ihrer Gäste wirklich am Herzen liegt. Wir haben uns sofort wie zuhause gefühlt und würden jederzeit wiederkommen. Absolute Empfehlung!

Estancia muy agradable, la zona es muy tranquila, la casa igual como se muestra en las imagenes, limpia, ordenada y con gran espacio, definitivamente volvería. La atención de los anfitriones super atenta y rápida.

We enjoyed our 3-night stay at Jason’s spot. I didn’t end up bringing my dog, but it was so nice to have that option as pet-friendly Airbnbs in and around the city seem to be tough to come by. Fantastic location between SFO airport and the city - it was perfect for our needs. Jason’s entertainment room is such a good setup - we spent several hours on the couch watching HBO on the giant TV. :) It was also so convenient to get to do a load of laundry during our stay. Jason’s place has it all and he is an attentive host. Would definitely book again!

We loved our stay here, it was so cozy and we felt right at home. For our first time staying at an airbnb it was amazing! Smooth check in process and smooth checking out. Would definitely stay here again.

Awesome bungalow in a great location for both local exploration and visits to SF. We really enjoyed our time here and it's a really great launching point for getting out and exploring the Bay Area!

This was one of my favourite spots I’ve stayed in San Francisco and surpassed expectations massively. The house is spacious, exceedingly comfortable for three coworkers (each having their own room), and garnished with truly incredible views. Decor was quirky and stylish and the kitchen was perfectly equipped and delightful to hang out in. Loved the beautiful tree arching the entryway and the wisteria out on the deck at the back. Some points I don’t think covered in the description but certainly worth pulling out: the shower pressure is excellent; there is an extra bathroom with just a loo and sink downstairs (so three bathrooms total, two with showers); the beds are really comfortable; The muni stop is about 10 steps from the front door and the street is super quiet. Drew was also perfectly attentive and responsive while also leaving us to do our thing. This property is great. Full recommend for anyone from a family, to work travel, to friends / couples travelling together

Fantastic location and hosts. Beautiful setting and close to amenities. It was a perfect spot to spend the holidays for our family of four.

We were a family of 5 and we felt at home as soon as we entered the cottage. It was very well appointed and comfortable. The kitchen had everything we could ask for during our 10 days there. The surrounding property is a true paradise. Can't find other words to describe it. The hosts - Kristen and Athena, were extremely friendly and helpful. We found nice hiking trails nearby (the panoramic views over the Bay are priceless), as well as good restaurants in charming Tiburon. We will definitely come back.

Beautiful house with a spectacular view! Watch the sunset and fall asleep to the gentle sound of the ocean. Incredible hiking / running just out the front door. Kids (aged 10-15) loved the glamping tent! Wonderful hosts did everything possible to make our stay perfect.

Nelson’s place was very nice, and was one of few places available with a pool, in a reasonable and competitive price range. Although they were dated and showing some wear, the furnishings were comfortable, and the space was adequately equipped to prepare and serve meals. The location was convenient, felt safe and offered great views. We enjoyed our time here and felt that the price fairly represented the space, reasonable, comfortable, safe, and fun.

We loved staying here! Beautiful and comfortable art-filled home (also with amazing books). Jim was responsive and extremely helpful. The neighborhood is amazing, and very walkable (and hilly!). My one small suggestion for light sleepers would be to bring earplugs, as the smaller bedroom faces the street so there is some traffic noise. Not a big deal if you are used to city noise. We’d definitely stay here again. Thank you Jim!

Miriam was the best host I’ve dealt with. The place is beautiful and in a very nice and safe area. Everything was spotless in the house when we got there. It was a very short walk to a really nice cafe. She was also very accommodating of all of our requests. Parking is a breeze. I can’t say enough good things!

The view was amazing, the cottage was simple and full of an amazing book collection! The gardens are spectacular. We absolutely loved it

Perfect spot for a long weekend stay! Comfortable with lots of natural light. A welcoming space for kids and dogs - especially appreciate the securely fenced yard. Looked exactly like the photos, and every amenity was as described.

We had a great time, Hilary was very welcoming of us and our dogs, and everything was accurately described. Hilary was also very accommodating as we needed to have a package delivered during our stay, which she helped us with. Great communication throughout!

I had a great stay. The place is very well equipped. From the bathrooms, to the kitchen, to the bedrooms. There was even an adjustable standing desk and external screen available which was felt like a bonus on discovery. The neighbourhood is quiet and seemed safe. The house sits on quite an incline which can be tricky to manoeuvre large wheeled bags on the road. Mehul and his family were very welcoming and very mindful of my privacy. Occasional noice leakage on both sides, but with good communication it was never an issue. The place is very well designed for pets. The pet door was a huge convenience for me. The garden was also quite beautiful during my stay in Spring. The hammock at the bottom was a delight. I was a little anxious about the artificial grass at the bottom of the garden, but my cat did seem to like it and I got used it. Overall a great stay. Hope to return someday.

Had an awesome time. It was perfect for what I needed. The hosts were always there if you had questions. I loved the area. The hikes near by, the shopping in Albany, the awesome organic grocery stores to choose from, Sprouts, Berkeley Bowl, Andronicos. The unit itself felt bigger than it was due to the layout. Great hot water pressure, awesome and big shower. It’s basement studio so was a bit cold, but with space heaters it was fine. Awesome kitchen to cook real meals in. Cute little things left for new guests. Private backyard of your own. Laundry too if you need it. Would most definitely stay here again.
