As a group of 6 we really enjoyed this house. Spacious outdoor space and really comfy beds. One parking space on the drive and plenty of free parking available on the road. I would recommend this place for a relaxed getaway overlooking the ocean.

This was one of the cleanest and nicest Airbnbs I've stayed at. Everything was new, thoughtfully provided, and high-quality, from the soaps to the bedding and towels to the sweet welcome gift and still/sparkling water that were there when we arrived. The views of the Pacific were amazing (it's literally right outside your door), Daryl was very responsive, everything was easy to use and find, we never had trouble finding parking, and there were no checkout instructions other than to put trash in the trash bins, which was really refreshing. I wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

As a family of 4 with 2 adolescent kids, we couldn't have been more pleased with our 3 days stay. Jim, the house manager who lives downstairs, played a big part in that. He was very helpful and friendly to everyone. The location is absolutely perfect for anyone wanting to stay in the Sunset district. Public transportation very near, good food and coffee, easy access to the beach... We felt like most of the issues mentioned in previous comments had been addressed, except perhaps the door codes. The shower is new and pleasant. The apartment is very convenient, the beds are confortable and the house has a lot of character. For the price, this is a gem and an experience you won't forget thanks to Jim!

Second time staying here! Incredible location and beautiful views, steep but short hike up to the place may be challenging for people who are not mobile enough, but highly recommend. Check out the bakery right down the street, fantastic food and vibes. The host has been super helpful and chill as well including providing me and wife with last minute bag storage. Whole town is great, recommend highly

Location, location, location. Ghirardelli square was the perfect location to base our SF vacation. We walked to everywhere and it was super close to the cable car station. The Fairmont is a first class hotel and the staff there was amazing. Free Ghirardelli chocolate squares by the way. The place was amazing and just how it is described. The hosts were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

This is a very well located property within walking distance of the beach, multiple coffee shops, and spectacular parks. We were able to go on multiple hikes on the Lands End Trail and rent an e-bike to cruise through Golden Gate Park. There aren’t a ton of restaurants immediately around the property but you don’t have to walk more than 20 mins to get to some good options. The property itself was comfortable. Loved being able to sleep with the windows open in the middle of the summer and the patio out back was nice in the evenings. My only “complaints” (if you can call them that) are that the showers are a little cramped (probably not unusual in urban SF), and the place is noisier than I’m used to at night being on a corner lot (nothing that ear plugs and white noise didn’t drown out). All in all, great value and location.

We had a fantastic stay at James' place! From the moment we arrived, we felt right at home. James was a great host, giving us our privacy while always being available to help with any questions. The house was clean and well-maintained, making our stay even more enjoyable. The private backyard was perfect for our two dogs, allowing them to play freely while we relaxed. The location was perfect, and being so close to Fort Funston and Ocean Beach was a huge bonus for dog owners like us. We highly recommend this place for a wonderful getaway.

This is my second time at Henrick’s place and I can’t stress enough how great my experience has been in both times. Not only the apartment itself is great but the peaceful location and the beautiful surrounding adds much more value for anyone who is looking for gate away from the city. It is also very walkable to nearby attractions in Emeryville like the public market and Bay st for great food and shopping spots. And lastly throughout my whole stay Henrick was very communicative and professional making sure my stay was pleasant. I would definitely recommend it and would consider coming back again!!

I had a wonderful time on this adorable little houseboat, and I was always entertained when hanging around the place because of the floatplanes coming and going and the expansive view of the bay.

Great place - really not that far from central SFO (25 mins in a car when it’s not rush hour). Totally worth the travel for for the view and space.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy cliffside home! It was the perfect blend of romance, relaxation, and productivity. The space was peaceful and beautifully tucked away near nature trails, which made it easy for us to take morning hikes together and enjoy the fresh coastal air. The in-room sauna was such a treat after a day spent exploring, and the setup was ideal for us to cowork during the day — the office with a pull-out bed gave us flexibility and a quiet spot to focus. Evenings were spent unwinding together with beautiful views and a truly calming atmosphere. The location was fantastic: close enough to easily access San Francisco, but far enough to feel like a peaceful retreat. Our hosts were very quiet and respectful, which made the entire stay feel even more comfortable. Highly recommend this home for couples looking for a mix of romance, nature, and a great work-from-home setup!

We enjoyed Heather’s bnb so very much, we plan on staying there every time we come to the Bay Area. Clean, quiet, comfortable bed, well provisioned kitchen, lovely and lush green patio. It may be that we stayed on a special holiday, Thanksgiving, but Heather made us a plate of fantastic chocolate chip cookies! Who could ask for more? Thank you, we loved it!

The place is comfortable, cozy, clean, and has beautiful views of the ocean. Robert was very responsive and allowed us to book on 24 hours notice after another rental cancelled on us at the last minute, which we appreciated.

This little space is just something. It has inspired the artist in me to paint, draw and let myself get lost in the views :) Combined with the magic of Sausalito, this was certainly a special experience. The place is perfect for one or two people to stay in. The studio has everything you need for a comfortable and welcoming stay. The views from the windows and patio are the biggest highlight - you will not be disappointed. I also appreciate how great a host Nina has been - super responsive, and so supportive. I hope to come back and stay here again soon.

The accommodation was lovely, great views of the beach and very peaceful. The host was very nice, they also furnished the kitchen with lots of treats and even a bottle of wine which we thought was a really nice touch! Overall it was very homey and had everything one might need for a small weekend getaway. I would highly recommend it!

Zachary’s lovely houseboat was the perfect location for our San Francisco trip. Easy access to the city and to the redwoods allowed spontaneous fun and waking up to the beautiful light reflections from the bay, sweet. A memorable experience for sure.
