Super great house with a fantastic location! The kitchen was well stocked which is important to us. We truly enjoyed our time and hope to return again!

My boyfriend & my kids ages 5,15,16, & 17 all had fun! There was something to do for all of them! Definitely made our family vacation memorable, we spent a lot of time at this Airbnb laughing and enjoying the pool and hot tub. My boyfriend’s daughter made it a mission to find all the golf balls and put them in one basket lol there was a crazy amount, she had a blast and so did my older kids! Me and my guy loved the massage chair after walking around SeaWorld all day lol. Scott was really nice, thx again for hosting us!

Max was the best AirBnb host I've ever had! He personally welcomed me to his home, gave me the key and a tour, accommodated all of my requests, and was gracious, welcoming, and helpful. Although I was the only guest staying at the house, he was totally open to letting me have some San Diego area family come by for dinner, and we had a lovely dinner on the back patio, which has mood lighting + even heat lamps that helped on a chilly evening! The house is gorgeous - loved the design and decor. It has so many great amenities as well, including a full kitchen stocked with everything you could possibly need to cook, and even a hot tub and hammock in the lovely spacious backyard! There were several restaurants within walking distance as well. I highly recommend Max's home as a home base when you are in San Diego! Thanks for everything, Max!

We love this beach cottage! The location was perfect! The bay and the beach are both so close. The bay is great for little kids so they can play in the water without worrying about waves. There’s a small grocery store and some food options very close by. The place was super cute and well stocked. The front patio was so spacious and nice to have dinner on in the evenings. We will definitely be back!

Absolutely amazing vintage beach house at prime location 1/2 block from the beach. Loved the vintage beach house vibe, the welcoming and peaceful patio garden, and the many amenities provided. Comfy beds, easy access to many local spots, and a wonderful place for a family to spend time together. Karen is an amazing host!!! I would tell anyone heading to Del Mar to try and stay at this home!

The house was very nice and clean ! Location is great! It’s 2 miles from Seaworld , which was the purpose of our vacation. The kitchen is nicely stocked and the jacuzzi is a nice bonus 😌 I would 💯% come back to this beautiful property.

Perfect location for visiting La Jolla. House has fantastic views from the rooftop and is in a highly regarded neighborhood one house in from the beach. Walking distance to downtown La Jolla and the restaurants and shopping.

Tim's place worked out so well for our family of seven (plus a dog). The house is spacious and very well equipped, with a patio that is also spacious and well equipped! The neighborhood is quiet and there is a grocery store and a few restaurants within easy walking distance. Tim was very responsive to our numerous questions and provided some great tips about getting around. Also, if you walk up to the end of the block you can get a nice view of the sunset! A bonus!!

It was wonderful staying at Cheryl’s cottage! The location is great! The beach is a block away, places to eat a few feet away and at the same time once you’re in the cottage you feel you’re in a zen place to just relax. Would definitely rebook!

Karin was a great host! The cottage was as nice as it was described and so close to the beach/restaurants/activities. I highly recommend this one!

We absolutely loved our stay. The onsite amenities were so amazing. We biked everywhere. We even fit in a surfing lesson. At PB surf shop down the boardwalk at Pacific Beach. The fireplace was great because it was a little chilly at night. We even watched the DVD Zorro for family movie night while eating pizza from a pizza place just around the corner. The next night we biked to play volleyball on the bayside after a trip to the San Diego Zoo and got take out from Craft after roller coaster rides at Belmont Park. We highly recommend this place and definitely plan to come back here.

We had an incredible stay at Dawn's home in Mission Beach. She was extremely responsive before and during our stay when we had a question or needed help. The location of her home was perfectly situated for our family- closer to the bay side but only a block or so away from the ocean side. The included toys, games, and books were amazing for our seven year old. We all enjoyed a great bike ride around the bay, too! The kitchen had lots of extra small appliances and amenities that made it easy to cook many meals during our stay. The outdoor firepit and patio made for relaxing evenings with a view of the Sea World fireworks. In the listing, Dawn mentions that the garage is a tight fit for larger vehicles. Parking our minivan was very tight so we appreciated Dawn's heads up that we could keep the garage door open so that we didn't need to use street parking.
