Relax at this tranquil getaway across the street from Ocean Beach, perfect for epic sunsets. The freshly reno'd in-law apartment on the ground floor is all yours. I live on the second floor, and there's one other neighbor on the third. Walk to Golden Gate Park. This is a brilliant getaway for advanced surfers; you step right off the beach into our yard. It's convenient to go out downtown, and it's safe and quiet when you come home. Easy Muni access, free street parking, and laundry in the house.

The gravel frontage road leading from State Route 1 to the Beach Cottage was once part of the narrow gauge railroad that took vacationers, farm animals and lumber up and down the coast from 1871 to 1930.
