This was our 35th straight year of The Tangler's tour. We have stayed in many different locations. We are an especially difficult and hard to please group. We are also very needy. Each of our requests were met with aplomb and the utmost in friendliness. Angela was accommodating with never the slightest hint of being bothered. I would recommend these accommodations to anyone in need of a comfortable and cozy weekend. 5 stars really aren't enough.

We needed a quiet get away in the middle of no where and that is exactly what we got. It was peaceful and nice right in the middle of the country. Rich was incredibly helpful and responsive. We have family that lives near by his air bnb and plan to return for our annual trips. Thankyou so much for a great space!

Very neat house that has a lodge feel. Plenty of sleeping area with comfortable beds. Great outdoor space for cooking, fire, and drinks. Convinient distance to the stump and Rayburn resort.

This has now took #1 on the list of Airbnb my family and I have visited! The space was so clean and cozy! The waterfront view was breathtaking! It was a wonderful stay and I would recommend it to ANYONE looking for a wonderful stay on Sam Rayburn!

Listing states 6 beds there was only five. Maybe I read wrong but it wasn’t a problem for us.

You'd be hard pressed to find a friendlier host than Jim, who clearly wants the best for his guests. That's very apparent by the care taken to keep the property so beautiful. While enjoying morning coffee, we watched a Bald Eagle soar in from the lake like a fighter jet and perch itself on a pine tree for about a half hour. It was extremely vocal and had the other birds in the area on high alert. Not something we see every day in our neck of the woods. We are already planning to return with the family. The home was very spacious, clean and well kept. There was not anything that we needed during our stay that wasn't provided or available. Wish we could have stayed longer. Thanks again, Jim! Our group of 4 was accommodated nicely. A group of 5-7 could easily stay. The home is like new and beautiful. It has everything you need to make your stay pleasant. Recommend highly!

This place is amazing. The home its self is so cozy, and the master bed was so comfortable. The location is breathtaking. The water was very low and we were given a heads up before. But we didn’t let it stop us. Fishing was great. We enjoy a family of bald eagles each day and even got greeted every morning by the friendly neighborhood dogs. This place is just what we needed. Already looking to book for 3 more times next year!!! The pool was soo clear even though it was to cold to swim.

We had a very peaceful stay at the nice ranch house. Beautiful surroundings and very quiet. Nature just welcomes you and refreshes your soul creating a much needed balance from the every day responsibilities of life. Planning on returning and highly recommend this very spacious vacation home rental ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The pictures don't do the home justice...above and beyond anything could have imagined. Enough space for Thanksgiving and the kids to run around safely outside. First experience and will book again! Latricia and Larry are exceptional hosts.

You Will find anything you need to have a great stay. Far away from the city noise, city pollution and you get to enjoy this place surrounded by wildlife. I had to stay another week!

Words cannot express how amazing of a visit we had! The home was impeccably clean and equally as lovely and thoughtfully decorated as shown in the photos. Mariela was also extremely responsive throughout the entire process and extremely helpful. We also had everything we could have possibly needed during our stay from the kitchen to the bathrooms and everywhere in between. I cannot recommend this Airbnb enough!

Beautiful home near the lake! We enjoyed our short visit. The surroundings were beautiful. We enjoyed sitting outside while sipping coffee or around the fire out in the evening

My boyfriend and I wanted a small weekend getaway and this was the perfect place to do so! I had my dog with us and everything was just perfect. We are already talking about going back and was telling everyone to book here! Definitely worth it all. Everything was clean, very quiet, and everyone around was so friendly. We absolutely loved being on the porch just listening to the birds.

Very comfortable and roomy. Plenty of space for boat and truck inside the gate. State park is within walking distance. Great restaurants and stores in the area didnt have to travel far. This is our 2nd time staying here and we will definitely be back for many more occasions.
