Had an enjoyable stay at Tessie's place. The apartment is located just a stone's throw away from The Westin Hotel and Residences Manila and Shangri-la EDSA Hotel. Both 5 star luxury hotels located in premier city addresses all over the world.

Irenes Place is perfectly situated just across a massive mall that offers anything one could ask for. It’s very close to all the business in Alabang. I stayed at the place for 1 month and have not gotten any bored, views are amazing and it’s fancy design makes for a amazing stay. The condo offers anything you need for a daily life and if anything, I found Irene is super responsive and able to give great tips. 10/10 would recommend and very likely I will be back.

Sustain: - great communication with hosts - optional parking space close to elevator - inviting and attentive reception staff - incredible helper provided for check in - 5 star location and property is very tidy - pool is serviced daily - instructions for laundry are clear and unit works great - beds are restful and clean, smell great - bathrooms are well maintained and clean - air conditioner in rooms work well - silverware and cooking set provided is good - competitively priced for location - overall 4.5 / 5 stars! improve: - listing instructions are clear but I suggest directional bearings (N, S, E, W) - address provided for listing is incorrect and taking Grab or a taxi will send you behind the building entrance. - air conditioner in common area is quite chilly even set to higher temperatures. - main door to balcony has a pinch point flaw with locking mechanism, suggest to service door or update instructions to tilt handle upwards before engaging lock.

Monariz was a wonderful host, The place was clean and had all the amenities that I needed, felt right at home. The Front desk Security was friendly and active 24/7 no matter what time I returned to residence. The residence was In a convenient location and many restaurants and markets were in walkable distance, I enjoyed going to the park right up the block for my morning runs. would definitely recommend the place if you're looking for something that's convenient to the surrounding manila area!

Awesome place close to pretty much anything, malls, restaurants... Host is super helpfully and accommodating. Spacious rooms, clean, 2 bathrooms...perfect for group of 4. And for those who can live without Aircon, there’s one in each room. Would go back anytime.

We had a wonderful stay at this Star Wars-themed Airbnb! The room was creatively decorated and full of little details that made it magical for the kids. They especially loved playing on the Nintendo Switch and watching movies on the projector. It was a cozy, fun, and memorable experience — perfect for families. Highly recommend!

good location, a good walk to all prime spots in the area, host is very responsive, sent very clear instructions prior to check in, concierge and security were pleasant.

This was our first time having a host personally accompany us to the room, explaining all the facilities and the dos and don’ts. The host even gave us a tour of the unit and showed us how everything works. He is very responsive, flexible, and accommodating, even with our super late check-in time. The place truly felt like home—everything you need is there. The location is very accessible, and the host even suggested nearby night markets, which added to the experience. The building is also very safe—you need to tap the access card to enter, exit, and even go to your designated floor. The high-tech features added to the convenience. Highly recommended!

when we arrived at Jun's place after being stuck in China for 24 hours we felt straight at home... the place is really homey. it's like a home away from home. everything you need... it's all there. the place is near everything and everywhere... just across the street is the edsa shangri-la mall and a few more steps away is the megamall. there's a live band and food stalls that starts from Friday till Sunday and lots of different restaurants and shops near too. when you get inside the condo you are greeted by a smiling security guard and friendly receptionist that would greet you anytime of the day. also, they now have a rif card so it makes you feel more secured than before. Joanne is also really friendly and easy to contact... we came home late one night and when we get to the door... the key broke and luckily Joanne is there to the rescue. she managed to send us a duplicate key ASAP... thank God for lalamove. we had the key copied the next day and left it with the other keys.

We had a good experience during our stay. Unit is the same as described. However, the lighting in the bathroom is darker than what we are accustomed. Checkin is smooth. One improvement that the unit needs is better internet connection. We get intermittent connection that we mostly used out mobile data instead

We had a problem with our initial booking at another place. Thankfully, Eds was willing to accommodate us even an hour before check in. Eds was very proactive with our stay. Always a text away should we have any problem with the place (very minimal, btw). Place has a home-y feel. Very relaxing. Location is also very convenient as it is near restaurants and a grocery store next door. We had a wonderful time (my dog, especially). Will definitely be back soon!

5/5, clean space, perfect for chilling, spacious even with 4 people. We accidentally locked the cr door from the outside but found out it has no key 😭. We got stressed a bit but glad that the owner was easy to reach and gave us instruction on how to unlock it.

Ms Anne was so responsive from when I was still inquiring about her place until check out. She gave detailed instructions that you don’t need to ask a lot of questions anymore. Her staff, Sir June, helped us with checking in and out, which makes it more convenient and helpful, especially when you’re not familiar with the place. The place was so accessible and is just a walking distance to MOA and SMX. We felt really at home during our stay. Overall, it was a great experience!

Stayed at Vince’s place for the duration of the Manila Live tournament. It was exactly as describe, very close to the train station and handy mall downstairs. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed, Vince was very responsive with every request, nothing was too much of an ask. Will most definitely stay here again

Host Mera was very responsive and accommodating to our concerns. The unit is cozy, clean and inviting. It has kitchen tools and utensils if you want home-cooked meals. The building has enough amenities such as landscaped gardens and outdoor pools if you want to stay within the premises. The place is near malls and other activities within the EDSA Guadalupe area. My partner and I enjoyed our stay. Highly recommended place and we'll be booking this again in the future.

sobrang comfy magstay sa place na to and sobrang bait ni ate Leyn . ang bilis din nya magresponse kapag nagtanong ka sa kanya and kinakamusta nya pa yung mga nagcheccheck in kung okay ba 😊 and ang lapit lang ng place sa mga pwedeng puntahan na pasyalan . and dami rin store hindi mahihirapan mamili ng food , also meron din honesty store sa unit and may pafree pa . super recommended , sure na babalikan namin kapag need namin ng place to stay .

A fantastic place as a Manila base. Spacious and clean with easy access to a swimming pool and great restaurants around. A pretty high end and secure neighbourhood. I enjoyed my stay very much.

Ms. Rosary is very kind host. She quickly sent assistance during our stay at her unit when we have concern. Also her housekeeping personal, Ms. Maricris is very approachable. The unit is clean and we enjoy our stay.

We had a wonderful time at Rachelle's place! The location was perfect, with a wide variety of restaurants and shops just steps away. The room was exceptionally clean and had a lovely, fresh scent. Rachelle was a truly responsive and helpful Host as she provided clear instructions for our checking in and out. We'll definitely be booking again in the future.
