The place was clean and well equipped, especially the kitchen. The host responded to our questions and requests readily. The condo provides a shuttle service that takes guests to the BTS station and major shopping malls nearby. We had a nice stay here.

Truly and private and discreet apartment condo. 24/7 security downstairs, well secured building with access card required at all times near doors. Spacious room as well as fits as much as possible to the listing photos. Was presented to me in a very excellent hygiene condition. Lastly big apartment but no trouble from anyone within this apartment area. Loved the 7-11 and also the pink milk shop next door outside

Trex was very accomodating with every inquiries. he explains the check-in and the check-out policy. The stay was very good!

The house is very clean and jist as described in the listing. There is ample space for the 7 of us to lounge, enjoy full group meals and rest. The air-conditioning, bathrooms, kitchen and washing machine all worked well and made us feel like staying at home. Gems and James were very helpful in fixing all the minor issues we encountered, from sending a plumber to replace the kitchen faucet, purchasing an additional hair dryer and toilet paper, bringing over a match for the kitchen stove, to helping check the shower heater & Netflix on the living room projector. The house is in a very inner area of Ekkamai so there was no noise pollution at all; just make sure to double confirm the pick-up and drop-off locations when booking Bolt / Grab because one road to the next is 3-5min drive. We visited right after the Songkran festival so it's the hottest time of the year - chose not to walk around at all!

完美的民宿，完美啊，各方面都很赞，曼谷住过的最好的民宿，或者是我住过的最舒服的民宿。床头的柜子都可以给手机无线充电，投影电视，按摩椅，桑拿房，客厅沙发还有个腿部按摩器，车库，独栋别墅，2层4卧室，乳胶床垫，乳胶被子，乳胶枕头，咖啡机饮水机空气净化器，洗碗机风扇，3个洗手间2个厨房，超大客厅和阳台，真是一个很安心的曼谷度假房子，五星酒店都没这里舒适，曼谷五星酒店比上海北京还贵。曼谷住过的最好的民宿了，位置也非常市中心，去哪都方便，关键晚上特别安静，我最烦曼谷的摩托车和突突车的炸街声音。居然还有个汗蒸房，真的硬件和软件都没话说，装修的材料都是好东西，格局也很好，超透气，设施设备特别完善。总之，我希望再次带家人或者好友来入住，谢谢房东。

Jenny’s place is extremely spacious. Lots of bathrooms, plenty of space, smoking area, private parking. It’s also a heaven for stair lovers😉. We had a wonderful stay! The location is perfect—just a short walk to Banthat Thong Road, where you’ll find amazing street food, cafes, and local shops. It's super convenient and ideal for exploring the area. The apartment itself was clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything we needed. The facilities were excellent and exactly as described. The host was incredibly friendly and accommodating—always quick to respond and happy to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made our trip smoother and more enjoyable. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting Bangkok!

It was a great spot and the apartment stood way beyond our expectations. Clean, organised, all appliances needed for a short and comfortable stay. Surprisingly even the minute of details like keeping hand sanitiser, corona swabs test swabs, first aid kits, extra pillows, sufficient tissues, all in all kept for the guests to use! The location is convenient and walkable distance to metro station and they also provide free buggy ride to the station. 7 11 store available all round the clock right inside the apartment complex was a boom. Mini shops, massage parlours all are seen within the complex.

Wir verbrachten 3 Tage in der Wohnung von Jack, die Unterkunft war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Jack gab uns klare Anweisungen wie Check in und Check out ablaufen und noch weitere Hinweise zur Anlage. Die Wohnung ist klein, aber wer wirklich nur die Stadt sehen möchte, dem reicht dies völlig aus.

BeeBee is very helpful with her guests, always responsive by message. We had a good time in her fresh and modern apartment; a bit far from the city center but in a quiet neighborhood with the metro accessible within a 5-minute walk. We had all the necessary equipment, even a hand fan gifted from her. Thank you very much!! (Your home perfume smells so good)

10/10!!! Excellent host, responded very quickly when we got a bit confused with the check in process. Santi gave us clear and concise instructions. Flat was in pristine condition. The view was phenomenal, could see the whole city skyline from bedroom and balcony. We loved the location, was a really authentic Thai experience, surrounded by locals. Not a tourist spot but we liked that. Lots of cheap and tasty food markets on your doorstep. Bouchie coffee shop and KFC downstairs. Easy walk to water jetty pier and quick drive to local train station. We didn't use any local buses but there's a local bus stop outside. Plenty of options to get to the tourist areas. Use Bolt for taxis, we found Grab a bit more expensive. Safe condominium with very switched on security staff outside the building. They were very welcoming too. We did not want to leave Santi's place, was gutted to leave but we are already talking about coming back to this condominium in the future. 100% recommend!!!

Our stay at Toshiaki’s penthouse was nothing short of incredible! The view from the penthouse was absolutely breathtaking, and the space itself was in pristine condition. Every detail was well-maintained, making it a truly luxurious experience. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for an unforgettable stay. We would love to return in the future!
