Beautiful mountain side getaway Glamping experience with as many or little amenities as you’d like to have. Highly recommend and we’ll definitely be back.

We rented two sites side by side for three families and everyone had an absolute blast. The novice campers were happy for the luxurious beds and the seasoned campers had fun sleeping in the adventurous tensile air-tents. The site was super well stocked - salt, sugar, water, a bathroom caddy, pots, pans, grill, plates etc. (even board games). It was so easy to make coffee in the morning or grill a nice fish at nice. We had such a wonderful time that we're already planning a return trip. The woods are beautiful and there are great hiking trails nearby.

Shantel was an amazing host and answered all the questions I had before booking. Now to talk about this wonderful camp site. This place is an absolute gem it’s unlike any of the other camp site as it is very private and you have your own space to relax and unwind. This was my second time staying here and I would totally come back for another stay. The site was very well taken care of and had everything we needed to have an amazing weekend. 10/10 recommend it to anyone that wants to make memorable fun camping trip!

This was my 2nd time spending NYE eve at the ranch… 2 years ago the weather was pretty inclement, so I opted for the slightly larger tent @ site #11. It was absolutely perfect… plenty of room to move around at a secluded corner on the property. I didn’t build a fire, but there was a small pit along with a picnic table and some lounge chairs to watch the sunset (which was stunning). The bed was extremely comfortable and fitted with cozy flannel sheets and an enormous, fluffy duvet. Complete luxury! My dog & I thoroughly enjoyed the peace & quiet. We could hear fireworks in the valley down below, but it wasn’t horribly loud and my dog, Bodhi, didn’t react at all. I’m hoping to make this an annual tradition. Thank you so much for letting us stay on your property.

I had such a great experience with my host. The Winnie was unique, comfortable and adorable! Alicya went above and beyond for my stay making it a magical experience. I will definitely recommend and stay again!

Second time we rented Rosie for my elderly mother visiting from Boston. Everything about Rosie and Victoria is top notch from start to finish and mom is over the moon happy with the stay! Beautiful trailer in a beautiful setting A++++ Recommended

This place is magical! The interior is beautifully and thoughtfully designed, and you could spend hours just looking at all the stunning artwork. Outside it is so serene - for most of my stay all I heard was coyotes, and at night there is nothing but stars. The outdoor tub was so fun to be in, just soaking and staring at the stars above. The grounds are fun to wander around, and the Jacumba Hot Springs Hotel is just a couple blocks away - great bar and restaurant. Make sure you find the hot springs fed lake where there is a secret soaking spot. It was a peaceful and rejuvenating stay, and I would definitely go back. There is something unique about this place that will fill your soul. Thank you Graham, Noir, and Robert.

Patricia and Stephen were great hosts, very friendly and responsive. They were flexible with check in time and gave great restaurant recommendations. Although an older model RV, it was in great condition, very clean and well equipped with "creature comforts" and plenty of room. The heater and hot water worked great on a cool February night. The vistas were wonderful. As other guests have commented, Patricia prepared an awesome fresh breakfast with fresh squeezed OJ, which is certainly not the norm with typical AirBnb accommodations! We had to depart early and she easily accommodated our travel schedule. This was a fun alternative to most typical AirBnb stays. Although it was just a one night stay, it was very enjoyable! It was so amazing that I had already booked a trip back before I left. I specifically booked this trip for my leash reactive dog to have a nice getaway. It was so amazing for us both to relax in peace. She enjoyed the empty private trails and I enjoyed watching her love life outside. We both enjoyed the reading bed and can’t wait to go back. The onsite hosts were so amazing to us and provided an extra fan because it was unseasonably warm the day that we went. I hope to make this trip a few times a year because of the peace and calm it brought with it. Thank you for everything! The cookies upon arrival were delicious! This place is perfect for anyone wanting to escape it all.

My wife and I loved!!! our stay, my wife says it’s the first Airbnb where she got the BEST sleep, her eye bags even went away lol! It was so peaceful and quiet. We are definitely coming back.

This is the second trailer that we have rented from Jamie. Always responsive! I am not 100 percent familiar with trailers so I had to call a few times and she was very helpful. Hope to rent again in the future.

We had the best time relaxing and glamping in the gorgeous airstream! The ducks were so adorable throughout our stay! The kitchen was way better than I hoped, I was able to cook most meals in the camper. This was a great experience and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who is on the fence. Our host was very responsive and friendly, you’ll have a wonderful experience.

We enjoyed an overnight stay at RV There yet. The RV was filled with wonderful amenities and had everything we need including some fun games for my husband and i to try. It was a spacious RV with modern appliances that were easy to use. We didn’t really need anything from the hosts but they seemed easy to reach if we needed it. Thanks for such a charming stay.

This is by far one of our favorite stays. Allison & James are so welcoming and sweet. They gave us a tour around the property, and gave great local recommendations. The view is amazing!! This a great glamping stay to do with your partner❣️

We took our two boys (3 & 5) on a spur of the moment trip and it turned out to be our favorite trip yet. the family enjoyed the hot tub with Italy-like views (also loved the extra outdoor shower right next to the tub), Private firepit (gas, no wood needes), super clean airstream that had everything we needed, and great nearby restaurants to drive to. we strolled the neighborhood street through the orange groves, it was very peaceful. Donna was very easy to communicate with. Thank you, Donna!

It has been an absolutely incredible stay! We truly loved everything about it. The hosts were absolutely great and took very well care of us. It is the absolute perfect place for stargazing and birders! there is almost no light pollution and you can even see the Milky Way. We were so lucky and saw so many shooting stars. And in the morning you could just enjoy the amazing view to the lake and countryside and watch a multitude of different birds and listen to their happy chirping. The camper are also fully equipped and are very comfy. We will definitely come back and enjoyed our stay a lot!

Christine was a great host, very quick to respond to any questions I had. Easy check-in and cute yard the trailer is parked in. My kids had a blast with the fire pit and chickens!

I had an enjoyable stay. Everything was as described and I was totally satisfied with what I got. Sed is a fantastic host, and I highly recommend trying out any of his properties. A++++

We love to stay at the "La Vista" camper !! Beautiful area, quiet, relaxing and off-grid (you can get some network coverage if you walk 3 minutes uphill) The host Karen is adorable, super responsive and will do anything to make you feel at home ! Can't wait to go back. Cheers Leo & Helena, San Diego
