Staying in the unit is recommendable to our Airbnb community. The location is a bit far from the centro area but if you drive, it wouldn’t be matter. The parking space is available and parking is not hard at all. Of all, I definitely want to come back :)

Lo super recomiendo muy bonito el lugar, muy céntrico que es fácil de ubicarse en cialquier lugar del centro, los anfitriones muy atentos y el departamento está super comodo

We had a wonderful stay. The hosts, Olivia, Maria and their team were fantastic, always quick to reply and genuinely attentive, with great communication from start to finish. The place was spotlessly clean, especially the sheets and bedding, which made it feel really comfortable. The kitchen and laundry were very well stocked with everything we needed, including thoughtful extras like oil, salt, pepper, ground coffee, water, paper towels, toilet paper and washing detergent. The terrace was a lovely spot to sit and soak up the local atmosphere, both in the mornings and evenings. The location was just perfect, away from the busy city centre to be peaceful, but still only about a 15-minute walk to the centro histórico. It really gave us a sense of local life, which we loved. Supermarkets and convenience stores were close by too, which made things really easy. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return.

This loft is perfectly located in Oaxaca. The main attractions are all within a 5 to 15 minute walk. There are coffee shops and good restaurants a few blocks away. The bed was comfortable. The WiFi and air conditioning worked well. There is a locked door from the street to the courtyard so we felt very safe. The neighborhood was quiet. There is a small store across the street with staples. The unit had plenty of purified water. When we arrived, the host La, met us at the door and showed us the loft. La was very responsive and helpful. We had a few questions during our stay and he immediately responded and was very helpful. He also arranged for a taxi to take us to the airport. I highly recommend this location. It is perfect for two people.

This place was great. Fantastic communication and help from the host, wonderful location, central and safe to everything. It is on the 2nd floor, and I did have to sleep with earplugs to help with some street noise, but I would absolutely stay here again. Ample space, so great that you can open windows/small terrace’s in every room, 2 bathrooms were great, smart TV, air conditioner in the living room kept things cool for us. Thank you!

Tuvimos una estancia increíble gracias a Miguel Ángel :) El departamento estaba muy amplio y cómodo, con todo lo necesario para estar la semana. El rumbo estuvo muy tranquilo todo el tiempo que estuvimos ahí. La ubicación estuvo maravillosa: todo está a distancia caminable, hay un montón de lugares cerca para comer, hay tienditas y súper por si necesitas algo. Miguel Ángel fue muy atento desde el principio. Nos perdimos un poco para llegar y él nos esperó afuera para mostrarnos exactamente el lugar; nos explicó claramente dónde estaba y cómo funcionaba cada cosa dentro del departamento y siempre fue muy amable. Definitivamente nos volveríamos a alojar aquí en una visita futura.

Gigi is such a great host. She would respond within minutes. Whether ordering a taxi or finding a place to eat or time of attraction. The place is awesome to relax and swim and has everything you need for your stay. We would stay again if we are ever back in Oaxaca. Thanks Gigi

Beautiful home with great indoor/outdoor living. Comfortable beds, well equipped kitchen, great location for walking to shops, restaurants, and Oaxaca attractions. A bit loud at times. It was not the fault of the Airbnb, but one evening a nearby alarm sounded from 2am til 9am and it was horribly loud. Because of the open roof, sound seemed to travel right in. Cleaning services were great. Beware that there is a neighborhood cat who likes to stop by and there were lizards on the ceilings most evenings. Wonderful, friendly accommodating hosts. Really loved this beautiful home and the courtyard atrium.

This place and the family that built and runs it are gems! The property is gorgeous and so close to many things that we wanted to see. We were two female travelers with two kids under two years old and it provided an excellent home base. The patio and space was perfectly set up for our needs to allow kids to roam and sleep. We also hired Fabian to drive us around and can’t speak more highly about him and his support. He is Mexican-American and absolutely fluent in both languages, loved playing with our girls and taught us so much about his home state and the building of this beautiful space by his entire family. I can’t speak more highly of the whole experience. We were so lucky to get to stay here!

Casana is a beautiful space and makes a great home base for exploring Oaxaca. Mariana and her staff are very communicative and available. We loved having the pool and the beautiful natural fountain onsite. There was plenty of room for our group of 7 (4 adults, 3 kids) to spread out and enjoy our downtime here!

el lugar es tranquilo y cómodo realmente a 20 min del centro de Oaxaca, solo son 100 metros de terracería antes de llegar pero un sedan pasa sin problema la casa es muy grande y alberca privada.

Linda casa, muy buena ubicacion a 5 mns del aeropuerto, y sobre todo, los dueños de casa muy amables.

El lugar es muy cómodo y amplio. La atención de Oscar de primera. Ampliamente recomendado!!!

Hermoso lugar! Muy bonito y bien ubicado para llegar caminando al centro y atracciones de la ciudad. Estuvimos muy cómodos. El departamento es como se ve en las fotos con un hermoso patio exterior.

We had such a lovely fun time! Olivia’s place felt safe and was great accommodations. The walk down to all the activities around the Zocalo was straightforward and convenient! So much fun..music..dancing..museums..shopping. The recommended tours were spot on

Cómodo y cerca del centro en auto (: Como sugerencia colocar mosquiteros sería genial para mantener las ventanas abiertas y evitar los mosquitos. Al llegar todas las ventanas estaban abiertas supongo para mantener fresco el departamento y funcionó, pero algunos muebles tenían polvo, supongo que por lo mismo. Sé que es ajeno a Dulce, pero hay un vecino que partir de las 4:30am - 5am ponen música alta y comienzan a cantar en la ducha. Las dos noches que estuve hizo la misma rutina. Es un poco molesto. Si no hay inconveniente para ti, esta perfecto. Fuera de eso el departamento es cómodo, las instrucciones son claras. (:

This apartment was perfect for our stay in Oaxaca. It was very CLEAN, spacious and had lots of natural light. The communal patio area was super peaceful! It’s covered by a huge tree that offered great shade from sun and a nice breeze in the evenings. There was free on-site laundry for the guests (laundry soap and fabric softener included). The location felt safe and was perfect for walking to shops, markets and restaurants. The host was very responsive and accommodating. We would definitely choose this place again AND AGAIN!

The listing review is accurate. The apartment has a beautiful view to Las Canteras and sunsets. Local transportation is only a few blocks. We enjoyed staying in this nice apartment. Our family lives very close and it was very convenient.

Aaloja's place was an amazing spot to stay at! Clear instructions and super safe building. The room was spotless when walking in and feels like a hotel room when staying in. Even though you're a little far from the town center/church it is just a easy 8 min walk away! Plus that walk works out best when you're full from eating all the amazing food around.
