The appartment was nice but a bit small for us as we were 4 adults with a few luggage as it miss space for storage. A bit far from the main road but if you trust motocycle ride they are available at the entrance of the appartment. It is well maintain, clean with all amenities just like home

Comfy & cozy and yet, spacious! Felt like a “home away from home” from the moment I arrived! Nuttama was an extremely helpful and responsive host from the start offering excellent suggestions on great places to eat nearby according to my particular tastes and, mentioned other helpful conveniences nearby, too. Nice building and, adjacent to a hotel with onsite restaurants. Loved the scent wafting through air in the lobby! Cool city view and yet, still felt private being on the 17th floor, with not one but, two balconies! Nice tub for a soak too, in addition to the separate enclosed shower area.

2nd time staying. affordable and fuss free. apartment is clean and functional and close to BTS. would definitely stay again.

Had a great stay. Check-in was easy, and their staff drove us to the location. House is bigger than the photos imply, quite spacious. Good aircon, very quiet, hot shower, good bed and setup with working table and couch. Patty and the hosts were very accommodating, with check-ins/outs and overall guidance. Nothing really more to add, would stay again.

extremely clean unit. the floors and all surfaces were spotless and free from clutter. We wanted a place a bit less crowded and noisy in bkk but still not be too far away from the main attractions, so the location was great for our family. keys were left with helpful guards that helped us open the doors etc. Is an older building but the unit is newly renovated and spotless. Thida also recommended private drivers during the new year which was hard to find. we enjoyed our stay for Songkran 👌

Great stay. Yang was very nice and helpful. We loved the location and the facilities. Beautiful view and the space was perfect. Very helpful having the washing machine. We will definitely come back! The area opposite the condo is perfect to sit and relax for fresh air and lovely views with the sunrise

I recommend this place for staycation if you want peaceful place but very far from city proper, you need extra money for grab taxi.

le logement était conforme au photos mais pas très propre. vaiselle pour seulement 2 personnes alors que nous étions 3. Obligation d'avoir un véhicule parceque un peu éloigné de tout. pour le reste tout était parfait

The Host: fantastic communicator! Responsive, accommodating, and empathetic to our all of needs from the moment we booked till post check-out. The Listing: beautiful skyline views! Clean interiors, great AC, warm water, and had everything we needed for a long term stay. The building staff were extremely kind and generous. The Location: everything you need within 2 km walking distance. If you don’t want to walk, the building mgmt also provided shuttle services to BTS Thong Lo & Ekkamai.

Thanks to this house and the owner, I was able to have a comfortable stay in Bangkok. This is a great place to stay with children. The room is big and spacious. However, it was a sad that the floor coating peeled off. It needs some remodeling, but it has tuk-tuk service, friendly security, a swimming pool, and quietness. This is a very satisfactory accommodation.

Another great stay in a clean apartment with a very convenient location. Most of all, Thip was a fantastic host — super flexible and understanding. I’ll gladly stay at Thip’s place should I return to Bangkok in the future.

風景視野非常棒躺在床上就可欣賞美麗風景，雖然在37樓，因為樓中樓原因感覺特別高，泳池與健身房雖然在5樓但風景也非常佳，有無邊境泳池 Motto的房間真是沒話說，乾淨整齊舒服，床很睡也給予多餘的枕頭與枕頭套，毛巾給的量也很充足，讓我住了6天毛巾浴巾都沒缺少過 洗衣機有烘乾功能，讓我買的新衣服可直接洗完自動烘乾無需再次晾曬，這對我愛買衣服的女生來說，真是超級棒的功能 在Motto的房源找不到一點缺點，真的下次去曼谷還會想再次入住

I had a fantastic stay at Alex’s place! Alex is an incredibly kind and attentive host — communication was smooth and he always responded promptly to any questions I had, making the whole experience effortless. The apartment was spotlessly clean, exactly as described in the listing, and very well-equipped with everything I needed. The neighborhood was quiet, safe, and conveniently located, making it easy to get around and also perfect for relaxing after a busy day. Alex also prepared a very detailed check-in guide and thoughtful amenities, which made me feel very welcome and at home. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend Alex’s place to anyone visiting the area!

Great hosts who are passionate about what they do , they know how to make a guest form another country feel at home with their warm and empathy , they were accommodating of my needs and did everything and more In their capacity to make my stay comfortable . The place is well equipped with all you need , could use some light cutlery for travelers like me who like to make their morning cup of coffee as well as order outside food on occasion . But where this was lacking they make up in other areas . I shall definitely recommend this and consider the place on my return to Bangkok.

Very convenient to the BTS. Local market very close for groceries and meals. Beautiful rooftop pool area. Convenient 7/11 at base of building. Enjoyed my stay.

Close to the BTS and plenty of places to eat. Easy to get around from there.
