Idyllic summer house between 2 lakes in Gothenburg

THE SPACE The house is 135 square meters. The main property cover two floors with upstairs being in open plan with the charming livingroom with large windows overlooking the surrounding nature. Living room is connect with open kitchen area, open dining room with a cozy fireplace and small artistic room with desk, painting zone and chill area. Here you can try your creativity or if you prefer to read some books. There is also small bedroom with double bed and tiny bathroom with shower. The lower floor holds little toilette, hall, laundry, bigger bedroom with king-size bed and small bedroom with simple bed. In the garden you can enjoy chill patio area behind the house. Barbecue area, in the front of the house contains garden furniture and grill equipment. KITCHEN Our kitchen is equipped with good-quality pots, knives, and appliances. You will also find a variety of spices, coffee, and teas that are regularly replenished. We also provide guests with olive oil and vinegar. In the house, there is a 'Jura' coffee machine available, along with high-quality Italian coffee. LAKES AND NAURE First lake in front of the house sharing with few neighbours ( private bridge). You can use the boat with oars. The boat is moored to small sauna house. The second lake behind the house is wilder if you prefer to be alone with your thoughts. If you prefer some other activities the very popular west Sweden trails is just few meters from the house called "Bohusleden" that you can walk as long as 148 km ! LOCATION The property is located 7 min from the hightway, 10 min to airport, 10 min to nearest Landvetter centrum (food store, cafe shop) and 30 min to Gothenburg downtown by car. GUEST ACCESS You have access to everything in the accommodation. The kitchen is fully equipped (no including microwave). WiFi and bed linen, towels, coffee and tee are included.

Här befinner du dig i utkanten av Munkedal intill skog och vackra vandringsleder. Huset har en stor trädgård. Närmaste affär (Galna handlaren 1 kilometer) och busshållplats (Kviström 2 kilometer) . Till den populära badplatsen Saltkällan är det endast 5 km, till kustens alla pärlor såsom Lysekil, Smögen , Hunnebo , Fjällbacka ,Grebbestad är det 4 mil , perfekt som utgångspunkt för många fina utflyktsmål. Vill du shoppa loss finns allt du vill ha på Torp köpcentrum som du når på 10 min med bil.

Bo vid havet med egen brygga

Nybyggd stuga alldeles vid havet med stor brygga och egen båtplats. På bryggan är det gjort för att man ska kunna njuta hela dagen, då det finns solstolar, badstege, utemöbler och grill. På gångavstånd kan man hyra kajaker, padelbanor och ett spa. Stugan har ett öppet vardagsrum och kök med fantastisk utsikt ut mot havet. Toalett med dusch och tvättmaskin. På övervåningen finns 3 sovrum. Ett med dubbelsäng och egen balkong, ett med 2 enkelsängar som går att ställa ihop och ett med en 120 säng.

Här bor man lika bekvämt året om och det finns alltid något att uppleva! Lata sommardagar, svamp- och bärrika skogar, ljudlös båttur med elmotor och naturnära motionsmöjligheter. A cottage with a view in Ljungskile

This separate cottage has a view over the sea in a secluded, beautiful countryside setting, still just 5 mins from the E6 motorway. It is recently completely refurbished keeping the old style. On first floor a living room with a cosy fire place (iron stove), a bathroom with toilet, shower and underfloor heating, a small but fully equipped kitchen, and a dining room with doors to the terrace. On second floor it is an open loft with limited height functioning as a bedroom with 4 beds in total.

Spacious terrace for sunbathing and evening bbq. You will love swimming in the fjord. Private beach and jetty (for the neighbourhood). Open fireplace and unlimited Wi-Fi. The house is also super cosy during the winter with an open fire place, warm bath in the hot tub and the sauna. A fantastic place to reflect over life.

Ta en dagsutflykt till Smögen och Lysekil eller spendera några timmar på ett spa. Huset är mysigt, rymligt och fullt utrustat med det som behövs för en lyckad vistelse.

Das Haus eignet sich für Familien oder Ferien mit Freunden. Aber auch alleine oder zu zweit fühlt man sich wohl.

Sjöstugan

Mitt ställe ligger precis vid stranden mitt i naturen. Nära Alingsås, Hindås, Landvetter flygplats, Göteborg, Borås. Du kommer att älska mitt ställe på grund av det sjönära och naturnära läget. Mitt boende passar par, ensamäventyrare, affärsresenärer och familjer (med barn).Stugan är på ca 30 kvadratmeter och tillhörande bastustuga med dusch, wc och tvätt är på ca 15 kvadratmeter. Fri tillgång till kanot för hyresgäster. Bra möjligheter för fiske, motorbåt finns att hyra!
